Got there during a weekday morning. No line. Wash was accomplished quickly. Towels and vacuum were great. No complaints.

What a royal waste of money! This place used to be decent before Flagship bought it. Now, the prices are ridiculous and the quality of service and attention to detail is atrocious. I removed my floor mats and left them at home to (hopefully) get a deeper vacuum. That was a waste of time. Had I not put some Meguiar's pre-wash treatment on it, I'm sure it would have looked even worse. Dust on the dash, fingerprints on the mirror, missed dirt and dust everywhere. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I literally just paid $44 for the nicest wash they offer, and watched as the right lane had 4-5 people all over every car, and watched my car travel halfway through without a single person touching it, with the door open, as it just continued all the way to the end of the conveyor belt, when one lady came up, wiped the windows as fast as she could and pulled it out. It wasn't the $20 wash, it was the most expensive wash they have, and I tell the manager what I just witnessed and request a refund, and I'm pretty sure his name was Juan, but at this point, I was kind of upset and really wasn't paying attention to anybody's name, but it was the 4'6" gentleman with a handlebar mustache and a walkie-talkie who was "the manager", had to nerve to tell me he reviewed the footage and they were working on my car the whole time, but I know what I saw with my own eyes, And he refused to show me any, and told me he was not allowed to show me any footage, yet offered me a coupon. So I guess that's how they do business, just take your money, and fuck the customer, but here's a discount on your next one, and better luck next time. This is the same place me and my wife have had a membership on two cars of ours for over two year, which are both getting cancelled expeditiously. I got the most expensive car wash that they offer ($44), expecting my car to be pretty much clean. It comes out with scratches and streaks from some substance or other that won't come off. I was in the area and stopped in to have my truck washed... The prices are rather high, but they do a quite thorough job washing your vehicle. In my case, they didn't get the big bug guts mark that has been on my windshield for a couple of weeks, but they did a decent job with cleaning everything else. Also, the exterior felt smooth once it was done. I couldn't see coming here too often, not only is in expen$ive, but it's also very slow... but on special occasions it's nice to treat your vehicle to something special. read more

This is truly the worst flagship I've been to. From Purcelville to Vienna or Woodbridge. They all have great service and pay close attention to detail. Manassass has a broken kiosk and no management to help out. My handicapped placard was stolen here, too. I couldn't possibly be more disappointed at how bad the service here has gotten. read more

Very Disappointing Experience - Poor Quality & Lack of Customer Care This was my first visit to Flagship Car Wash in Manassas, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I chose their top-tier Flagship Full Service ($44) expecting a spotless result -- instead, my car was left with noticeable streaks and even a visible dirt patch on the rear bumper. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail. The experience got worse from there. Since you have to leave your key inside the vehicle, I told the attendant that my key fob was in the center console cup holder. When my car came out, the employee simply parked it, left the door open, and walked away without saying a word. No communication, no courtesy -- just unprofessional. On my way home, I stopped at the Target in Dumfries (about 16 miles away). When I turned off my car, I realized my key fob was missing. I immediately called the car wash -- no answer. I found a Customer Service number online, and while the lady who answered was polite, the "procedure" she described was absurd: she gave me another number (that no one answers) and said to call her back after trying it. Sure enough, no one picked up. When I called back, Josh took my information and promised a call back. It's now been four days -- and still no response. Thankfully, I decided to search my car again and found the fob underneath the passenger seat, which is not where I left it. It's very unlikely it somehow "moved" there by itself. Between the sloppy wash job, poor communication, and complete lack of follow-up from their customer service, I can't recommend this location. For $44, I expected quality and professionalism -- not stress, wasted time, and unanswered calls. read more

So after a long weekend road trip out of town, my minivan was pretty dirty, especially since I have two toddlers!! Came here with limited time and got their Flagship Deluxe for $44. Everyone was so fast and efficient! They were all very friendly and did a thorough cleaning job. Now...I have to say some people complain on here like they expect a detailing job. It is a car wash and I tipped extra for the extra attention my van needed plus the large trunk area. It looks great!!! Do NOT go to this car wash especially if you have a 2020 or later Mazda 3. During the wash both my side mirrors were badly damaged. When I informed them they refused to reimburse my for the damage. The "manager" was supposed to get back to me and never did. Terribly run business. read more

This is the worst flagship location of all time, every single visit, there is always something wrong either with the car wash itself shutting down or being unable to smoothly allow members to enter. The location is run by unorganized staff with poor communication among them. Many staff members will be unable to communicate to you effectively due to language barriers as well. Out of all of them.. Manassas is the worst one. Super slow. Cars come out the Carwash and still need to be dried and clean. No car wash should take almost 30 min. Staff is great. Most days I end up going to soap and suds on Liberia .. it's outdated as a carwash but does a better job. read more

Definitely expensive, but they do an outstanding job! I ended up purchasing the monthly Ultimate unlimited package and just make a point of getting my car washed weekly. Ends up being about $12.50 a carwash over the course of a year. read more

I went to this Flagship Express @ 11790 Sudley Manor Dr, Manassas, VA for the first time yesterday (6/18/23). Their machinery was incapable of cleaning the wheels of my 4Runner, even after going through a 2nd time. But, worse, the machinery pulled the "4RUNNER" lettering off of my tailgate. Well, all but the last "R". Nothing like this has ever happened over the 100's of times I've previously used other car wash services, including other Flagship locations. I went there (they apparently have no phone.....) and asked to fill out a damaged car report. The manager (if she was the manager) was very blunt and uncaring. The first words out of her mouth was "how old is your car"? I explained it was a 1997 4Runner, she said we don't cover any damage to vehicles over 10 years old and ew don't cover decals. I explained that the lettering was factory installed and not decals. I asked if they could look for the letters but she just said that they were probably at the bottom of their pit where all the water drains. At this point, she turned around and left. No apologies, nothing. Needless to say, I'll never visit any of the Flagship car washes again. If you have an older car/truck and you keep it as nice as possible, please think twice before using this particular location. read more

I pay $59.99 monthly for the service to be shit and every single car wash I find random simple issues that could be spotted be a quality control check. This is the first time I've come since they became FlagShip. The prices are twice as high and the wait was really long. The machine shut down in the middle of my wash. I didn't appreciate the only way to get vacuumed is to purchase the second most expensive package. The instructions to use their service were unclear and I had to guess where to wait for my car. I had never been to this location before Flagship took over. Maybe I'm easy to impress, but I thought the trip through the wash was interesting and going in the store was too. I had never seen parked cars moving on a conveyer, but I was impressed with how well everything moved along, well orchestrated. My car came to the end of the line and I got a good chuckle watching the attendant fuss with the electric parking brake, push button shifter and auto hold feature. I'm a regular customer at Flagship carwash (not the ones on Centreville Road and Hoadly Road but the new location on Sudley Road) since they were open on Sudley Road, Manassas. I purchased the monthly service because it's cheaper and easy at driving through. I don't have to wait too long in line having to pay every time I go so it's much easier. I'm so glad Flagship carwash has opened one up on Sudley Road as we needed one and very close to my house and very convenient. The employees there are so friendly and very nice. They always answer my questions and concern if I have any. I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the employees ( Julie-Manager, Mason-Manager, Parker, Maurice and the rest of the employees there. They all deserve a raise, recognition for a job well done!!! I'm so glad switch where I take my car to wash at Flagship. I highly recommend especially the Flagship carwash on Sudley Road. I come to flagship all the time, today they vacuumed up personal belongings, first tried to tell me the items weren't on my seat. Then when they went to review footage they found my stuff but damaged up, told me theyre not reliable. Worst experience at this carwash. Will now make the extra trip to go to Gainesville. omg. here's the list. - long wait. okay? that happens. - missing aux cord. told the manager. told me they'd reimburse. they did - didn't completely clean interior. had to make them - if you drive a stick, don't bring. no one knew how to drive it - attitude. there's lots of it there. - This is the biggie. the exterior seems dirtier than when I brought it in. During the first week of business when they opened up. They had offered free car washes. I took my Audi in for a free wash because I heard all good things about flagship. As soon as my car gets out from the car wash there was a 6 inch crack on my passenger side of my windshield. GM of the wash said that I would be reimbursed for the damages. Weeks have gone by trying to get a check from the GM, after getting a quote from Audi and Local body shops. 2 weeks later after damage, i return to the car wash as the GM says he would review video footage, and come back in 72 hours. Came back 3 days later & GM then changed his mind and did not want to further pay for damages. So now I have to deal with my insurance because flagship did not want to claim responsibility after agreeing to pay for damages. I asked him for the contact info for the regional manager, and he did not want to give that information. I highly do not recommend doing business with this location. Windshield is streaked on the inside, several surfaces look as if nothing had touched it. I used to come to this place before it was flagship. This place is too expensive. I have a brand new vehicle and the amount of tiny scratches that this place has left on my vehicle is awful. I really think that you should also be changing those towel frequently cause my windows looked worse than when I took it to be cleaned. I got a membership but will be canceling it ASAP! read more
