Glad to have stopped here. Needed a break Christmas shopping. Good prices on 87 octane. That alone helps what's left of my wallet. Definitely grateful for decent coffee, and a MTO sandwich. Fairly busy location. Yet it is convenient to major roads. Clean bathrooms and polite staff. Like that it's close to Cabela's and other area attractions. Good employees keep it looking sharp. Absolutely awesome gas station. Great service, good deals, a loyalty program that actually encourages loyalty! I roll in to grab gas and 2 hotdogs regularly. How can you beat 2 dogs loaded for $1.09?! Then they give you $0.03 off per gallon for being a member, that's not a fortune but is very nice. And then they celebrate holidays with special gas prices like $1.776 for the 4th! (Semi-dad-joke at that!) and for all octane ratings! And it isn't the first time. I think the beginning off the summer was kicked off with $1.899 too. So you save $15 on a tank, which is rather nice of them!! Ever since they did that celebration gas price the first time combined with the $1.09 double dog deal and the "blue gas", we go nowhere else for our 5 vehicles for gas. I didn't have my Sheetz card but I linked my card online a while back so I was able to use the app to have them scan my card. I got a good price on fuel and a free meal. What a joke! This "restaurant" needs immediate intervention!! Ordered a latte. After 10 minutes at the window still no hot drink. Finally someone brings me a cup of "mystery cold coffee" asked for a reason it was cold and manager and she replied "I didn't know it was supposed to be hot, I'm new here." So they have a fresh green employee making food and serving people? Recipe for disaster and food poisoning!! Manager eventually came and said I'll be right back. After a few minutes of honking she came back to the window. We promptly ask for a refund. She did not know how to process that!? Told her we would be back for the refund. Their 88 octane gas will ruin your car! They will advertise one price on the sign and the pump will say 7+ cents more! Excuse? Well, corporate handles out Fuel Price sign!! Solution after calling them out by online? Come back for a $7 refund!! What a joke!! Pull the trans and Refund the difference or take the initiative and refund the entire transaction as a courtesy. Sheetz is pretty much the best gas station you could choose to go to. And when a new one pops up I know I have to check it out. Plenty of pumps, large parking lot, address looks to be a tad off, it's right at the intersection or Wellington and balls ford, can't miss it. Has drive thru food service which I haven't tried yet. Their food is pretty good though. If you have never tried their food you will be surprised, it's pretty good stuff for being from a gas station. I am a particular fan of their breakfast sandwiches. I believe this is the first sheetz with a car wash in the area. It's rainy today (as it has been for what feels like the past month) but once the sun finally decides to show its face I will take a shot at their car wash. Oh left multiple reviews hat keep disappearing from here. First things first- the only saving grace is the two young ladies I see almost any early morning I come in (before 6am usually) who are awesome. Unfortunately, This Sheetz takes forever to get food and even longer for coffee. It is absolutely ridiculous. Although food is actually good (except the burgers are rubbery), everything about the "convenience" sucks. The bathrooms are always dirty and I've never gotten out of this "convenience" store in less than 15 minutes if I order even just a coffee/ latte. I just don't understand it... Wawa is way better every and they are much more consistent between stores. Had this problem with every thing I've ever ordered. Today was the last straw, forgot to put any flavor or sweetener in the coffee. Mistakes are ok, but not every single frickin time!!! PS- please stop deleting my reviews. Lots of self service options as well as some good grab and go choices. Yes, even the restrooms are clean. They have a restroom pledge and it looks pretty good. True to their word. I was always a Wawa fan, but this Sheetz location is incredible. Not only do they have EVERYTHING for the hungry person, but munchies galore as well. Then to top it off, they have a drive thru where you order from a touch screen. Genius. No more talking to a person who can't hear you or vice-versa. I really need my Sheetz to get it right. This is not the first time I've had issues. This time I ordered a platter with onion rings and separately and small order of fired pickles. I did not get my onion rings. Also there was only a few pieces of chicken. Then the buffalo sauce was not sealed and it spilled all over the bag and had to be through out. Also I paid extra for ranch and did not get it. The wait has gotten a little bit better but still not very speedy.
