However, the car wash itself was very disappointing. I rarely take my vehicle to car washes and decided to give this location a try because of the great reviews. At first glance the car looked clean, but when I looked closer later on, there was still dirt and debris left on my side mirrors, rear window, hood, and front windshield. Unfortunately, I also discovered that my car was scratched during the wash and paint was removed in three different spots. One of the scratches is deep enough that my nail actually catches in it. These scratches were not present on my vehicle prior to coming here. It's extremely frustrating to have paid for a wash that didn't properly clean my car and to now be dealing with damage that may require repairs out of my own pocket. I have taken photos documenting the damage and I am hoping management or corporate from Tommy's Express will reach out to me before I move forward with getting repair estimates.

Also, I have a Subaru Crosstrek (a smaller relatively short SUV crossover). I guess they need to adjust the timing of the conveyor belt because the wash elements almost ripped my front license plate completely off. So I doubt I'll return. But yeah, my car seems clean I guess. And the entire process seems efficient.

Worth every penny…read more You stay in your car during the wash. Car is loaded up onto a sort of a conveyor belt, you put it in neutral and enjoy the ~1 minute long ride. Afterwards you can wipe down your car using the free, super absorbent towels that are supplied at each stall post-wash. They also have free vacuums and free air (to blast dirt out of the little crevices in your car). The vacuums are POWERFUL and really get every little speck. They have a $12 wash, an $18 (which is what I get), and a $22 wash. Again, vacuum and towels are included. The wash itself ACTUALLY removed the dirt and rain stains on the sides of my car - a lot of other automated places (even some of the by hand ones) miss the dirt and water stains on the bottom half of the doors. This place is above and beyond all other washes in a 20 mile radius. And right now they're doing 50% off monthly wash memberships (I'm kicking myself for not signing up). Unsure how long that'll last so drive on down (but don't speed!!) to flagship NOW!!!

Fairly busy location. Yet it is convenient to major roads. Clean bathrooms and polite staff. Like that it's close to Cabela's and other area attractions. Good employees keep it looking sharp. Their candy prices have gone up. They aren't alone on this. It's a convenience store after all.
