It's been 2 years since my review. It's time for an update. I've read lots of negative reviews with this place. It's a car wash, the staff works on all kinds of weather conditions and our car is cleaner than when we entered. My wife finds coupons online so we wash at a very good price. The monthly membership is probably overkill for us but each person has their reasons for washing their car every few days. Good value, clean car and close to home. It's a win win for us. read more

I don't think I've ever written a review before but, Would not recommend this location. Resulted in multiple noticeable scratches on my car. As someone who normally touch free washes their car. I went worried this would happen. The wash also did not even clean off bird poop marks. They are just clear coat marks but now I'll need to wax it to fix. I paid for the flagship package (highest option), they did not clean under my trunk or in the gas cap and multiple hard water marks were still remaining post clean. Extremely disappointed with Flagship and their staff/Manager they damaged My 2024 BMW M3 on Saturday 3/15/2025 at 5:30 PM when I visit them. All 4 fenders damaged by one of their lady workers when they apply tire shine. Looks like a (ring) scrape to the fenders both right and left and the rear left and right fender. So sad that the flagship workers did not have the professionalism to say at least im sorry. Also today 3/16/2025 at 11:45 I visit Flagship to speak to the Manager on duty and he treated me like trash. Unbelievable the treatment I received he not once say sorry, not once acknowledge the damage, basically he did not care about the damage done to my $110,000 individual color BMW M3. As of today, I canceled both my subscription. I will never do business with them again. As a business owner, I will never allow my employees or a Managers to treat my customer this way! read more

A very unsafe wash service. I paid $25 for my service. Yesterday, my car got stuck in the wash box. The technicians allowed another car to pass, which struck me from behind. There was no car in front of me. The manager blamed me, but my car was off. Now my insurance will have to sort this out. read more

Stay away from the membership. They gave me a sticker barcode. When I was scanned in at the carwash, it said "expired". I went online to cancel and looked up my membership, it showed I didn't have one. Months later, I realize I am suddenly being charged with a membership based on my license plate, not their provided barcode sticker. I asked for a refund 4 times through their "contact us" and have received no response at all. I chatted with the online chat, they showed concern and said they also opened a ticket, but still no response from the carwash. Just one of way too many businesses that lock you in and create intentional confusion and complexity to cancel with no customer service. Their first goal is to hope you give up before you cancel. We have a Flagship unlimited wash membership which allows you to use any Flagship car wash. This was my first experience at this location and I was very impressed! I opted for a regular wash service just to get the pollen off. They are very well organized and staff are available to help if you're stumped by the machines. You drive your car through, get into the wash (with a flat plate instead of the grooves and rollers) and then are directed to the appropriate area if you're having inside cleaned or other special services. There's also an aisle of vacuums to use for free if you want to do it yourself. In and out in 5 minutes on a weekday. Great value with the unlimited wash subscription! read more

In September 2024, my husband called Flagship Carwash to cancel our monthly subscription because we no longer needed the service for two of our vehicles. Instead of honoring the cancellation, the representative refused to process it and aggressively insisted on giving us a "free three-month trial," which my husband clearly declined multiple times. The representative continued pushing until my husband, simply trying to end the call, stopped arguing -- and at that point, Flagship unilaterally applied this trial without our consent. For the next three months (September-November 2024), no charges appeared, which aligned with the cancellation we originally requested. However, beginning in December 2024, Flagship resumed billing us every month through June 2025. When we later questioned these charges, we were told we "should have called again" after the trial ended. This explanation is illogical, unreasonable, and deceptive. The merchant's logic is unreasonable and clearly intended to mislead consumers. The purpose of our September call to them was to cancel -- not to accept a trial we never agreed to. There was absolutely no reason for us to believe a second call was required. The process feels intentionally designed to trap customers into an unwanted trial and then continue billing without proper consent. We have been long-time paying customers and continue to maintain our remaining subscriptions, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. We hope Flagship reevaluates its cancellation and billing practices to prevent this from happening to other loyal customers. Merchants that operate like this take advantage of hardworking individuals. We work hard to earn a living, and having our money taken in this manner is distressing, unfair, and completely unacceptable. read more

Last time at Flagship......$44 for full service and the Flagship crew can't even vacuum the trunk of my car. So called Line Chiefs (in black) used to check every vehicle against a standard checklist. Tried a flagship inside/outside wash at this location for the first time and was underwhelmed at the quality of the service. They didn't even bother to wipe down the outside of the car and the inside windows were still dirty. There were several large dead bug spots still on the hood and front bumper area. I could see them from across the drive, but the lady still motioned for me to come get my car. Do not recommend this location. Have had great service at both Herndon locations, but this one cuts corners. Several other cars seemed to be rushed through as well, even though it was mid-day on a Tuesday and they weren't busy at all. read more

I went to Flagship car wash in One Loudoun expecting a full interior clean, but I was really disappointed with the results. The inside of my car looked almost the same as when I brought it in--dust still in the interior, crumbs left on the seats, the floors vacuumed poorly and the rubber mats not clean properly. There is no chance to check your car afterwards because they are rushing you to get out of there. By the time I was able to inspect the car, I was far away and did not feel like going back there since I was pretty angry. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Flagship Carwash ripped a piece of trim off my vehicle and then refused to take responsibility. It took multiple in-person visits just to get an answer, and when they finally responded, they tried to blame the damage on a "recall" that does not exist. When I went to auto body shops for repair estimates, they guessed "Flagship" before I even explained what happened. They told me they see a steady stream of customers with damage coming specifically from Flagship's machines, and none of them can figure out why this company's equipment causes so many issues. That speaks volumes. Flagship finally gave me a phone number, but still refused to put their denial in writing--another red flag. This isn't just bad customer service; it looks like a systemic problem they don't want documented. If you value your car, take it somewhere else. The risk here isn't worth it. read more

We have been members since the car wash opened. They're basically the only game in town now. We bought a new 2023 Honda CR-V Sport Touring in March, and took it to the One Loudoun location weekly. On June 8th, my husband took the car in, and during the wash one of the large cloths that cleans your car somehow got lodged in the small gap between the hood and the left fender. It literally pulled the cloth right out and got stuck in the car. When my husband exited the wash area, and proceeded to the area where they spray your tires, he pointed to the cloth sticking out of the hood, and one of the men that sprays the tires pulled and tugged at it to remove it, then pounded the fender piece with his fist in an attempt to knock it back in place with his hands. My husband of course pulled into a bay, asked for a manager, and someone came over to talk to him, took pictures and told him we'd be contacted in 24-48 hours to discuss the damage. Well, after making several calls and sending emails to inquire about this claim, we finally got a call today June 25th at 3pm from the manager Chris, who called to tell us that after reviewing their footage, they are not liable. They are trying to say that the space between the hood and fender was too large and therefore they're not liable and not going to be responsible for the damage. On a brand new car? With no damage prior to entering that car wash? Let's not forget the tire shine guy attempting to smack it back into place? If he wouldn't have pulled on it as he did it might not have been as damaged as it is. Not liable? Unbelievable. I asked that we be able to see the video footage, but was told we can make an appointment, or it will be available to "authorities" or our insurance agent, and you can bet the farm that we are going to pursue this. Enter this car wash at your own risk! You've been warned. Our close friend had a significant dent happen to his car during a wash, and they did cover that repair. Maybe they're just facing too many damage claims now, but I am not letting this go. I will take them to court if I need to. Updated: @Spotless Brands my insurance agent DID send an email request. Guess what reply we got? NONE. We also tried to file a police report and have law enforcement get us a copy. They couldn't get it. I would appreciate it if you would send me a direct message. This was a 3 month old car with zero damage prior to this incident. I've got pics and video too. Believe me you've lost much more revenue than the $520 it cost to fix my car, just in my 2 cancelled cars, and the many others I have shared my story with. Flagship Conwash is a despicable so called "business" that has double charged me for over 6 months on a credit card I replaced long time ago under my active Flagship account while charging me under my active credit card too. Their website looks like it's been created by a 10 year old and unhelpful. When you do call their "customer service" line, you will get a unprofessional and rude CSR that can't do a damn thing for you especially when it comes to any refund requests. They will tell you that it has to go to HQ and they will contact you in 48 hours regarding your refund request. After 2 weeks, no call back, spending 6+ hours of my work day over 3 phone calls, the 3rd CSR told me refund request denied. This is absolutely unacceptable, fraudulent, and unethical. I even offered to send them my bank statements showing the double charges on two different credit cards for the same service but they did not care. I'm taking this issue up with my credit card company to get reimbursed for these fraudulent double charges and they can go after Flagship Conwash moving forward. Something tells me I'm not the only one this has happened to and all of my friends & family have cancelled their Flagship accounts after I shared what happened to me. Please spread the word and there are plenty of other options out there that are far superior to Flagship. This is what happens when a company buys out all their competition and becomes a monopoly. Recently, the car wash was running a special for unlimited washes for 30 days for the same price as one car wash. This promotion occurs frequently and I decided to give it a try. The attendant explained I only needed to cancel before the 30 days. This is not true. You do not have 30 days and it is 5-7 days before the trial ends. I attempted to cancel on the website multiple times, but it crashed frequently. When I called the establishment before the end of the period, the customer service representative could not care any less and would not offer any assistance, even when I explained about issues with the site and oh by the way, the new period had not begun. Other reviewers have mentioned horrible customer service, and I can attest to it. If you need a mediocre car wash, I understand, but do not sign up for the monthly service. At any rate, my credit card company agreed with me and the charges were reversed. YMMV read more

The best flagship I've been to so far! I have the unlimited exterior membership with them and this location is always clean and the trackless wash is a HUGE plus. They do also have a station right after the wash where someone wipes your tires, most in the area do not have this. They are super busy most of the time, but I do drive out of my way to specifically go to this location. read more

Taking your car here is the absolute worst thing you can do for it's exterior. You will leave with dozens of deep scratches and paint chips that would need a 2 step correction to fix if not a touch up/repaint. They obviously never clean the brushes and their tire shine add-on option is legitimately a dude dabbing a part of your sidewall on a single tire once. Its been many years since I've been to any flagship carwash, this was my first time visiting this particular location. Overall not bad, it was still nearly $25 to just clean the outside of my car, but I wanted to wash off the salt on and under my car from the other day. Its a big facility and since I opted for the exterior wash only I was in/out fairly quickly, they've got two lanes to wash your vehicle. Your car rides on this conveyor belt thing so less likelihood of wheel damage. Once you go through the wash, I passed by some staff I believe who were putting some wheel cleaner or shine on my tires. I'm not quite sure, the wheels did look shiny when I got home. Once that was done there is an inside area at this location where you can vacuum your car yourself (if you don't want to pay for full service like me). Also they have towels and compressed air to blow out the water from the little nooks and crannies around your door. I did like this option since the inside of my car is pretty clean I didn't really want to go through the hassle and extra expense of cleaning the inside of the car since it was pretty clean as is. I just did a quick run of the vacuum and dried off the nooks and crannies. read more

Management takes zero responsibility for their actions. An employee of ours has a passenger pick-up truck, and the Pipeline Plaza location had a malfunction that severely damaged multiple vehicles. Thankfully, our company's insurance is holding them accountable, but their management team refused to provide contact information or any support for repairing the damage. I'm glad it was not a personally owned vehicle, and this was his responsibility to fight Flagship. Join a club with a management team that invested in customer service. read more

for almost $50 wasn't horrible but wasn't the greatest either. I go to a spot in MD who charges less but does an amazing and not a rushed job. The biggest issue i had with flagship was that they did a horrible job of wiping the cup holders and dash but also my matts where still wet and had debris, they also missed a bunch of wet spots outside the car and they dont really spray any smell good stuff. My advise , best to go elsewhere, plenty of places who charge the same but give better quality work. read more

Two times in a row I've been to this location and they were unexpectedly closed during hours they should have been open. Extremely frustrating because I go in that direction specifically to go to Flagship. If you dont get enough businesss at that location to support being open full time, then please cut back your hours and update your website accordingly. There were 3 cars in front of me today that also wanted to get a wash and then turned around once they realized it was closed. The first time this happened I didnt think it was closed so I paid, the gate lifted up but then I couldn't go any further and was stuck inside the gate.
