Best car wash I probably ever been to! To start with you are warmly greeted by a live human who is happy to explain the options and process. I choose an Outside/Inside combo for a decent price. Next you drive the car through the well lit tunnel (with lots of cool lights), car really gets cleaned. Follow the arrows to the next step, which is interior cleaning. A friendly crew mobs the car, vacuums, sprays, wipes, etc. I spent a little time the beautiful lobby area where they have fresh coffee, snacks, and more. Had to swing by after some pretty nasty dust from a couple weeks of rain and for the most part 99% of it was gone. The business model was a bit confusing to me. Paid for the Ultimate Wash for $20, then I pulled into the aisles with the hand wiping since literally everyone else went there. Mistakes were made, and that requires additional cost LOL. Makes sense - website listed that starting at $21 but I swear I paid something in the 30s before tax. Anywho they were super nice about it and did a good job despite my super messy interior. Was maybe a 15 minute way from drive in to second pay to leaving. I think as a standalone wash it's a little high for me. Maybe I'd do wash only and drive back on a sunny day. But I see they do offer monthly memberships, and if you live in the area that's totally worth it. read more

Best and simplest car wash experience I've had ! You drive up to a person, roll down the window and pay, you drive up and a person washes off dirt on tough to reach places before the machine takes over. Was just there getting my car washed at BriteWash in Leesburg. Expensive for what they do! Was told that they are better than Flagship and that they do a much better job at cleaning your car. Nope, they missed many spots from the inside and left the outside with water stains. Do not recommend them at all! I came after it snowed. When I first arrived no one was there to help me. As I was finally entering the wash, my car was stuck and my wheel was getting pushed off. When someone came to talk to me I didn't understand them so I spoke to them in Spanish and they stated they didn't understand me. So they send someone else. While talking to the other person, the original person that didn't speak Spanish was speaking Spanish to the other worker. I was finally able to go through the wash. Once drying they left a lot of streaks and my car was still dirty unfortunately. My first time wasn't the best experience but I am always willing to try again read more

Last time, they left a rag in the car, didn't explain where the key was left until I asked and trash is left on the ground near the cars. I found a screw right by the front tire when they were done. Well I was recently brought up to help run the place on an emergency notice by Greg miller the owner. Just to work 7 days a week and bring back all the employees that left because the business wasn't functioning correctly. Workers went weeks without pay and came back once they found out I was in charge. Moving forward he just sold the business and gave me and none of employees time to look for new work and failed to pay everyone what they are owed. Very selfish act to people that help keep his business running and in order for his personal benefit . the workers are great and so is the location but now that the place is sold it may be the next flagship automotive wash. My husband had gotten our car washed at BriteWash a while back, and he thought it was expensive for a drive-thru car wash. I decided to give this place a try today, since I had to stop by Lowe's and it's right next to it. I had a great experience! My car was not in a good shape when I took it in. It had been a while since our last wash, and it had been parked outside for months. They really scrubbed my car down and made sure not to miss any spot. I noticed that they even popped open the hood at one point, and even asked if they could take my car through the washing station one more time. They really took the time cleaning the inside of the car, too. Everyone was very polite and worked really hard in the 80+ degree weather. I was very impressed today and wanted to leave them a generous tip... and of course of all days, I didn't have cash on me today and couldn't find ATM machine inside. So even though I rarely write reviews, I wanted to give them a shout out on Yelp. I hope they keep up the good work! I will definitely be taking my car back soon! read more

Despite being decorated nicely inside, things were looking a little tacky. Bathroom was pretty, but needed attention. Looks like things aren't getting attention. Got a $40 interior and exterior. First time going to this car wash and completely disappointed with the way they handled the situation with customers. I paid for the service to wash and clean the inside of the car. Before cleaning, I stood next to the employee and told him not to clean this seat because I had my papers and stuff there and only needed to clean the back seat and driver's seat. The staff replied ok, smiled to me and I went into the waiting room. This was also my fault for not checking after they done and a few hours after leaving I realized the documents and stuff in the car were gone. I drove there and learned he threw it all in the trash without consulting me. Then the WHITE YOUNG manager came over and blamed me that I should have known his staff didn't know English. I asked him how I knew who knew English and who didn't. He answered that he was the manager here but sometimes he asked his employees if they answered yes but they actually didn't understand. The problem here is that the manager did not apologize to the customer and reprimanded me should know that his staff did not know English and that was unreasonable for a first-time customer like me. Please should have or make sure someone understand English take care of your service if you don't want to be in the same situation like me. $60 for an ultimate interior and exterior is too much and prices should be reduced by 25%. - 4.5 stars for the automatic wash as it doesn't dry thoroughly but the wash is great. Much better than other car washes as it has special scrubbers for the sides and front which actually gets the bug tar many others leave behind. They also have great scrubbers for the tires/wheels that brushes them very well. - 1 star for the service lane. They really need to optimize their process. One crew member per car takes them 30 minutes to clean the interior each after already spending 15 minutes for them to even attend to the idling car. They should instead emulate other successful car washes and should have the entire crew of six members working on one car to expedite the process. By the time the crew member finally attended the idling car, the car it was already dry so they were using their drying cloths on dry paint and scratching the clear coat. People were waiting an hour total just for a quick wash. - Waiting area is just ok but they do have available restrooms so this receives 3 stars. Weirdly, the waiting area doesn't have any auto products available for purchase just snacks. read more

Back in July 2023, I had a discussion with CJ (general manager) regarding the cancellation of my membership, which had already been requested to be canceled in November 2022. At that time, I was assured that my card would no longer be charged. However, to my dismay, I have been continuously charged every month since then, despite never utilizing the car wash services. Visited for my first time this past weekend. Excellent first impression. Very bright and clean with friendly staff. When my car was finished, I walked around to inspect it before driving away. My front license plate was bent in half and my truck was covered in spots. There were several dirty spots as well. The inside also had several dirty places that had not been touched. I've had trouble finding a car wash that does the interior to my satisfaction. I have a dog and she rides with me fairly often. I know this causes a bit more work and tip accordingly. However, these folks did a great job not only vacuuming but the windows, cup holders, dash etc all looked great! I'll definitely be back. Staff was friendly and considerate. Might be the worst car wash experience ever. Wait in the only line open because the credit card reader wasn't working. Pay almost $40 for Ultimate car wash. First the automatic line stops working part way through, then it starts working. Moved through and noticed the last big brush on right wasn't even moving. Brought this to the attention of a manager. No response other thanks. No, let's run your vehicle through again. Inside cleaning job was very poor. Most the windows were still dirty. Outside mirrors weren't even touched. I'm going to stop now. The gentleman who took my payment was wonderful and took time to explain everything. The exterior wash was really well done. Competitive pricing with ability to add services as needed. The interior took longer than expected but the gentleman was kind and focused. However, the second row mats were still fairly dirty after the interior cleaning was completed despite having the rubber mat cleaning added. They were not wiped down which was frustrating considering they had sticky stuff and dirt on them from the kids. read more

The $220 Car Wash!! A couple of weeks ago I visited this new car wash in Leesburg, VA. Since it was new I thought it was worth trying. Big and expensive mistake. 1. I paid $20 for "The Ultimate" wash. While standing in the reception area I was told that my car was ready, a very quick completion. When I asked if the interior had been done I was told that this was an extra charge of $20. Needless to say I turned that opportunity down since the other very, very good car wash in Leesburg includes the interior cleaning in their "Ultimate" service. 2. Upon returning home I discovered that the drivers side wiper blade had been dislodged from the wiper arm by the wash equipment. Fortunately this was an easy fix, but this should not have happened. 3. Walking around the car I noticed that not all the panels were clean nor was the rear hatch or rear bumper. Again, an easy fix, but one that I should not have had to do myself. 4. During my walk around I realized that the rear window wiper arm had been ripped off by the wash equipment. When I called the store I was told that they would look for it, call me back, and report the problem to the general manager. None of that occurred. This morning I took the car to the Ford dealer and had the wiper arm/blade replaced. Cost: $200. Total single car was expense: $220. Do not, ever, use this service. It is bloody expensive. read more
