This store makes it very difficult to get paid unless you have a Zelle account . I have chosen not to subscribe to Zelle because of all the hacks). I told the owner in writing that I would come to the store to pick up my money. What does she do? Sends the payment by Zelle!!! The money is now in a relative's bank account in Winston-Salem. The owner Szvlia is simply unbelievable. She's the quintessential money grubber! Now, I understand being in business to make a profit but this woman puts the absolute emphasis on her profit and places ALL the responsibility on the Consigners. You have to keep track of your items, and notify her when you want payment, which can take up to 7 days and by Zelle only if over $50. Not to mention that she prices higher value clothing items at a discounted rate and takes 60% of sale. (Items she knows will go quick, quick cash in her pocket!) What a racket, yeah...Oh. don't fotget the Annual $20. FEE for her to tag, and hang/display your items...because "that costs money"...I'm all set with this place. I'll keep my excellent quantity goods and give them away to friends before I let this rude, classless, money grubbing woman make any money off me...seller beware! BEWARE! When I went to pick up a couple of items that I consigned and which did not sell by early April, it was discovered that one of my dresses couldn't be found and couldn't be accounted for. It was a high-end dress that they had priced at $264. The owner was supposed to call me, but never did and didn't have the courtesy to so much as send me an email or text. Don't consign any higher priced items at Flair Trade since they could "disappear." This is no way to run a business! read more

They also have the best selection of Lululemon that I've ever seen. I've bought so much from them. Now they even have shows on Facebook Live which have been SO fun to buy from. I was extremely disappointed the last time I went into Fifi's! I dropped three bags of clothing off. The girl behind the back desk that was checking the clothes in told me it would be about 15-20 minutes before she would get to my bag. I went into the store to browse! I went back in about 10 minutes thinking I'd have to wait but oh no my bags were done, by the door and I was told that "We don't take your brand of clothes or the shape they were in!" As I was taken back how rude she was I left the store! Now, I know for a fact that you all take Loft, GAP, Banana and Lucky. I will admit there may have been a few items in the bags that were worn, out of date or not the brand..... But funny that I went to another high end consignment store and they took 5 items! I WILL NOT be dealing w FIFI's again! You have lost a very good customer and don't worry I'll be sure to tell my experience! It's not so much the fact that you didn't take my clothes, it was more how rude the girl was... And the fact that I knew there clothes in there you could sell! A great selection of very high end, gently used (and sometimes BRAND NEW) clothes at a extremely fair price. 75% of the store is selections for women, but I was able to find a good, and growing selection of men's clothes. The downside is I was looking at a suitcase and it said 50% off after this date , when I came back a new tag was on and the 50% was lost to me. hummm that does not sound good. I wanted to pick up some new clothes because I am hoping to get a job as a teacher in the fall. The ladies that assisted me were so kind and extremely helpful! The clothes and shoes are top notch. I was able to find many items by Chico's and J. Crew that looked brand new and were sometimes more than half the price! At checkout, the woman asked if I was a teacher, and I told her that I would be soon, but not yet. She then said that she would give me a teacher discount and wished me luck! Very easy to work with when consigning. I always find something when I'm browsing the shelves! They accept high end items, and have a ton of accessories. I also really like the increased men's selections. They also carry new items from time to time, depending on what's hot that season. I also hear that they work with a charity to help women find clothes for work, and families that may need a little help. I apologize that I can't remember the name, but Jennifer told me about it and I was impressed that the business owner was giving back to the community. I must say that my experience with FiFi's both as a customer and a consignor has much to be desired. I had several nice items that I felt were too nice to donate so I decided to try my luck at consigning. I arrived at FIFi's with all my items clean, ironed and hung on hangers. The girls working the "drop-off" didn't even greet me but rather brusquely grabbed my items and muttered that it would be 15-20 minutes for them to see if the items were acceptable. No problem...only it took 30-40 minutes. When I ventured back into the drop off room to see if they had finished assessing my garments, one of the girls shoved a "contract" at me and told me to sign. I realized that they had accepted all my items and as it was my first encounter as a consignor, I had a few questions. No way...the girl rudely interrupted and said "all the information you need is in the contract". Okay then...I guess I'll just read the contract. Long story short...it's two months later and I walk in to check my account. There's no one at the counter so I stand there and look around to see if there is any sign of life. Finally a girl saunters up to the counter and says "you here to check your account"? So, no "hello", no "how ya doing", no greeting at all...not even a smile. I replied that I was there to check my account. She checks the status and tells me in a snippy voice that she can give me $25 of it now. I asked if it were possible to have a check for the total amount sent to my home address and again she answers in a snippy voice that yes, but not until the 15th of next month. I tell her thanks, that would be great and leave the store. I am pretty sure that owner of FIFi's would be absolutely horrified at the rude behavior of these girls. I wanted to tell them that the reason they have jobs is because of people like me who bring items in to be consigned!!! Duh? Not all, but most of the people that work there act like they are doing you a favor by helping you.... I would not go through the hassle of consigning with Fifi's again. The rude staff was an absolute turn off. read more

Definitely overpriced as a consignment, but if you come in and find things that have been on the racks a month or two then you are looking at some decent deals. Not everything there is upscale. You find your low end New York and Company tossed in with your MK. Just bc it's a guess shirt doesn't qualify it being upscale and look closely at the clothes...some have tears, rips or holes. All sales as final. However, I did end up with some great deals. A NWT grace elements color block sheath dress for $10.5. A BCBG M dress for $9.5. And a scalloped edge Loft sweater for $8. Will I come here again? A most definite yes next time I visit mooresville in the summer! Oh and the service was excellent...almost boutique-ish; a young lady asked if I wanted to have a hold ready at the changing room when she saw that I had a few articles of clothes on my arm. Also, when I was done trying on the clothes, asked if I wanted to hold it at the register rack. Wow, now that's pretty good service. read more
