I tried really hard to find something but could not. The shoes/boots I found had few sizes remaining, none of them mine. I would say 3/4 of the store is for men and I don't have a problem with that. To their credit, I saw a young man who came in and asked for assistance as he had no idea what size he needed. The staff member had a measuring tape around his neck and quickly provided guidance.

I encountered some slightly "pushy" sales associates this evening which didn't make me feel warm and fuzzy. I was headed to the counter to return a dress and purchase another when I noticed some clothing I wanted to go look at. When I finished and continued toward the counter, the sales associate was walking away but stopped to see what I needed. I told her I wanted to exchange an item and she responded "there's no one in dresses?" Well that was rude. You're standing right here, did I need to go find someone in Dresses?? I told her I didn't know and proceeded to ask "do I need to return this in Dresses?" She hesitantly said I didn't, but that she was about to go to customer service. I was a little annoyed but didn't push it and instead headed to Dresses where the sales associate was a little demanding, telling me to go to the counter, follow her, etc. I noticed she was about to help someone ahead of me with a return so I told her I saw something I wanted to look at and I'd be over shortly. After she finished the other return, she asked the woman she was helping to fill out something on the screen- email address maybe? But as she waited impatiently, she walks over to me to grab my two items so she could begin my purchase. The woman ahead of me then told her she wanted to do an additional exchange. I listened as she told the woman that her item was not available in the size/color combination she saw online and ushered her to the side to look into it as she helped me lol. I'm not sure if these ladies were ready to go home, or overworked, but we were more than 20 minutes from closing time, and at least while I was in the store, it was pretty slow. It's not a nice feeling to feel rushed for one, and that you're a burden to someone who's there to do a job for two. I usually have a good experience at this store even though it's not my favorite but not quite sure what was going on today.

The coupon I got was from a loyalty card I signed up for a few years ago when I was in Chattanooga, TN. I'm glad I received it because I have really been needing some cowboy boots for awhile. Anyway, the customer service was exceptional here. The manager went out of her way to help me. She spoke to me as soon as I walked in the store and asked if I needed and help. I said yes. She was friendly and real nice about my coupon I had. She did give me 10 percent off all 3 items I bought. In summary, I recommend signing up for their loyalty card to receive coupons via email. I am very happy with all merchandise I bought here and would visit this store again.

This was the Sunday before Christmas and the store was really crowded but a young associate named Kadan took the time to really help us select a Stetson hat. He was knowledgeable about the product and really patient in answering our questions and even checking the store room for a size that wasn't out on display. My nephew did buy one of the hats and it was a really enjoyable experience. The store has a great selection of Western clothing and boots at reasonable prices. And the professional customer service we had from Kadan made all the difference.

I never really shop here, but a couple items caught my attention and I decided to purchase. There were only 2 check out attendants. The line was long. The gentleman attendant was taking a fairly long time with the person in his line. He told the only other attendant to go take a break. Why would you tell her that when the line was long and he was busy with a credit application or so it sounded like taking longer than a regular transaction. While the 2nd cashier asked if I minded waiting or she could ring me up. I thought the gesture was nice but when I said I've been waiting a while and would like to check out, she had a noticeable attitude change and told the other attendant, I'm going after this one. If she didn't want to ring me up she should have just went to break like he told her. This included a decent array of size 14's which can oftentimes be a problem to find. I found a pair I liked quickly, tried them on, they fit well and there you have it, sold! Throw in that she got a new pair of brown boots for the buy one get one 50% off deal and we both walked away happy.

There were some key decisions I had not even considered - type of button, type of cuff, whether to have the collar stiffeners sewn in - and Brad walked me through all of those points. You're going to pay more than you would at Brooks Brothers or Charles Tyrwhitt but you're going to get a custom fit. Brad measures your neck, shoulders, chest, waist, shoulder spread, and arms. I may be forgetting a measurement! But if you want the shirt to look just like it was made for you this is the way to do it. Brad shared tons of fabric swatches for suits and shirts. The majority of the suits he crafts are 150s and 180s which are very soft and durable. You can even get 200s merino wool if you want a more luxurious suit. I'm very knowledgeable on Oakley's different lenses, frames, etc but she walked me through the "Custom" process and I was able to essentially build my perfect pair of sunglasses. I wanted to get a second pair of lenses so I'd have a couple of different options for full sun or cloudy. The manager made sure I got the best deal and I was able to get yet another pair of frames with my second pair of lenses, for the usual cost of just lenses! Are Oakleys a bit on the pricy side? Sure, but I drive 50-60k miles a year and I'm willing to pay a bit more for peace of mind. I'm not too sure of the steep clothing prices though, but not really what I came in for. Be sure to ask the staff about the Prizm lenses. They are polarized, plus they take it one step further with selective wavelength filtering based on their specific use case (ex. they have Golf, Road, Trail, Daily, etc..). I live much closer to the Concord Mills store, but the last time I was there it was so busy I couldn't get anyone's attention. I'll stick with this store and their superb staff!
