If you're not a fan of extreamly small spaces that make you feel clasterphopic then I highly recommend you stay far far away from this place. Tea was amazing thou. I was seated all the way in back near the door since the place was packed, I saw someone leave and decided to ask the server right away if I can have their spot, the server who didn't even know English said "oh that's for other vip guest coming in" and I said "that is complete bullshit" then another sweet sever came in and said yes you can have the table. Ridiculous, I just wanted a nice date with my boyfriend for our 1 year anniversary and this is the service we get. Never coming here again. Complete disaster. read more

The hookah and hookah master are great so let's get that out of the way. The service however is terrible, if you aren't buying a bottle of wine or champagne every 10 mins they want you out. We ordered a bottle of champagne in addition with our $40 hookah and they kept serving it into any glass at the table to finish off the bottle and take it away. Meaning it wasn't shared equally because the server just poured it into any glass that was empty. The servers aren't very pleasant and seem to treat you poorly. This is not a spot for everyone we didn't feel welcomed at all. You'll understand if you go there. It's a shame because it is a cute spot and the hookah flavors are actually really good. Please train your staff to treat people equally and to smile at least. They all have RBF. ‍ read more

Management is in the business of stealing money from customer. Beware if the server asked for another credit card pretending the first doesn't work. I handed a different card and later found out that both cards were charged $180 dollars so paid twice the amount. Contacted them and management acted as if I was a begger and didn't want to spend a single minute to investigate a customer complaint. After several attempts they pretended they only had one charged but asked for credit card statements on both cards to prove my claim so they could refund it. When I provided the statements and showed them both cards were charged the same amount in the exact same day from their place they again lied and claimed they only had one charge! Never go to a place where people fraud you to steal money and don't care about clients. read more

Came in here to smoke a hookah since i came back from Dubai, to say i was disappointed is to say nothing at all, from the dirt and water on the floor to the smell of people burning their own meat behind me, and screaming loudly when they lost a match on the console they were playing, didn't get the flavor hookah i asked for and when asked to change it the boy blew in the hookah and said it was fine, i smoked for 10 minutes and he said i would have to get a new one full price, i get better service at the freaking DMV! -100/5 stars! read more

I visited that place yesterday and was actually surprised to notice good combination of entertaining and relaxing atmosphere inside. As hookah bar i expected to be penetrated by smoke however their exhaust pipes working well and smoke didn't bother me at all. Same situation with the music it was chillaxing and we were able to talk not shouting to each other. Regards hookah i ordered apple with fruits it was mild and gorgeous, charcoals were changed three times, good tea also pleased our positive mood. Next time planning to order the table near console gaming and to invite couple of friends, so i do recommend that place, server Maria was courteous and pretty affordable prices over there. read more

Was a tad apprehensive when I googled map this place due to it not seeming like a "lounge" atmosphere. Traveling from NYC I didn't want to spend a Friday not in a random place with no energy. This place was just what I needed after a dinner with family, very laid back and wonderful service. Instantly greeted and sat, we even switched tables after a roomier spot become available, with no backlash. The staff's service was what one would ask for when in a new location. Quick, friendly and not to be a crude, they were ridiculously gorgeous, especially the hookah guy in blue. They all worked as a team and made wonderful suggestions for first timers. We ordered bottles of wine and our glasses were never empty. If ever in town again, I'd surely come again, especially for Mr.Blue Shirt (top buttons unbuttoned) Good wine list and appetizers to snack on while enjoying their flavorful hookahs. read more

Flame House is one of my favorite spots in the area, I usually come here with my friends to smoke hookah, by the way it's the best hookah I've ever tried in Miami. Today for the first time we tried to order grilled vegetables and sea food, which we had to cook on our own with the special hot stone which they brought for us, which was very unusual and new experience for me and my friend. One more thing I want mention is the music, which is always up-to-date. The service is really great, everyone who works in this place is very helpful and professionally nice with the smile on their faces. Other than a cool ambiance, this place is a disaster. Just left about 5 mins ago and I can say without question that my wife and our friends will never be coming back. To start, this place is a RIP OFF. I've never seen a place that when you order hot tea charges you $2.50 for a tiny side of honey that was barely enough of one cup (Found that out when the bill came.) They also would not give us any water without forcing us to order $4.00 bottles of Aqua Panna. We went in for a hookah and that was good, but the most RIDICULOUS and hilarious part was when we attempted to order food. Here's the most comedic part! My wife found out from the waitress that ordering a cheese plate for $8.00 comes with only the cheese and one... that's right, ONE cracker!!!! (We had a GOOOOD laugh about that one while the waitress kept a straight face.) Who serves a cheese plate with just ONE cracker?! That was just astoundingly idiotic. Needless to say, we decided to eat elsewhere after we left. At that moment, we also asked for some more hot water since we didn't need any more tea. The waitress's response was "No. you'll have to pay for another pot of tea." THAT never came yet they still put it on our bill. They were so concerned about charging for every little thing, they didn't pay attention to their guests. To cap off the end of an abysmal first (and last) experience, when the check came, we argued over which one of us would pay the check since we all wanted to cover it. She says "I don't like this" and walked away! Never in my life have I seen a waitress do that! To be clear, she was NOT nasty or unpleasant. Nobody was. Great presentation of the food and many hookah choices to try. For starters, this was not my first time at this nice establishment. But tonight, the service was not up to par. Our waitress was Daria and she really needs to work on her customer service. Me and my boyfriend walked in and she stated we couldn't sit at the bigger tables because it was for parties for 3 or more. We sat down and another 2 top walked in (restaurant was barely occupied) and she allowed another 2 top to sit at the same table we wanted to sit at. We ordered our drinks and hookah and for our next round we asked if it could be less strawberry flavoring. Without a thought she said, "no, the bartender measures everything and only makes the drinks how they come." I asked her if she would ask and she was extremely adamant that the he wasn't going to do it so we took it how it came. Other than her bringing our food, and ordering our 2rounds plus food, she was no where to be found and we even up asking the hookah guys for her to come to the table. For gratuity to be included and be 20% is completely ludicrous because the service was not up to par. Would love to come back but definitely wouldn't recommend her as a server for anyone! read more
