Linda has strong hands and was able to work out knots I have had for years. She offers several types of massage and is educated on and certified to do them all. She gives me good advice on how to avoid the painful postural positions I am likely in, based on where my pain is. Sometimes we talk about inflammatory foods and good substitutes. Sometimes it is just quiet with the soft sounds of bird song and running water. Linda is as sweet and thoughtful as she is talented. I recommend getting an appointment because she is a very popular lady.

The deep tissue massage was a Chinese version but Michael, my massage therapist was skilled. He use enough pressure and I think he even gave me a few extra minutes. I don't really like Chinese style massages but it was well worth it. Another plus was that there was no language barrier. The atmosphere was light and simple but had great ambiance as well.

I was so excited to rent a room from Cassondra for my massage business in December of 2022…read more I went in to look at the room, She had it furnished and everything looked decent. When I started moving in the room had been cleared of all the furnished things and there were stains on the carpet and realized I'd have to put an area rug over that. The floor was also uneven and squeaky in places. I also noticed the walls had scratches and holes in places, but most importantly the door to the room had no lock and it did NOT latch all the way when the door was closed. I brought these concerns to Cassondras attention and she said the door would get fixed if I brought in a locking doorknob so I did. Then she told me the one I gave her didn't fit and instead put a different locking knob on there. The new locking knob ALSO did not latch completely and that problem stayed a problem until I moved out early December 2, 2023. Throughout the year, Cassondra also changed the main door key code without letting me know which was an interference to my business and livelihood; I would also find my creams and lotion being used, (and then refilled with inferior product), and my massage equipment would be moved around or taken apart. One day I even found a used black latex glove in the middle of my room and when I asked her, Cassondra claims she was "cleaning" my room. Why? I rent the room so I clean it and when I clean I don't leave garbage behind. Then after I moved out, Cassondra has the audacity to try to charge me $50 for the stains in the rug that have been there for years, and tried to act like it was my fault. This is by far the WORST room rental I have ever seen in my life. The room is small and hot, the floors are stained, creaky and uneven. I did not appreciate the treatment I received while renting from Cassondra and after and I would NOT recommend renting from her.

I had the worst and quite honesty weirdest experience at this place to the point that I left in…read moretears. I received a living social gift certificate from my parents for Christmas for an hour massage. I was very excited! I scheduled my appointment online because when I called no one picked up the phone (no big deal!) but the recording stated I could go online and schedule my appointment. Awesome...how convenient! So I went online and selected the time I was available and my appointment was booked. Super easy! As I was heading to my appointment my GPS got me a little lost and it was 2 minutes before my appointment time when my cell phone rang. I answered the phone and it was a gentleman named Lu who stated he was my massage therapist and he was waiting on me. I can understand clients being on time but I was not late (yet) and he was just very dry with zero sympathy and understanding. I might also mention this establishment has NO SIGN so unless you are told when you schedule your appointment that it is on the second floor of a business park suite, you would have no idea. When I arrived Lu, whom I realized pretty quickly was the owner, was waiting for me and handed my some forms to fill out. I apologized for being late, as by the time I was able to find said establishment with NO SIGN it was 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. I asked if perhaps we should reschedule. Lu stated that if we rescheduled I would be "wasting his time." I was stunned to have someone speak so bluntly to a customer and honestly felt so intimated by this guy that I just continued to fill out the forms. He proceeded to ask me about the level of pressure I prefer and I stated that I don't like too much pressure as I bruise easily. Lu stopped, and sort of scoffed at me and said: "Well do you know you picked a massage therapist that works deep tissue..." He just left it at that acting like he would be unable to perform the service because he specializes in deep tissue and I wanted light pressure. By this point I was so floored and fed up that I looked at him and said: "Look I don't know anything about your style of massage. I was assigned to you based upon the time I chose on your website. If you are unable to perform the massage for me because I picked the wrong therapist then perhaps your "convenient" online scheduling service is flawed." At that point I got up and handed him the clipboard back. He smiled at me and in a very polite tone (the only time he was polite) said "Thanks so much for coming in." I was on the verge of tears and simply said "Whatever," And walked out. Have you ever met an angry massage therapist? Me either. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Business owners like this take for granted that there is competition and people don't have to spend money with them. My prediction, with this guy's attitude and his ethic as far as how he speaks to customers (especially a woman!), this business won't be around in one years' time. Spend your money with people who are nice not people who pick on their clients because they are unhappy with themselves and their own life. What a shame that guy is. Great job, Lu....hope your proud of yourself. Take this as a learning experience, but you probably won't.
