I woke up this morning with a bad neckache and tension in my shoulders. I could feel it was about to turn into a headache, so I looked on Yelp for massage therapists near me. I stumbled upon Massage All - great reviews, great location (with a parking lot - heck yeah), and even a Yelp check-in deal. I went to their site and was so pleased that there was availability same day. Scheduling an appointment was so easy. I was able to find and sign up for an appointment in a short amount of time. Bonus points that there were open appointments the morning I looked and days after. I was able to upload my information and pay easily after the massage too. My message therapist was Josie, and she was great! Just the right amount of pressure, focused on my upper body (particularly shoulders and neck) like I asked, and she checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I really liked that I was able to relax during the hour-long massage. I've had massages in the past where there is talking the whole time, and not to sound like a jerk, but that can be a little much when I'm trying to just enjoy the massage and focus on the work being done. Josie allowed me to zone out and truly enjoy the massage, and asked me questions as we went, which was absolutely perfect. At one point, I was so relaxed, I thought I'd fall asleep on the table. I found Massage All because I had a Spa Finder gift card. I feel like the stars aligned! I had Stephanie as my therapist and she was AMAZING! So attentive to the places I was struggling with, and what was most impressive was taking to me about the areas that were bothering me and why (at the end when I was checking out). She is ver knowledgeable and you can tell she has a true passion for what she does. The space is in an older building but it was very clean and calming. If I would have had to provide a 24 hour cancellation and possibly subjected to a charge, then Sharee at Massage All needs to be held to a higher standard. Great 1st massage with Robert. I had terrible lower back pain from over doing it on packing for our move. I went on the website and scheduled an appointment online for that same day ( I was in serious pain). Since it was my 1st "professional " massage I didn't know what to expect. Robert explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I was concerned that it might hurt worse than the back pain. We'll. Robert was incredible! I'm writing this review the day after and for the first time in over a week I slept all night without any pain in my lower back. Feeling good today as well. I am not sure if this is an issue with yelp or this business. An offer popped up to save $30 on a massage. I wanted to book a massage with them, clicked the offer then it says thank you, you have checked in here is your gift. Then you accept the $30 and it says you have 4 hours to use. To leave the screen you have to check it which completes the offer and it goes away completely. Now I have a review here I didn't leave for a discount I was not able to receive or use. Would have been nice to book a a massage and take advance of the offer coming in. I'll try somewhere else. Hope this is a yelp issue and not a scam from the business to get reviews!!! I found this place through Yelp and messaged them through yelp to set an appointment with Amie since I'd read good things about her. They messaged back that she wasn't working the day I wanted and they didn't have any openings but would love to workout a time with me. Well, 2 hours later they said Amie would come in for my appointment!! I booked instantly! The location is small and no frills, small and yes the walls are thin, but that wasn't a problem for me. Amie got me checked in quickly, asked me where I needed focus, what I was comfortable with, etc. Her pressure was perfect, I like a medium pressure and she checked in with me a couple times to make sure the pressure was okay. She worked my back like I asked and I left feeling rejuvenated and awesome!! I would recommend this place and Amie and I will definitely be back! :) Thanks Amie!! read more

Found this place after redeeming a living social deal. Massage therapists are top notch and listen to my problem areas before we start the session. I leave feeling relaxed and more comfortable (without the muscle knots) than when I came in. Matt, my massage therapist, uses the correct amount of pressure and checks in with me during the session to make sure I'm still doing ok. The rooms are relaxing and clean with touches of antique furniture/decor. Relaxation music is always playing. I appreciate how the therapists use a warmer on the table so I stay comfortable during my session. Appointments are easy to book online. Finding a good massage therapist is difficult (I've had a few who just didn't do it for me). I'm glad I have found Massage All after moving to the area. I'm confident that even if Matt isn't available, any of his colleagues would treat me with equal respect and address my muscle needs. Thank you!! read more

My husband bought me a Groupon certificate for a Hot Stone massage for our anniversary. I redeemed it today. It was a terrific and relaxing experience. The facility is not a "hang around" spa. You will not get a robe and slippers or steam room. It is instead a "Come in and get a great massage for a great price" place, which was just fine with me. The facility was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. She had a bottle of water waiting for me and was extremely friendly. I was asked what areas I would like her to concentrate on or avoid. (Not every place asks this and it is one of my pet peeves). They have a monthly program to save and get a great deal. She told me about it after my massage but it was NOT a high pressure sales pitch. It was more informative, and I am definitely considering it. read more

I had a wonderful massage with Christine today and I was impressed that when I told her I like firm massages, she followed through the entire time. She timed it well that I even got a scalp and face massage in addition to the full body massage. It was very relaxing and clean and I really liked that there was a bench to put my clothes on instead of the floor or a tiny chair. I definitely appreciated getting a complimentary bottle of water and not a small Dixie cup as I have experienced at one place in the past. This place is a little difficult to find at first as I drove by thinking the business area was a townhome community. There was some noise coming from above (I think) but wasn't too bothersome. I am no expert on massages. In fact, this was only my second time, so I was pretty excited. I, like the previous reviewers, bought the groupon earlier in the year, and waited til now to redeem it. I can sum up my whole experience in 3 words--it was fabulous. My appointment was with Amie--she asked me a couple of questions about soreness and how much pressure, which I appreciated. She said I had a lot of tension in my upper back and went right to work. The hour went by much to fast! This was a perfect place for me. If your looking for some fancy place with candles and robes, this probably isn't for you. But, if you work all day, want to relax in a clean place and have a calming conversation with a nice and sincere therapist, it's great. (And I'm a talker, so maybe some people don't like to talk during massages, but I do.) I plan on going in again, already prepaid for my next massage. I would recommend this place! read more

After reading the therapist profiles and checking schedules, I decided that Tina sounded like my type of therapist...do you yourself a favor and give her one chance to convince you that she's got the touch. I've had chronic ankle pain and tight calves & hamstrings...Tina's therapeutic massage hit all my problem areas without me even having to say anything and her style was deep but not overly painful. She was very open to communication and feedback and I couldn't ask for more in a therapist! I did notice that my Groupon had 2 phone numbers listed on it...one of them is wrong and accounts for the reason that Suzanne M. couldn't get ahold of the business. On vacation visiting my brother and I had done a number on my back the previous week and was paying for it after the flight out to Denver. Called to set up and appointment, after a little bit of phone tag I had an hour long deep tissue set up with Christine. Office was hard to find on GPS, but the email had directions so I was able to find it once I got into the general area. Office was nice, clean and relaxing. Small operation, but it worked. Christine is relatively new to the massage world, but she got in there and did work. The hour flew by and I felt sore, but in a good way. She really went to town, asking the entire time to make sure I was comfortable. When I'm back out to visit I'll make sure to stop in and get those knots worked out. read more

The only massage person I have used is Robert. He is an expert on chronic neck pain issues. I have had other therapists who flared up my pain instead of resolving it. Robert is very knowledgeable in regards to body anatomy. In fact, I believe he has kinesiology degree. I also like that he doesn't talk constantly during the massage. Sometimes I just want to relax and be quiet. When he asks you how the pressure is.... he actually listens and goes deeper or lighter. Thank God I don't ever have to worry about just having lotion rubbed on me with Robert. He is a massage therapist that actually gives you a real massage. read more

I booked a massage for my girlfriend and I at the same time for a Valentine's Day treat at Massage All and were were very impressed. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful, calming music can be heard from the moment you enter through the front door, you can already feel the stress melting away. Roxanne and Amie were both very professional and left us feeling like we were floating on air. My girlfriend has a shoulder with pins in it, and Roxanne was able to provide her with a very relaxing and thorough massage. Gf said it was one of the best she has ever had and will be going to see her again the next time she is in town. When Amie says she gives a deep massage, she means it, no muscle knot can hide from her. Used my GROUPON coupon for my 1st visit to Essential Bodyworks today. It was a nice touch, easy and convenient to schedule my appt. on their website's appointment scheduler. Saw Aimee for a 90 min. Therapeutic Massage. She was quick to get me signed in and my groupon coupon accounted for and then she asked for a detailed profile of any issues I might have with certain areas of my body, if I wanted any areas focused on specifically, and what type of pressure I prefer. I have had fibromyalgia (severe muscle/joint pain) for almost 20 years now & have had countless massages with many therapists with different techniques/study backgrounds over the years. Aimee did a wonderful job, offered a extremely strong pressured (just as I asked for!) massage for the entire duration of the massage, had nice techniques, relaxing music & a comfy table. I have already set future appts. with her. The reason I give EB 4 stars and not 5 is... I am an individual who doesn't talk and likes a really quiet atmosphere during massage. Unfortunately the floors are really 'creaky' in their offices and the walls to the individual massage rooms are a bit thin...so I was a little disturbed by others talking and walking when coming in/going out for their appts. Thanks to yelp I found massage all. I needed something reasonably priced and wanted an appointment for the next day. Kate had an opening so I booked, I figured at $58 for 90 minutes I had to try. What a great deal! Kate was awesome and I defiantly got lucky! She really worked the areas I needed the most help, which I really appreciated. She also explained to me what was going on and made me feel comfortable. She has strong hands and I personally love that in a good masseuse. At the end she showed me a few stretches that might help my day to day. I would give her 5 stars! My only con is the noise. I could hear two people talking for a bit which was a little frustrating. When walking in you realize it is a very small place. I tried to be as quite as possible and it's unfortunate that others don't realize that. Hopefully they are able to find a solution to this problem. For the price it's a great deal and I highly recommend Kate. Plus her music choice is very relaxing :) read more

I had an amazing massage here this week, amazing. I wanted to go back every day of my Denver trip it was that good. I did the online appointment, but was disappointed that I couldn't get a 24 hour appointment so I just made a call and they fit me right in within a few hours of my call. I had the 60 minute sports with extra 10 minutes stone massage and loved every minute of it. Now there is some occassional noise from other rooms, but I was so into my massage that such occassional noise could not negate the experience. Oh, I'm definetly coming back. Would have loved an after massage rest area, but in this tiny spa location such option was not available. read more

This massage was with Aime & it was exceptional! The location of this place is cute & tucked away but it wasn't a bad experience. Scheduling is difficult though. I felt super comfortable and relaxed working with him and my body hasn't felt this good in YEARS! Normally when I get massages, I'm in pain a couple of hours later but not this time. My muscles are relaxed and I'm not in pain anymore. He even adjusted my lower back so my hips are realigned! I can't say enough how thankful I am to have worked with him! I have tried for years to find someone who could work on my neck without making it worse. I finally found that person in Robert. I have always had a very tight neck. A few years ago I suddenly started getting migraines, especially after drinking the tiniest bit of alcohol. I have very social friends so this was devastating to me. Robert worked on my neck weekly for about 3-4 months and I found I could tolerate a drink or two. After 6 or 7 months I could once again drink beer, wine etc. and have only had 1 migraine in 6 months. Not to mention my neck feels great.
