Just 30 mins massage out of 60 mins. Tricked me with sauna which wasn't that great. I felt like wasted my money.

As of today I've joined the people giving up on what has been my favorite massage place for years and years. I went there today and couldn't even understand the lady there. Then she shows me on her phone that she is the new boss. Deanna and the rest of the great massage therapists that I've come to appreciate are all gone. Then I requested a 90 minute massage. 45 minutes into a positively unimpressive massage the "new boss" says she's only going to do my massage for 1 hour. Doesn't give me a choice or a reason. Then when I go to leave she takes my temperature as I'm walking out. I asked her why and she says because Your warm???? I asked her what my temp was and she said "98, Kinda warm". I'm not a Dr but 98 seems just right to me. Guess I'm going to have to find a new massage place in Brighton. Yes I moved to Brighton and still only went to my massage place. So sad!!!!!! read more

I recently went in to have a massage and the owner collected the 70 dollars for an hour and a half from me before she started. About a half hour in a second woman took over and finished the massage. When I got done, the second lady has her hand out. I told her I paid the 1 St lady already. She says no, tip. Now, it's pretty rude to ask for a tip in the 1st place but the massage was good so I gave her 10 dollars. Then she got mad and called the other lady in. She asked me if I liked the massage to which I replied yes. Then she said I need to tip more because she needs to pay her. Gotta say, this ruined the whole experience because they are begging for money when you get done. If you want 90-100 bucks then charge that from the beginning. I won't be going back read more

If i could put 0 stars I would. Laughable customer service. Made an appt. for two 1 hour long massages at 4pm and the lady literally got mad at us for not understanding what she was trying to tell us. She said we had to choose who got the longer massage because they didn't have time for both of us to get an hour long massage. When we (my boyfriend and I) were discussing what we were going to do, she told us to leave because they were too busy LOL Absolutely awful service. First time visit and used the infrared sauna, which I paid for an hour usage. To my disappointment, I found someone's gum placed on the inside of the door. The lady was also slightly rude to me, plus she jipped me out of 15 minutes usage (because on the inside of the door it keeps track of your time) and when I mentioned this to her she got really defensive and still insisted that I get out, so I didn't leave a tip. After coming here for years l, I am officially done with this place. While the massages are typically pretty good as long as I go see one specific woman. They are always pressuring you to give more tips. I will typically tip $20 on a $70 massage which is more than 20%. In addition to charging for credit fees. It is called gratuity for a reason and I'm not going to start tipping 30 and 40% when it is not warranted. This is an example of what a massage place should not be. Very rude and obnoxious. Quick to take your cash up front I came in with x amount of cash. The massage felt rushed. After massage was over, I gave a tip then left. I went into my car and checked my wallet. I noticed x amount was not there. I am convinced that while I was having the massage, another person came into the room and went through my wallet. I am angry that this happened. This place is awful!!! Do not go here. Used to be my fav place now if i could give a zero star rating I would. The lady had me undress which thankfully I left my underwear on. I booked a 30 min massage and she left the room THREE times and left the door wide open with my half sheet that barely covered me anyway ALL THE WAY DOWN. i Was so uncomfortable and I could hear someone walk by and my bare butt is hanging out. I also apparently took too long getting dressed afterwards because she barged in and asked me "you done?" The massage wasn't great either. I absolutely love this place!! My wife and I have gone to many massage places and we both agree this is the best place and a great deal. We have had memberships to several, none compare. A lot of them are just trying to sell you on products while you wait. Most places have a routine that they cover to fill the time. These ladies find the problem areas on your body and tailor the massage to your needs. We get the 90 min every time and it's worth every penny!! Clean facility and friendly staff, English is a little tough but who cares, they are amazing at what they do!!!! This was our 5th visit here and we will for sure keep coming back. read more

Way better than my Spa massages for sure! So I have a hard time getting walk-ins or same day appt at my gyms spa w/out an appt. Yes I understand it's better to book one, and depending on my workouts sometimes I'm hurting the next day & sometimes not, so it's an unpredictable situation for me. Well I have been sore since training twice a day & yesterday was my breaking point! I called around looking for some place not too far from my house and was able to get a walk-in here! Wohoo and saw on yelp if I checked in I could get a free infrared sauna session! I LOVE this I do it some times, but it can be expensive, but soo worth it for weight loss and prevention of cellulite. Ok now back to my massage. I was just gonna do an hour, but switched to 90 minutes and So glad I did!! I had knots throughout my whole body and even my head massage was orgasmically Amazing!! I loved how she was able to do a really deep hard pressure and even mentioned to her, I usually prefer men or really big women because they are stronger, but as petite as she was she was able to make my aching lower back pain disappear! And when she massaged my legs I could feel my Achilles tendonitis loosen up for my next workout session. I am so going to be going back here weekly and using the infrared sauna as well every other day, since this place is much closer than my drive to Louisville. so I paid just $70 for 90minutes which is way cheaper than other places I've been too. worst massage ever, didn't think that would be possible but it was, me and my wife both experienced the same thing. rude, didn't honor a gift card because it was over a year and old so we paid and wish I would have kept my money, I have had lots of massages this takes last, was not comfortable, they left the room a few times and took a couple minutes to come back. lack of communication, lack of know how, no flow, random stuff I never have experienced before... would definetly go somewhere else. was so bad I actually had to Wright my first negative review.... read more

This place was not good at all. My brother, sister-in-law and I went and they told us it was $50 for an hour massage. Then, when we went to pay, they said it was a $20 minimum tip per person, so a 40% tip... The ladies on each of our massages kept leaving to answer phones, the place was loud, and I felt as if my massage was being rushed the entire time. Very sloppy and not professional. Had the most amazing massage by Marty! Affordable, clean, and friendly. I will be back for sure. She got out every kink and used the perfect amount of pressure (I requested medium/ hard). My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage, 1 hour is $50 per person. They put us in separate rooms. My masseuse massaged me over a sheet the entire time without ever using oil. She blew her nose twice during the massage and resumed massaging my head without washing her hands. The massage felt rushed, the room was cold, I didn't feel relaxed for a second during the massage. At the end, she left the door opened when she left the room. Afterwards I talked to my boyfriend who was in the other room and he said the masseuse oiled him up, flirted with him the entire time, and playfully spanked him. We have tried this place on numerous occasions. The therapist leave to answer the phone in the middle of a massage. They are inexpensive but distracting. After we complained once we were told too bad. We wont go back! read more

Do Not Go Here!! My husband received a massage here. As a service provider I always tell him to tip 20%. He did that when it came time to pay. After he handed his therapist back the receipt she told him that people usually tip 30% if they have his build. He was shocked that she was asking for more money. A tip is something that a person is gifting you. The therapist Should be ASHAMED that she asked for more money! I called as asked if they had someone experienced in working on extreme sciatica pain and was told "oh yes, yes." They did not understand the pain just to lie down with sciatica pain - she was more concerned with trying to get a 30% tip - not satisfied with a 20%. Never have we experienced such unprofessional behavior. We will NEVER ever go there again. read more

This massage place sucks. They don't know English and they ask for more tip. I've had better massages for less and I had to wait like 1 hour just to be helped. The lady named Woni or something like that asked for more tip even though she sucked. I would not recommend this Massage location because 120th offers many other massages with better staff and service. read more
