However the way we were scolded and treated in front of the other patrons was unacceptable. The staff may seem rough on the outer edges, but they are all actually teddy bears once you get to know them. The music is set to a regular volume, allowing free conversation between you and your compatriots. The bar is well-regarded as owning the cleanest taps in Grand Rapids.
