Flannery's in Midlothian and soon in Oak Forest, IL. We have burgers and bars on almost every corner here yet this is how Flannery's handles their business when a customer COMPLAINS to them in a private message. It took them almost one week to "fact check" by stalking my page. Then they replied with lies, insults and attacking me. The only reason they are still open is because the same 10 drunks are there everyday. 1/7/23 To the manager, Called and ordered carry out dinner last night from you and it was terrible! He said 20 mins thats when my husband got there yet had to wait another 20 mins. for a burger, skins & rings. $15.20 for a bacon cheeseburger ok if it looked anything close to the photo on your menu and was so delicious but what I got was nothing close. The bun must of come from the dollar store it was paper thin and extremely small. The burger of course was bigger than the "bun" but why $15.00?! It was just a grilled burger again nothing close to the photo advertised. The onion rings were hard over fried and flavorless, potatoe skins had a odd taste to them. $32.81 for really bad terrible quality garbage dinner... ridiculous. 1/7/23 7:46pm. Me and my wife ordered chicken wraps for carry out. One was supposed to be Buffalo and wasn't. They put ranch in everything but blue cheese was requested. Worst of all both were made with wilted almost brown lettuce. It was disgusting. My wife wanted to take them back but anyone that uses rotten lettuce in their food obviously doesn't care and will more than likely just do it again. read more

Racism is real but it's not necessary. Today (Tuesday), I went to Flannery's with 2 other friends. While walking in, we instantly received an uncomfortable vibe from staff. There was a bald security guard and a lady behind the bar. I believe her name was Deb or something according to my receipt. Our usual day to come to this bar is on Mondays and we're greeted with great energy by Max. We even started to frequent the bar weekly because of his awesome personality and welcoming gestures. Unfortunately, today was totally the opposite. I asked if Max was here and she's gave me an attitude and told me no. I then asked for my drink which she filled a big cup with plenty of ice and barely put a shot in there. I am also a bartender. There was no attentiveness or concern to our party but there was to everyone else. My friend stepped outside to take a phone call through the side door (THAT WE NORMALLY ENTER) and the bald white security walked right behind HER and locked the door and put a chair there. We've been there plenty of times and there was never a problem going through that door until today all of a sudden. The bald guy was blatantly staring at us like we didn't belong or we were expected to do something out of our character. So, I asked the bartender was it something that we did tonight (knowing we simply came in, bought drinks, and tipped). She states that I wasn't very nice to her coming in when the attitude and professionalism came in on her part. She was argumentative and shook her head every time she walked away. In addition to throwing my drink and money down. Racism is real but it's not necessary. We did not do anything or say anything yet were treated like we didn't belong. I enjoy Max when he's there on Mondays but I'm not sure if we'll be back to spend our money. It's truly sad that people can be so ignorant and prejudice in 2021. I went to flannerys for their Easter Egg hunt and only that because I've had issues with the service at this bar before. So I walk in and ask to sit at these decorated tables and the bartender says it's for the Easter egg hunt. I said we are participating and she said okay and walked away. So we sat at another table and then we were moved from that table because a band was coming. I asked if we could sit at the reserved tables and they said no and sat us against a wall. So after the egg hunt I said can we sit there now because other people had taken over our table and they said the table was reserved. I asked how did people reserve tables because on the event invite it says nothing about reservations. (A lot of tables were reserved but only one had a name) The manager said that they had a party reserved before the egg hunt event was made (mind you the table was fully decorated for Easter). So she said they would call them and then said we could magically sit there after sitting in the corner for 3 hours on uneven tables. Other people coming in after us were able to just sit on the tables and surprisingly they didn't have to call anyone to ask about the reservation. Then the Easter egg hunt sucked because my whole group paid $10 x 8 and only I got one egg. They asked us to line up and basically whoever was first in line got all of the eggs because they didn't have everyone wait for people to get outside. Needless to say I won't be back. This place sucks and the people behind the bar are super shitty I'm so upset I waisted my time and money here. read more

I had a good time until the bartender mention my tab in front of other people and when I payed I realized a drink was 12.50$ I would understand if it was a can of Red Bull and Hennessy on the side . But it was from the dispenser machine in a small glass. A drink in a local bar shouldn't be this high ? read more

Love this place! Whether is just for a couple drinks and a bite to eat or a Bears game it's a great place. Just had my sisters shower in the beer garden outside and it was a beautiful day, Robin was so awesome to work with and so accommodating. The food was delicious not one complaint, instead compliments galore. The bartendars helped top everything off to make it a special day for my sister. All the employees helped us with anything we needed when we forgot something. It's a great place anyway you look at it!!!!! read more

Myself and my wife went here for a drink to get away from the kids for a couple hours . We sat at the bar for 5 minutes before either of the 2 bartenders came over to serve us. Not a good start but at least the one woman came over and apologized and said she was the bar manager and took our drink so the other bartender could stay looking at her phone. I got a beer and she got a jack n Coke. We finished our drink and spent the next 10 minutes trying to get the attention of the bar staff for another round. Something must have been really good on Facebook or maybe the were playing bejeweled or something because they never looked up to see if anyone needed a drink . I walked over to them and cashed out. 7 $ . No tip . Why is it so hard to find a place with decent service anymore ? I wont be back here . read more

Not a place to go to for pizza ,I won a pizza at bingo night and tried it well let me tell you I have had better pizza at Little Cesers if you want good pizza at a bar go to Slapshots on Cicero down the street. They have a good pie. read more

Today I had the Italian Beef and my friend had the breaded chicken sandwich. The food was so good and the cook has come out to greet and talk to us each time we were here! Horrible service! They told me it was $10 debit card charge!!! Then they said there was an ATM machine and I used the ATM and it NEVER DISPENSED MY MONEY. The lady told me I had to call my bank and I had pretty much pay $20 for a beer. read more

So this place used to be TJs... and i must say since it became JPS I've been there WAY more often. It's all new on the inside.. it's always beautifully decorated and clean. I love love love the food! Always fresh and no matter what I order it's always on point!!! Bar tenders are always friendly and making sure I have what I need. I definitely recommend coming in for some drinks and food! read more
