My mom and I randomly stopped in looking for happy hour after a dr appt in Crestwood. This is more of a neighborhood Cheers vibe bar and grill. While everybody was nice, you could tell the place was full of regulars. I even played a few games of bingo. I would recommend coming here for a few beers or to watch a football game, but not for dinner. If you want dinner go to Applebees or one of the many restaurants in the area. It's a warm place with good vibes, just not the best food. We tried the nachos with chicken and the chicken was old hard leftover chicken. The jalapeños were huge and raw with seeds, not pickled. Nothing wrong with that but I can't handle that kind of spice. The gaming area looks really nice but I didn't actually play any of the machines. Great sports bar atmosphere. It was a Sunday afternoon and there was a live band on the patio. After we ate we decided to sit on the patio and enjoy outlet fish bowl drink that was HUGE! Even though it was the smaller option. It was pretty tasty but LARGE! If you order the fish bowl it may be the ONLY drink you need! Was invited to come here for a birthday lunch and sadly the only thing celebratory about my experience here was the level of excellent service our waitress Michelle gave us. She was very attentive, kind, professional and made me feel very welcomed. The food unfortunately was subpar taste wise. My salmon dinner tasted like zero seasoning had been added and I couldn't tell anything blackened at all about it. My friend boxed up the majority of his meal as he didn't finish it, the soup was bland and the mozzarella sticks tasted old and stale. We came here yesterday after going to the movies. I ordered the chicken fritter grilled cheese. The sandwich basically consists of two pieces of Texas toast, and about six pieces of white chicken tenders inside, bacon, cheese, barbecue sauce and then there's ranch on the side for dipping. It was delicious. I really enjoyed the sandwich. It also came with fries and a pickle for $12. My fiancé ordered the pulled chicken sandwich with fries which was somewhere around $11. I'm a first timer....pleasantly surprised. Has a cool neighborhood vibe. All of the staff were really friendly. The service was on point. Plenty of TV's to watch games. The food exceeded my expectations for a sports bar. The chicken tortilla soup was delicious. The chips and salsa were good, you can tell the salsa was house made, fresh. After enjoying a great induction ceremony for a friend into the National Honors Society, the party I was with decided to migrate to The Office for food and fun. It was a great time night to choose this spot because there was karaoke. The selection was pretty fun with a mix of pop and r&b. The crowd was a bit older but the energy was electric. The parking like was attached to the restaurant so it made it super convenient to get in. The pricing was affordable and there was a full bar. There were amazing options for cocktails but the bartender was down to make absolutely anything, which is always fun. The food was amazing, with such a large party we were able to try an array of items from the menu. We had shrimp kabobs, Caesar salad, friend shrimp, pulled pork sandwich, wraps, chicken sandwich, sodas and adult beverages The only thing hiccup of the night was the server bringing out a chicken sandwich when we requested chicken wings. It was an honest mistake but moments like that can dampen the mood a little when everyone around is eating and your food was improperly order. They tried to feed me a giant frozen fish fillet and pass it off as fish and chips. The fillet was hard as hell. The woman told me I can order something else, but that she would not give me credit for the disgusting meal I received. In addition, the woman had the nerve to poke and prod the fillet, and then told me, oh, that's the way we cook it. Its fine, as if I was going to eat it. Great outdoor space to enjoy some food and beverages. Hands down the best item on the menu are the boneless wings. They are huge, juicy, and perfectly cooked all the time. Some delicious sauce/rubs and tasty ranch for dipping. The abbreviated new menu did not have the Giant Pretzel-very disappointing as it was delicious. The burgers we had on our recent visit were well seasoned, cooked as ordered, and just excellent. The wait staff can be spotty as far as quality of service but they for the most part try. Decided to have lunch at this place after some shopping in the crestwood mall. Upon entering the greeter didn't seem friendly at all however we were seated right away. Our server was a friendly young man who took our drink orders right away. I had the blue Hawaii and my sis had a watermelon strawberry margarita. The drinks were very good. Our appetizer were the chicken Tex mex egg rolls with a couple different sauces. (Good choice)we also had the soup of the day, no complaints here. Our main dishes were a salmon Caesar salad and a chicken Caesar salad. First, the salmon was dry, cook to long also the chicken was as well. Second, This place needs to invest in a grill for there meats. Third, the bill! The service is sub par and the food is average. I went back there today and the waiter or manager greeted us at the door with such a smug and intolerable attitude. He reluctantly told us to find a booth to sit and when he brought the menus he basically threw them at us and walked off. No pleasantries or positive vibe for a customer. We sat there for about 15 min while I female waitress walked past and ignored us no less than 3 times. After never being acknowledged after sitting for over 15 minutes we left. The service- just left there for lunch. There's a blonde day time bartender(she has full tatted sleeve on her right arm) who is quite rude. I asked for change for a $20. for the Queen of hearts ticket machine and she threw me a look that could kill. The other employee witnessed this and explained that there was a change machine near the gambling machines. How the hell was I supposed to know that? I'm not a gambler. This was'nt the first time she disrespected me. A couple weeks ago, I ordered a burger at the bar and she asked "what side do you want?" Me-"what are the options?" "They're on the menu!" When coming in, I didn't feel welcomed as far as decor is concerned however, the staff was nice and friendly. The menus and seats were dirty throughout that I noticed was well &, I'm not a fan of that. Anyhow, my mom tried the Egg Rolls and I tried the boneless wings. The Egg Rolls were good, and one of the sauces were good as well. For the boneless wings I had the Garlic Parmesan - and the "Blazin Wings" which weren't hot at all. But, it was still good! The Celery and ranch was good as well. Overall, I personally wouldn't comeback but I wouldn't knock anyone for coming to try it. Prices are cheap and affordable. Our COVID tour is still happening. I'm surprised to read some of the negative reviews. We thought the food was very good. This was delivery, so I can't speak to atmosphere, staff, or service. My wife got the Buffalo chicken wrap with tater tots. The tater tots were fantastic and the wrap checked all of the boxes. I had the California Chicken Sandwich with Onion Rings. There is a lot of stuff on the sandwich, yet somehow the taste of the chicken was really the star. It was a huge sandwich too. I wasn't expecting that size. The onion rings were good, not crispy, but that could be from the delivery. We also got the Green Chips (Fried Pickles). Other than the too cutesy name, these were great. They are chips, not spears. They are seasoned well and the batter stayed in tact. Other places I have ordered from have struggled to adjust for the moisture of the pickles, which results in soggy pickles with the batter falling off. Not here though. Maybe a bit pricey, but overall we really liked this place. read more
