I guess he is upset at HIMSELF because he apparently only knows how to SKIM LEAVES, TOSS CHEMICALS in the water, and CLEAN FILTERS, (A POOL JANITOR) pretending to be a full-service pool company. I ran across All American Pool Service who had all 5 star ratings with the exception of one that rated them much less. They complained about his prices. So I checked to see what the average prices were for this type of service and low and behold, he's on the lower side of the price range. So I don't know where this one lady gets off with her high price complaint. In any event I called and talked to Cris and had him come out for a free estimate. I decided to hire him on the spot. I really liked the fact that he gave me a written quote and then said feel free to call around a get other quotes. I didn't need to because I had already done my home work. We shook hands, I paid him, and within a few hours I could already see the difference in the clarity of the water as well as the power of the newly cleaned filters effect on the water pressure. He had my conditioner at 150 which is apparently really bad and was using three times the amount of chlorine I found out. I have to drain my entire pool and all the repairs from his negligence are going to costs thousands. He will keep the monthly maintenance price low but charge you every three months or so for things that need "fixed" that don't so you end up paying double. I found out it's a what a lot of dishonest pool people do. Unfortunately I fell victim to Pablo's scam. At first he got my pool very blue so I was so happy but it kept turning green after a month or two and whenever I asked he would say I needed to buy a part so I would but the issue would never get fixed. Before I knew this I recommend him to a neighbor and I just found out that neighbor had to fire him months ago for the same thing. Beware.

My problem was dirt would return back into the pool, so after cleaning the pool, cleaning the grids, the pool would look dirty again about a day after? Like really? So I was eager to find the problem. Every single pool guy I hired would just clean the filters, clean the grids, clean the pool, and done. They all would say it was broken grids. Couldn't be! I replaced every single one for that same reason. I also replaced the filter seal, replaced the bottom piece (forgot what it's called) all recommended by the pool guys I hired. About a day or so later that dirt was back. It got so bad, that at the end I pretty much gave up. Pool turned greenish, the ground was pretty much black from all the dirt that came back. Finally! A good friend of mines told me to call Sam, he's been doing his pool for years and he was "good". After 6 pool guys I was pretty much thinking here we go again. Decided to call, get him out ASAP and try this one last time. Sam came out, nice guy! Really good customer service We went threw every single problem I was having. And let it be known, I had a broken seal in my actual pump, he replaced that. I didn't have a check valve, put one, AND! I had a leak in my filter where I had to replace the whole filter. Wow! 6 so called "pool guys"never once mention any of this. After replacing all this my pool has never looked so good! I'm so glad I called Sam and got him out ASAP right before summer. We called 5 places (including the regular pool maintenance company), and 2 friends, Sam was the only one who was able to come check out the pool on a weekend, took up this task immediately, and made the pool look very presentable with the urgent timeline we have requested. Sam came with 2 visits, brushed the pool floor, plus two filter cleanings, algaecide and chlorine treatments. Furthermore, Sam is willing to come twice a week to make sure the pool is in top condition in this weather!
