I've used Kyle for 3 years now. He was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I asked! Kyle and his team have been fantastic. Along with weekly maintenance, Kyle has replaced the pump, fixed the water source valve and done a couple other minor repairs. Something I've noticed about Kyle's work: he truly goes the extra mile. For example when the valve to fill the pool started leaking not only did Kyle fix it, he made it better! He could have just used the cheapest part and done a five minute job--but that's not how Kyle rolls! He put a MUCH easier to use valve in and even waited in his vehicle for everything to dry to make sure it worked correctly before leaving. When he replaced the pump he noticed the wiring was messy and fixed it. We put a new spa light in and he went ahead and put a new and easier switch in as well. He is also very patient and responsive. We have had a few pool services at our home over the years. Service has not been that great so my husband decided to maintain our pool himself. He answered his phone immediately (very easy to talk to) and told me that he could be out in a couple of days to diagnose my heater problem. I usually do my own pool cleaning and repairs but I had surgery and was unable to fix my pool pump. As you can see I started the project but my pool was getting green so I asked my friend for a recommendation and was given Kyles number. What a blessing. I told him my situation and we made an appointment for yesterday at 12 o'clock. As we all know nobody is ever on time but to my surprise Kyle was there exactly at 12. Kyle and his crew took excellent care of our pool for nearly 5 years, from shortly after being built until we moved. Kyle's customer service was great, much better than the pool service our builder recommended. As new pool owners, we had questions on equipment, scaling, pH, filter changes, etc. and Kyle answered them all quickly. Kyle has been doing a fantastic job of taking care of my pool! I've got an older pool and old equipment that has seen better days. Kyle is very knowledgeable and obviously experienced at troubleshooting pool equipment issues. I really appreciate the time and effort he takes to make sure I'm satisfied with the job that he's doing. Since he's been taking care of my pool I no longer have the algae problem that seemed to always pop up from spring to fall. My pool is now consistantly clean and sparkling. Kyle was awesome! We are new pool owners and Kyle explained everything in detail and with a smile. We had someone come out prior that tried to tell us we needed a new electronic board but something just didn't sit right. Kyle came out told us all we needed was a new heating line and didn't try to rip us off. We had him do a few other things for us too. He found a gas leak and addded a hose for our backwash, and fix our vacuum. Really he gave us a full run down with no secrets or leaving things out. He was honest. Let me say at the outset I am not related to this man nor do I have any stake in his business. Having said that, I don't think I have *ever* had a better experience with any service person. My pool had so much algae growing in it I thought it was ruined forever, but after Kyle chlorine and acid-washed it and adjusted the chemicals, it looked 10X better -- clear and inviting. Besides that, he cleaned the filter at no extra charge and also threw in his bright, cheery personality. Kyle earned my trust which is not earned easily.
