Unfortunetely i got home and had to finish the job i paid for at Flans Car wash..The owner is a real good guy,but unfortunetely his younger employees dont care about the bad rep they are giving the owners business. I see the older men working hard and taking their job serious..the younger guys are a bunch of clowns. I paid $22 for the VIP package.includes leather interior conditining..one whole door panel wasnt touched at all.Half of my rear window was not cleaned at all!! Okay, I took my 2016 Chrysler Town & Country here this morning. Before I turned the engine off I doubled checked to make sure sunroof and ALL windows were roiled up. They were. When I got home I noticed dust on my steering column boot so I reached down to get the the paint brush I use to dust my car, I keep it in the door pocket, it was all wet. I then noticed water in the pocket, in my window controls and by the door handle. What the heck!!! I then soaked up the water and tested the window controls. Thank God they worked. When the window rolled down and back up there was water on the inside. My car does not leak. Someone at this car wash must have accidentally rolled the window down a little. I did not go back as I know what the outcome would be. Besides the man that writes up the tickets is very UNFRIENDLY and rude. They will NEVER again get any of my money. P.S. After inspecting the car further, they left spots on it and I am just now seeing the did a terrible job on the front and back windows. I give this place a minus 1 star. Go somewhere else. read more

Not a very friendly environment and the Manager makes up prices compared to his original prices as advertised. My car does not get cleaned very well I had to clean it myself as soon as I got home but overall not a great place to go get your car wash go somewhere else. read more

They scratched my navigation screen/monitor and when I went back to tell them first guy was really rude and the second person I talk too said that they told every employee that they don't wipe down any screen/monitor that in the car. I may have found a place for my baby, My Volkswagen Cc. It was a painless first experience with surprising results. They have an array of wash and detail options. They even have Mon-Thur specials that I'm sure is accompanied by wait times. This place looks less than average compared to your modern cast wash that's recently built. This place looks and feel like it's surrounding neighborhood just simple. They offer an ordinary waiting patio facing the steer. The cashiers area has some minimum merchandise for sale. The cars however go through a wash tunnel and is cared for by a diverse selection of workers from that pint on. Depending on your wash of choice is how soon you'll leave. I gave 4 stars for my first time until my next visit. I may have just been blessed and received the service of the day. So until next time! read more

Worst service ever. Recently had to bomb my car with bug repellant so the whole purpose of getting a car wash was to get the remaining debris vacuumed and cleaned from my back seat and trunk. Everything seemed to go well with the service until I checked the car after i drove back home. I checked the trunk to load it up to go back out but noticed they didn't clean the back seat or the trunk whatsoever. It was left exactly how it was before I left for the car wash. Brought my car here twice, first time was an ok job. Guy drying my car took his time and put some effort into cleaning. The vacuum sucks, person or persons doing it don't bother doing a thorough job. They don't move the seats to vacuum underneath. Center console is a blind spot for them, only clean what is visible. It depends who you get drying your car, some guys you can tell put effort into it. Other workers are there just to get paid and do a half ass job. Not coming back, rather spend my money on a car wash that actually do a good job cleaning. read more

If I could give them a FAT zero I would.. long story short I left this place with a flat driver side tire. Completely no air just straight flat. This 2019 Cadillac has tire pressure indicators that'll alert if any or all tires are past the normal air pressure! I told the "owner" John that he needs to fix that because his car wash caused a flat in the tire. He refused threw his hands up and said "not my responsibility." Took it to the tire shop down the street going 2 mph. The tire place mentioned they've had customers that have come from these car washes and they assume it's from the tires rubbing up close to the track that pushed the cars thru. From the pressure up against the tire, the cold water and heat from the tires causes the tire to pop.. he said it's almost like hitting a curb.. so mad and irritated. I have been going to Flan's Auto Wash for almost 18 years and three cars later. I look at it this way, I would pay my brother more than $10.00 to wash my car or a car wash fundraiser you sometimes see on the side of the road. I feel Flan's do a good enough job for the price. It's convenient and they do a better job than the gas station automatic car wash that's slowly creeping up on $10.00 where the car is not dried off or the inside not vacuumed or the windows not cleaned . The paint on my 10 year old car looks like new and I feel it is from getting it washed every two weeks at Flan's. The workers are okay with me and I have never been treated in a racist manner, but I don't look for strokes from them either, I only look for a car wash to get the dirt off and the inside cleaned, which is something that no gas station wash, fundraiser or relative will do for $10.00. If you are looking for a professional detail you may want to go to somewhere else, but you will definitely pay more than $10.00 especially if you are one who don't have your car cleaned every couple of weeks and/or have children who drop large amounts of food and crumbs all over the inside. There's a chip on the passenger side and a crack half way up the windshield. I finally get the manager and he said it was there before they washed it! We both went together and the guy that works there already knew who she was. I like places Luke this where they know you and your not just another customer gettig it washed. When I opened the door to get in, I noticed the mat still had trash, so I asked the guy did they vacuum, and the guy replied"oh that's from my shoe". When i got home, and walked around my car, I noticed that there was still dirt spots on my car. I ended up taking my car to self serve car wash, and did a better job then them. On Thursday 10/22, my mom, Cindy Van Meeveren, went to get her car washed. She's been coming here for thirty plus years, and was shocked by how she was treated here, by the new owner. While her car was at the end of the automatic car wash, waiting to be dried, they let a large truck hit the back of her car. We were trying to get a quick cleaning during lunch break and they are located close to our office, drove by and saw his $7.99 special as they have a coupon for it. When I asked him what it would cost for my van: $11.99. Really? Whatever. Your close and just need a quick wash, vacuum, etc. Not only did overcharge me, he also wanted another dollar to spray some air freshener, or just buy one from his store. REALLY? Then, when I go to get the car, they have smeared some cleaner on my headlights and left it to bake in the sun. I pointed it out to the guy and he just said "Oh, well sorry" and nothing more. They didn't really clean the inside. Maybe a few wipes on the dashboard, but never the little corners. The other car wash in Pioneer Alondra is waay better for the same price I pay. Not going back. This place is close to my house so I decided to try it out. Today was the first time I went and found that they had great service. It was quick and thorough. Also, I love how they have options were if you just want a wash, thats all that you pay for. There isn't a need to buy an expensive wash, their deluxe wash was more than enough if you want to get polished and have your tires dressed. I found them much better than the TLC and Bellcomp car wash establishments that I have been to before, and will not return to after visiting Flan's! read more

I came here because my boyfriend was in too much of a rush to drive down the street to Belcomp carwash. The man who wrote my ticket was not a people person which is ok, he was very dry and straight to the point. The man inside was much more pleasant and talkative as well as the finishing guys outside. The problem with this place is that they return the car semi clean. The trash was still in the little trash compartment even though I left it open and the windshield still had bird poop stuck on it.
