Buyer Beware! Been using this car wash for over 2 years but since the new owners took over the service has gone down terribly! I canceled my monthly contract with them over 3 months ago and they still charge my credit card monthly, I have spoken to the manager and the owner about this issue they apologize and say they will correct the problem but it still continues! Used to be the very best, but quality and management is now at its lowest. The vacuums are not working more than half the time and there's items broken in their car wash, we can see it when we go through and when we leave some sides are still dirty. We have a family plan with 5 cars and will be canceling ASAP. Also spreading the word around. Thing is, we have commented and complained, but no one seems to care. UPDATE: cancelled our membership. I would have given a higher rating however, BEWARE - if you are a seasonal resident and subscribe to the monthly, good luck getting it canceled when you leave Florida. I have been charged 2 more times since I left Florida and the only way you can cancel it is on their website. That process is horrible and you don't know if the request goes through, you get the pleasure of waiting another month to see if your card is charged again. I actually liked the convenience of the location since I wash my car every day and the quality of the wash was good. JUST DONT sign up for a subscription if you are a seasonal resident unless you want to waste hours of your time trying to get it canceled. read more

I've been coming here and in the carwash club for past 6 months or more. Overall it's pretty good but the last few times here the brushes have peeled off my rear wiper blade, not the whole arm but the blade. Went back to retrieve the blade today and there were many wiper blades inside the wash for the worker to bring to me and see which one was mine. Obviously this is a carwash issue and not my cars issue because there were so many on the ground. My suggestion to management is you get those little baggies that you put over the rear blade for your customers especially those in the monthly carwash club so that we don't have to buy a blade after every wash here. I'm actually surprised this carwash does not do this already because it's pretty common to see this in most carwashes, especially those selling a monthly club. If this can't be corrected I will probably have to switch to one of the touchless carwashes that don't use brushes down the street from your wash. read more

DON'T DO MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. I cancelled my monthly membership and they continue to charge my credit card. For months I have had to go in and argue with them that I canceled my membership. I have now got my credit card company involved. There are much better car washes in the area for the same price. read more

I am not going to give any stars because of the terrible customer service at this location. I walk in at 3:02 PM on a Sunday purchase a car wash just to find out once I go back out that they stop car washing at 3:00 PM. The staff was incredibly rude and did not show any empathy or sympathy. When I went back inside to ask why they would sell a car wash if they were closing for the day the cashier just shrugged her shoulders and gave me a refund. I originally was glad to see a new car wash come to this side of town (near Marco Island). Unfortunately this has become just another average (or below) rip off car wash that Naples is so well known for. They opened with reasonable gas prices and free entry level car wash for you to get to know them. However, this quickly ended with high pressure pitches at the car wash entrance to get you to pay for a monthly pass-- and a month free! They lied. I was not given a month free- I cancelled it and still got charged for it. It took me 3 phone calls (voicemails only) and threat of notifying my charge care of fraud before charges were reversed. "An error". Now gas prices are up unless you buy a car wash, many vacuum hoses are raggedy and unusable and the high pressure sales there at beginning --- BUT--- prices have gone up demonstrably. The "get to know us" phase has ended.... or rather, we now see what they are about. I do not recommend this business read more

This is one of the best car washes that I have ever been to they do a great job. The car is very clean when it's done. I can't say that about other places that I go through that I don't have to get out of my car. It is a brand new car wash I am not sure what the others are talking about I have machines where you put your car in right before you drive through maybe they're talking about another car wash. My experience in this car wash was extremely negative. When I went to pay, I gave my credit card to the cashier. She asked for an identification card, and I gave her my driver license. When she saw that my license was from A territory of the United States, she asked me for an additional identification from the United States. When I told her that I did not have other identification, She tried to justify herself that I should be happy that she was protecting me from an unauthorized use of my credit card. I consider the additional request unreasonable and the attitude reflected by the cashier during our conversation unrespectful and arrogant. I was a loyal customer of Oasis 41 until now. You lost a loyal customer and will definitely spread the word. A relative from PR stoped by to wash his car recently and paid with his credit card. For some unknown reason the cashier asked for his driver's license and he showed his driver license from Puerto Rico, the lady questioned his US citizenship. For your information, us (Puerto Ricans) are US citizens since 1917 (Jones Act). It is a shame that you treat your customers this way. They lost a loyal customer today. I bring (or should I rather say "brought"?) three cars to this place two of which are washed at least once a month and one - at least once a week. I disregarded all the negative reviews and had trusted them to get my car nice and shiny. I like how they soap up your car before sending it in, how they let me stay inside instead of having strangers drive my car through and how they would dry it off afterwards. Since I live in miami and take Tamiami Trail to get to and from Naples every week, I encounter a lot of insects. For that matter I sprayed a little Turtle Wax bug and tar remover right before the wash, to ensure that the insects get off for sure, since they brush and rinse your car before you go in. They refused to wash my car saying that they won't wash it with my chemicals. I do not understand the logic because I could've just as well got any unknown substance on my vehicle while driving and would need their services to wash it off since it is * ding ding ding* their job to wash cars. I really enjoyed their car washes but I never saw them being busy while some other nearby location have 20-30 cars being serviced simultaneously and many others have very positive reviews. This just goes to tell you how bad their customer service is and how it draws their customers away from them. I ended up going to another car wash where they gave me a complementary air freshener and a wet interior wipe, while I was using one of their free vacuum stations. I may reconsider my decision to abandon them in the future, but for now they will be 3 cars UPDATE The old Oasis business is no longer there. The new place has improved/redone the old tunnel and placed a series of free vacuums on the side. They have membership deals and huge discounts when they first opened! read more
