Instead I had to buy a chest freezer to buy time for LG to take a month to fix thier 7 year old fridge's faulty compressor design. 5 Aug 2025 update: The LG rep came yesterday and I was impressed with his knowledge and skill. The scheduling was a little challenging, but Dalton the tech fix my LG fridge the same day. He had a compressor on his truck. LG said the flat fee servicing was for thier fridges that are less than 10 years old. After that period I can use All Pro to keep my fridges running.

They charge $79.00 for a service call...perfect, got it, normal....He was in my house less than 45 minutes and Charged me $187.00 to remove a clothing item that was stuck in the fan. That means, Dennis charged me $108.00 an hour labor....Hmmmmmm, does that seem a tad over the top? (NO PART's) By all means hire this company, they saved me $900.00 not having to buy a new dryer! BUT, ask up front what there hourly labor rate is... Laughed in his face when he said ....... "the company" set his rates...pretty sure I was dealing with the owner of DND Appliance repair...Dennis.
