We thought we needed a new refrigerator door gasket. Our fridge is 20 years old and it wasn't making a tight seal. I called to get an estimate and was told a technician would call me to discuss the following day. Within an hour Larry called and said it probably is not a gasket but he would come by and check to be sure before ordering the part. He was not sure when he would be able to come by (same day or next) but would call first. Larry came by in a couple of hours and confirmed it was not a bad gasket. He determined I had replaced the door shelves incorrectly and over time it caused the door not to seal. Once they were put in the correct position the door sealed like a charm. All Pro is Very prompt with phone calls, arrival sooner than expected, good price for service provided. Did not try to up sell or charge for service not needed. Honest and reliable!! All Pro is always helpful when I have an appliance problem. It's sad how manufacturers delay the warranty process and punish companies like All Pro that actually provide quality service. I am stuck for now using LG's service. All Pro could have fixed my fridge the same day I called. Instead I had to buy a chest freezer to buy time for LG to take a month to fix thier 7 year old fridge's faulty compressor design. 5 Aug 2025 update: The LG rep came yesterday and I was impressed with his knowledge and skill. The scheduling was a little challenging, but Dalton the tech fix my LG fridge the same day. He had a compressor on his truck. LG said the flat fee servicing was for thier fridges that are less than 10 years old. After that period I can use All Pro to keep my fridges running. read more

I rarely leave reviews but Chris the service tech went above and beyond today with his service. He came back to fix the stove's heating coil with the whirlpool one he recommended, as the one I replaced from Amazon only lasted 6 months . He ended up fixing the refrigerator ice maker which was playing up and the washing machine actuator which had been playing up since we washed the duvet. Company came out 04/2021 and replaced our LG compressor in our fridge, we have been losing cooling over the last few months and decided to call them back out to take a look. Tech came out yesterday and told us that when LG put in the new compressor they soldered it wrong and caused a leak. The tech was not aware that All pro actually put in the new compressor. I spoke with a supervisor who very directly told me the tech was wrong and he doesn't know what he is talking about and then went on and on about how awful LG refrigerators are and that they are "lemons" and this is why they don't service LG anymore. He told me not to even nurse this one along anymore and get a new refrigerator. He was very direct and very quick to tell me how his tech that is working for his company doesn't know what he is talking about because they person that put in the compressor has done so many of them and he is really goods at what he does. He left off with he will talk to the tech about it and refunded our service fee. My husband spoke with another supervisor today who was equally as rude and again went on and on about how bad LG is and that they were not taking responsibility for it because it wasn't anything they did wrong or it wouldn't have lasted this long to begin with. My husband and I are very frustrated with the way the supervisor's don't back up their techs and that they are so quick to blame everything on how awful LG is, very poor customer service aside from the very nice lady who handles all the phone calls. read more

I am surprised this business hasn't been reviewed yet. Brian (the owner) runs ads on Craigslist and owns a used appliance store in Bradenton. I contacted him because my refrigerator wasn't working. The freezer was working, but no cold air was apparent in the refrigerator part of the appliance. Brian came out and diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat. He fixed it for $69, including the part and the service call. I wasn't sure my appliance was fixable and was considering just buying a new one. Brian did not try and upsell me on anything and he didn't inflate his time-- he took off my freezer back and saw the block of ice and decided to let it defrost for a while and come back later in the day to complete the job. Some service people might have just stayed and racked up the hourly rate. If you have an appliance on the fritz, it is worth a call to All Pro to have it checked out before you buy something new. It might be an easy fix and it won't cost you an arm and a leg to find out. read more

The water dispenser on my refrigerator started dripping last week so I called All Pro for a service call. The Technician, Dominick, arrived wearing a mask, he was respectful of keeping his distance in my small kitchen, very businesslike & professional. He explained the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate, ordered the part & returned a few days later to install it. Communication with both the office & tech was efficient, the bill was emailed to me, so contactless, & my only interaction was to slide the check across the counter. When we explained that we were on Anna Maria Island he told us that he would not come there (even tho web site says AMI is an area they serve.). Also, my wife did not care for his attitude. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR BOSCH DISHWASHERS. Our sales shop recommended them to us. We were told by All Pro that they do work on Bosch. For a simple "error 15" the repairman spent over 8hrs at our home trying to figure out what to do. The first time here, he left it with the door not shutting, bottom rack unable to move & control panel not working. Second time, took the machine into their shop as he could not get it back together. Third time here, it worked incorrectly for 2 days and quit. A call to the office was told they rarely work on Bosch, that they do use Covid 19 quidelines with mask & sanitizer(do not, as mask always hanging down & & no sanitizer in sight). Talked to manager, Shawn, who was extremely rude. Even said it's "not his business if mask, sanitizer & testing are used"! Also said they'd take care of any problems. Nope, no way! We called a Bosch repairman who fixed in 30 minutes. read more

When I asked if he had any other recommendations he said to just call someone local and then hung up. Pretty disappointed that you would be so short with potential customers. Indicated all working Paid $89.00 plus $5 tip 2/6/17 2/8/17 Called All Pro to say the off balance condition occurred on the next time clothes were washed. Manually open lid, nothing rearranged inside, move dial setting to "Rinse/Spin." Off balance condition code shows again at end of cycle. Open lid, nothing rearranged inside, move dial setting to "Drain/Spin." At end of this cycle the normal end of processing tone chimes. 2/14/17 All Pro scheduled to come today. No show. No phone call. Called All Pro; "he forgot" but will come 2/15. 2/15/17 Determined the struts should be replace. Wrote order. 2/20 scheduled work Paid $166.40 2/20/17 All Pro scheduled to come today. No show. No phone call. 2/23/17 Called All Pro to ask why he didn't come or call on 2/20/17. Scheduled for 2/24/17 now. Changed to 3/2 3/2/17 All Pro came and installed replacement struts. 3/9/17 Called All Pro to say that the original off balance condition still exists 3/14/17 All Pro asked me to run an empty load to reset the electronics to fix the issue 3/15/17 Ran a Normal cycle with no clothes and it ran correctly from beginning to end. Called All Pro to say it had cycled through OK on empty 3/20/17 Called All Pro to say the original off balance condition exits with a normal load of clothes 3/21/17 All Pro called to say he'd call tomorrow to set a time to come again. Never did 3/31/17 Called All Pro again. Agreed to come on 4/6. Asked me to call and remind him on 4/5. 4/5/17 Called All Pro to remind him to come tomorrow. 4/6/17 No show. No phone call. 4/7/17 Called All Pro. Said he would come after current job completed. Came around noon and manually reset the washing machine electronics. 4/7/17 PM Did load of clean towels to test machine. Called this company to make an appointment for repair of our GE Profile microwave/oven. The tech came out as scheduled, spent 5 minutes, and told me he would need a tall cart to place the microwave on. Said he didn't have it on his truck, and told me I would need to reschedule. It sounded odd, but I went with it. Called the office that afternoon and spoke with Jean. She apologized and assured me she would have the tech call me back right away and he would be out in the morning with the proper equipment. I never heard from anyone. The next morning, I called them back. I spoke to a gentleman, told him the details, and he said he would make some calls and get right back to me. Jean called me back and left a voicemail informing me that my repair would require 2 technicians and they are too swamped and will not be able to help me. Living in a LARGE country club community with a website that allows us to post vendors we love and not so much love, I will make sure nobody else has to waste their time on this company. read more

We called Brian at All Pro because we were concerned that our dryer was overheating. He provided same day service and arrived well within the two hour envelope he proposed. He called in advance to have us run the dryer so that he could check the heat on arrival. He was able to determine the problem to be a faulty control switch and fixed that.
