Wow... Terrific service from their Service Technician... I brought in my laptop with a damaged main…read moredrive... was not worth fixing... for the same amount I was able to purchase a new Lenovo Tower with all the bells and whistles at the same price... as a Senior Citizen with zero tech skills I was quite nervous about the setting up of a new computer... The service technician sensed that, and told me to relax... he would make it easy and set it up for me... He spent over an hour to set up my Microsoft Account and Chrome on my new machine... synched everything... all files and photos were preserved... and as he said... when I got home and plugged it in... voila... it all worked terrifically. I am so happy with my new computer... this young man deserves ten stars... real customer service... he took care of me...!!!

I made an appointment in a week. Because the shop was concerned about how low my car was, they offered to come to my house and do the install there! How convenient is THAT ?!? Awesome. Two guys showed up in a big work van, cleaned the car areas to be covered, and installed the wrap with the care of a surgeon. The patiently answered all my questions and I watched them work. Took about 2 hours, but that was just about right -- not rushed at all. Cat looks fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
