We used them for an elementary school event and they showed up late, left early, and their equipment never did work. They were not professional in the situation from start to finish. Kids stood in line for such a long time to walk away empty handed... we received absolutely no photos and paid hundreds of dollars. We still have not received a refund in 3 moths and counting... it takes a lot of nerve to do that to volunteers at an elementary school. That really says something about who is running this "organization".
