First Service Call **(Earlier This Year) ** When I contacted Sego's for parts through my PCP's request, a representative visited my home to photograph my wheelchair and the specific parts I needed. I was told the order would take time due to parts being manufactured and shipped from Mexico. After waiting with no updates, I followed up with Sego's. Progress only came after I contacted my insurance plan multiple times. When I finally spoke to a Sego's representative, she dismissively referred to the person from my insurance company as "some lady," revealing a troubling lack of professionalism. Second Service Call **(Recent) ** This experience was frustratingly similar, except Sego's now expected payment before ordering parts--further delaying my receipt of essential equipment already coming from Mexico. I also had to ask my insurance provider to intercede on my behalf again. To members of the disabled community: Sego's Home Medical Equipment operates with inexcusable unprofessionalism and does not deserve your business. Their slow service, communication, and dismissive attitude make them an unreliable partner for medical equipment you depend on.
