My vacuum is cordless and has a digital screen that tells me how much time is left on the charge, so I could also tell that she used the vacuum for only about 10 minutes. But the most bizarre thing is that she ate food from my fridge. Customer service acknowledged this and apologized, they offered to have someone come back for a "touch up" but I would not trust anyone from that company to enter my home again. They did not offer any refund. I demanded a refund of the $30 cash tip I left the cleaner, which they did provide. Look elsewhere for your cleaning needs.

Their quote stated how they bring all their own equipment but they showed up to clean a 1,300 square foot apartment with a little hand vacuum, did not mop any floor, did not clean the toilets or showers, and did not clean inside the refrigerator (which I spent extra for). Pictures attached. They were at my apartment for over five hours and were very unorganized, running out of time. My bedroom floors are now severely scratched and I am the idiot who did not get a COI before allowing them to enter my home. Why they even decided to move the bed around I do not know. Laura and her team somehow manage to clean so thoroughly, that when they're finished, it looks and smells like we are a pet-free home. This week we had Janet and Sandy as the team and they did a wonderful job including in my daughter's room, which is always a challenge (baby dolls everywhere...so many baby dolls). The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)
