I was out in Sturgeon County (Pinnacle Ridge) and called for a cab, driver told me 20 min. 45 min goes by, still no cab. Called again, they reassured me the cab would be there in 15 min. Well, another hour goes by, I call and speak to the owner, he told me he would personally pick us up in 15 min. Guess what, HE DIDNT SHOW UP! Don't use Sturgeon Cabs!!!

It is rare that I have to wait longer than 5-10 minutes for a ride. All of the drivers have been safe and get me from place to place in one piece. If there are any areas for improvement, I would say it is with the app: It could be simpler and more user friendly. For example, when using the app you have to manually select a pickup location. When choosing the pickup location the interface is very sensitive and is frustrating to use at times. I would suggest having your pickup location selected automatically using your GPS signal. This would be very helpful. Otherwise I think the app is useful. Thanks, and keep up the good work, guys!

I had to go pick up a rental car at 5:00 p.m. for a trip, so I booked a ride in advance (did this…read morein the morning) for 4:40 p.m. because it was a Friday, and I knew it would be busy. This was more than sufficient time to get me there on time, and I got a confirmation with a flat rate of just over $14.00. I waited for about 5 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, and got a text saying that the cars had been switched from one to another, but that it was on its way. I thought this was strange, but I waited. At one point, when the cab was about 15 minutes late, I called. I was told they were on their way. And every time I called the number I was told it was 1 minute away. My partner finally called the driver, who said he was on his way. We didn't get in the cab and on the road until 5:05, so I had to call the rental company and make sure they knew I was going to be late so I didn't lose my reservation. The driver was just a barrel of excuses that it was busy, but that's why I booked ahead, to avoid the Friday afternoon rush hour wait. My partner had to tell him the address three times for him to get the address right - an address that I had already input with the prebooking program. Then, while driving, he waited unnecessarily at a red light in the wrong lane and bumped my fare up even more. The flat rate (supposed perk of booking in advance) seemed to disappear, and my fare of just over $14.00 turned to almost $20.00. My partner has tried to call Co-op, but their answering machines are full and no one will seem to pick up the phone for a customer service complaint. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've never been so angry with a service before, don't usually complain, never post reviews, and I hate getting that angry. I've seen so many other reviews like this one, and I would just tell anyone who asks to avoid Co-op at all costs. You will be kept waiting, bumped up in price by seemingly incompetent drivers and/or inconvenienced to the point of rage. Use Uber or another service.

We placed a call to pick up a patron at our business ( we use your service for rides longer than 10 minutes ). After placing the call, the patron was outside waiting when two other cabs arrived to drop off some patrons. By the time your driver showed up , the fare was gone... the driver then told us to eff off !!! and drove away. Look.. yes we called your service.. but we can not and do not control the actions of our patrons. They see a cab , they jump in... we cant tell them its not their cab. Anyway... being told to eff off has left me with a bad experience and I will never call your service again for anyone- even if the patron requests it , I will tell them there are better cab drivers. I simply can not believe that we were told to eff off by a driver- too bad I didnt get the cab number. Yes, they're…read moreowned by the same parent company that runs Yellow Cab in Edmonton but the Prestige Limo concept truly lives up to its name. I've been using them since they began local operation decades ago and took a ride with driver Ben this morning. Even though I had not given their dispatch the amount of notice I normally would, Ben was at the pick-up location before me, he was courteous and polite, and I'd gladly request him by name in the future. Prestige might not be the least expensive option but they have large, clean SUVs (Ben drives a shiny new, black Escalade) , sedans and limos, all operated by dedicated, professional drivers. These are the sort of very knowledgeable, experienced drivers who make you glad you opted for their company. You can expect a flawless trip, every time!

I now understand what happened as I've become aware that this company was able to reroute all calls to Grove taxi to themselves. I will never use a company with such shady business practices. I didn't get into your cab because I didn't call your company but yet your cab arrived. I didn't want to become another MMIW statistic. Anytime you have a negative review you claim fake. I've read all of your "reviews" they are almost word for word identical. So my question is do you offer a discount to your customers for positive reviews or at the very least a cue card to follow for your "honest reviews"
