It is rare that I have to wait longer than 5-10 minutes for a ride. All of the drivers have been safe and get me from place to place in one piece. If there are any areas for improvement, I would say it is with the app: It could be simpler and more user friendly. For example, when using the app you have to manually select a pickup location. When choosing the pickup location the interface is very sensitive and is frustrating to use at times. I would suggest having your pickup location selected automatically using your GPS signal. This would be very helpful. Otherwise I think the app is useful. Thanks, and keep up the good work, guys!

I asked why & he said because it was a van which did not make any sense as we had a ride a week before in a van with another taxi company & we were only charged $44. After placing the call, the patron was outside waiting when two other cabs arrived to drop off some patrons. Look.. yes we called your service.. but we can not and do not control the actions of our patrons. They see a cab , they jump in... we cant tell them its not their cab. I've been using them since they began local operation decades ago and took a ride with driver Ben this morning. Even though I had not given their dispatch the amount of notice I normally would, Ben was at the pick-up location before me, he was courteous and polite, and I'd gladly request him by name in the future. Prestige might not be the least expensive option but they have large, clean SUVs (Ben drives a shiny new, black Escalade) , sedans and limos, all operated by dedicated, professional drivers. These are the sort of very knowledgeable, experienced drivers who make you glad you opted for their company. You can expect a flawless trip, every time!

I now understand what happened as I've become aware that this company was able to reroute all calls to Grove taxi to themselves. I will never use a company with such shady business practices. I didn't get into your cab because I didn't call your company but yet your cab arrived. I didn't want to become another MMIW statistic. Anytime you have a negative review you claim fake. I've read all of your "reviews" they are almost word for word identical. So my question is do you offer a discount to your customers for positive reviews or at the very least a cue card to follow for your "honest reviews"
