I asked for a price on a replacement baffle for my wood stove, and he never bothered to call me back with a price. When I called them six months later, he quoted me a price 4x higher than anyone else around. That's fine, I understand businesses needing to pay for their overhead, but I declined to replace the baffle through them. The next fall I called Charlie to ask for advice on why smoke was leaking from the seams of my stove pipe. Instead of answering my questions, Charlie got an attitude with both myself and my wife. He acted like we were bothering him and got very defensive like we were accusing his guys of doing something wrong. I would have happily paid a service fee to have someone come out and take a look at our problem, and would have paid for any repairs that needed to be made but instead I think I'll use anyone other than Best Clean to service our chimneys.

Two guys came out 2 days in a row and had the same problem with the machine. A more experienced guy came out later in the day with a different machine and went over two rooms that had left spots after spraying. He did hallway upstairs and I told him to forget the other two rooms because at this point half of my day was gone. I was satisfied with the way the carpet looked. We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains. Who's gonna get that out?!?The next day I called the office bc the spots from the pretreat were visible again and bc no one bothered to contact me about this inconvenience. I was told they couldn't discount anything and that I was satisfied when they left... I wasn't about to explain to a carpet person that after the carpet dried I saw spots again. My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? Completely inappropriate behavior! I can't believe Rocky allowed him to respond that way. My husband was very uncomfortable after that. Never ever using this company again. Absolutely completely unprofessional. It only took him 15 minutes to clean our carpets and he didn't even attempt to dry them.

Once we got settled in we noticed a persistent urine odor in our kid's sleeping space, and found the carpet in one corner smelled so terribly of pee!, as well as an obnoxious dog odor in the office. Kyle, the owner of Phoenix Cleaning, was recommended to us by another highly rated service due to our urgency in addressing the matter. Kyle came out the same day we called, which was greatly appreciated. I found Kyle to be personable and very social, he likes to converse and happily explains what he's doing and why. He used a black light to investigate our odor issue and to our horror we found the last owners evidently just let their dog just pee on various walls. So disgusting, I can only imagine the previous carpet's shape. We discussed what we could afford within our budget and Kyle went to work pretreating w/spray, brush scrubbing and then hit it with his truck based professional equipment. Kyle assured us he stands by his work for included call-backs in the event any urine spots persist in their odor, which is comforting and I am inclined to take him at his word. As the very strong deodorizer smell begins to fade, we'll see whether the urine smell has endured or been vanquished! From our interaction, I like Kyle as a person and would use him again.
