Chili Verde Pulled Pork Fry Cone...amazing. The chili verde had a homemade flavor and the fries had a seasoning on them. Topped with pico and crema. A very filling lunch and well worth the $10.00.

Used the All Day Dining Pass which includes one entree, one side or dessert and a non-alcoholic drink. Stopped here for just a snack and was pleased that the side included the bags of chips they have. So we got a bag of chips and one of the zesty cheesy fries cones which was good but not great. For some reason I thought it came with jalapenos and then realized it was a "jalapeno cheese" which didn't really taste like anything more than just regular nacho cheese (would have been tastier with actual jalapenos). Besides that it was a good snack but I did not finish it all because I ran out of cheese when I got to the bottom of the cone. Suggestion would be to have them layer the cones, fries/cheese pico de galo and repeat.

No bbq sauce for chicken tenders. No milk for the kids. No handles for the souvenir cups. Wait time 30 minutes on a Monday?!

Walk along the Embarcadero & get a freeze on a hot day, stop by Chilanga's (the best booth there) & get my huitlacoche on. Live music, shade, delicious vendors, right across from the water. I did have a little detour from Chilanga's - while I was waiting for my spouse to park, I sat at a shady table with a woman who was telling me about the poke truck (Island Mike's) & explaining that her coworker ran it as a side hustle, and that the poke was delicious because he had lived in Hawaii. I agonized a bit - get my Chilanga's huitlacoche huarache - or try the poke? I eventually decided: it's Mother's Day, you can have ALL the things, just like at a buffet! So I went to Island Mike's first. They advertised Broke Da Mouth poke - and I was a little suspicious at first - cuz Island Mike's didn't look like a Hawaii native but a mainlander who spent some time there. BUT... I got my poke "island style" (furikake, sushi rice, and the poke - not lots of distractions like seaweed salad or ginger like in the "mainland style") - and it really was off the hook. Really fresh & delicious and perfectly made. YUM & YUM. $12 for one scoop (the smaller size) & very worth it. Of course I still needed my Chilanga's so then I got the huitlacoche huarache (a vegetarian taste of heaven - shredded lettuce, huitlacoche, Mexican cheese on a huarache (masa dough) & tried the mango passion fruit agua fresca. The huarache is huge and I'd already had the little poke, so I took most of it home to eat later. But it was just as yummy as I remembered. And the agua fresca is amazing. I'll still crave Chilanga's but now I'll crave Island Mike's too. I need to get down here more often because it is a super fun outing that is too good to waste on tourists!

There was live music and aa few food stalls. Good Eatz (filipino/hawaiian fusion) caught my eye mainly because they have a few Ube pastries (mochi, ube bar, etc). I first ordered the ube bar which passed the test so I went back to order the mochi. They also offer lumpia, spam musubi and chicken wing combo plates and pork dumplings.

Sean was communicative, kind, professional, and SO friendly! He was talking to some of our guests at the party in between making the pizzas/bringing them to our party area and was happy to answer any questions we had for him, which everyone absolutely loved! He truly made it a well-rounded experience. He also was very flexible when we needed to make an adjustment to the timing which we appreciated so so much. I hope to use Pacific Pizza in the future for other events and I highly recommend others do the same. Thanks Sean and team for a great party!

The following week while at the Carlsbad State Street Farmers Market I seen the same booth. This time I ordered the salad with chicken and a spinach/feta appetizer. (Don't recall the name). The portion of chicken on the salad was very generous. Lettuce and veggies were fresh. With a perfect amount of feta and dressing. The appetizer came with two large potions. The combo of spinach and feta wrapped in warm phyllo dough. YUM!! The service has been wonderful both times. The same gentleman taking the order at both visits was friendly, answered any questions and provided recommendations. I believe they are a staple at both of these events. As well as a food truck and catering in the San Diego/North County area. 100% recommend. Will order from here anytime I see their booth.

The food was all terrible and overall, the experience felt like actual insanity. Oh and overpriced like crazy. My favorite part may have been when they threw chips, rice, and salsa in a container together and green sauce on the side that was maybe supposed to be guacamole. Table was also dirty. Oh and $18 for a small burrito. No way would we would ever go back.

There are three Chow Mein options offered - chicken, tofu, and shrimp. The portion was pretty big (enough for sharing) and cost $11 for a handheld plate. My disappointment was two fold. First, I ordered the Chicken Chow Mein (Ginger Soy Marinated Chicken, Carrots, Noodles, cabbage) and it had been cooked in way too much soy sauce. Secondly, even though they were tight with the chicken ( remember this was $11) I really needed to see more of their vegetables in the noodles. It was like forking up spaghetti without any sauce. Maybe if I had ordered the Veggie version (with tofu) this would have more satisfying. - It was quantity over quality. - Consider this more of a snack than a meal. - Also, they ran out of chow mein noodles during the Lunar New Year. They had to close up shop until they brought more noodles in.. So get the noodles early!

You get decent portions of chow mein though it is overpriced at $11. Considering it's amusement park food though, it's not terrible. The chicken was pretty good. Not too dry, and it had plenty of flavor. The noodles were the right texture, though was drenched in oil. The carrots were a little overcooked as well. Given the abundance of mediocre food options at expensive prices, I'd still come here again though.
