    Fun guys making pizza
    Carri B.

These guys make the party, they serve up a great product, Offer so many great options to fulfill all your food needs. They are so fun and create the best vibe for a causal pizza night or festive Italian party. 10 out of 10!!!!

Yea, you could have Chipotle catered ORRRR you could have Sean come to your house with a retrofitted truck bed with an 800 degree wood fired pizza oven on top of it and take you for a culinary ride!!! No butane burners here, everything cooked fresh in front of your eyes. The only thing that isn't prepared on site is the super secret pesto sauce which I highly recommend. Had a birthday party for my wife and it was an absolute hit. We have 3 young kids so being able to get some authentic neopolitain pizza without leaving home was great. We were short a table, he had one, he brought some salads, super easy and well worth it. A truly unique experience and would highly recommend to anyone!!!

decent but not special. Not filling for two people.

The guys here are super nice. Price is $11 for a 10-11 inch pizza. The pizza quality is fine, but not special in anyway. Bronx, Pizza Port, Basic, Luigis are all better. This might be below CPK but above Oggi's and Sammy's. The problem is that it is not filling or flavorful. The sign of a good crust is one that you hold up and it doesn't flop around, this one goes flaccid instantly.

    Pepperoni, Sausage, and Red Onions

I ran into this Artisan Pizza Baker at the Helix Brewery, a place I like to frequent a lot, shh... I ordered the pepperoni, sausage, and red onions with a red sauce thin crust pizza for what I think was around $10, but it could of been $11. I can't remember give I was at a brewery. Anyways, the pizza was delicious. It was a little uneven baked, with some burnt crust ends but it was no biggie. The sauce was tasty and not to overwhelming. It provided a good light tomato flavor. The toppings were all good and I especially liked the semi spicy pepperoni slices. The ground sausage was good yet simple. Some nice fennel added to the meat would of been nice. The red onions were fresh cut but I think they should of been cut into more manageable pieces for easy eating. The pizza came with just the right amount of cheese. If you like think crust pizzas, well you are going to live what these guys make. This pizza was an ultra thin crust pizza. It was crispy through out, and I was very surprised how well it help up to the ingredients on top. The two gents running the food stand were down to earth friendly and quite efficient in their pizza making skills from the back of a modified old fashion truck.

I threw my friend a birthday party recently and brought in Pacific Pizza to cater. Sean and his crew were great! They were there when they said they'd be to prep and were super upbeat the whole time. A lot of fun, good vibes and the pizza was bombbb! Definitely recommended! Oh and the oven is mounted on the flatbed of a custom vintage ford pick-up.

I originally thought it was because of the free pool, or the divey neighborhood vibes. Nope. It's because of these hotdogs! I went strait for the stand as soon as I exited our uber. The smells draw you in, and you're immediately greeted by the chefs. I go all out and order the jumbo "ultimate gourmet". They work at a great pace to feed hungry customers but take their time enough to ensure their level of quality is met. Great group of guys. Spreading the cream cheese on both sides of the bun evenly, slicing the dog down the middle in order to cook and create a nice crisp sear to the dog. Professionals!... I didn't pay attention to the rest of the assembly, but next thing I know, I'm staring at a delicious hotdog. Pictures don't do justice. The pineapple habanero sauce added the perfect amount of sweetness and barely any spice to the top. I need to go back for more. I would walk blocks from the beach for these.

Walk along the Embarcadero & get a freeze on a hot day, stop by Chilanga's (the best booth there) & get my huitlacoche on. Live music, shade, delicious vendors, right across from the water. I did have a little detour from Chilanga's - while I was waiting for my spouse to park, I sat at a shady table with a woman who was telling me about the poke truck (Island Mike's) & explaining that her coworker ran it as a side hustle, and that the poke was delicious because he had lived in Hawaii. I agonized a bit - get my Chilanga's huitlacoche huarache - or try the poke? I eventually decided: it's Mother's Day, you can have ALL the things, just like at a buffet! So I went to Island Mike's first. They advertised Broke Da Mouth poke - and I was a little suspicious at first - cuz Island Mike's didn't look like a Hawaii native but a mainlander who spent some time there. BUT... I got my poke "island style" (furikake, sushi rice, and the poke - not lots of distractions like seaweed salad or ginger like in the "mainland style") - and it really was off the hook. Really fresh & delicious and perfectly made. YUM & YUM. $12 for one scoop (the smaller size) & very worth it. Of course I still needed my Chilanga's so then I got the huitlacoche huarache (a vegetarian taste of heaven - shredded lettuce, huitlacoche, Mexican cheese on a huarache (masa dough) & tried the mango passion fruit agua fresca. The huarache is huge and I'd already had the little poke, so I took most of it home to eat later. But it was just as yummy as I remembered. And the agua fresca is amazing. I'll still crave Chilanga's but now I'll crave Island Mike's too. I need to get down here more often because it is a super fun outing that is too good to waste on tourists!
