Fun place to spend a couple of hours hanging out. We visited this establishment when we were in town for an activity. We went around 3 pm and it was pretty busy when we left. We had a Groupon which included unlimited duffle board (played two rounds), mini golf, 4 drinks, and 4 souvenir cups. Which was a great deal! You spend lots of time on mini golf side and waiting around for people in front of you as the holes are close together and take some time to complete -- and it's a pretty small area. Great local beer selection. The cocktails are batched, which wasn't my favorite, but they were decent. We got an order of mini corn dogs and cheese bread. This a fun place for a meet up with friends for some mini-golf. The staff is friendly and helped make the sign up process a breeze. The course is a bit cramped, as there should be more room allotted for a 9 hole course, along with some hole upgrades. The live DJ on Saturday night was fun, and played a great rotation of hit music. If pool and mini-golf had a baby... Overall, a pretty unique concept! Friends brought us here on a Saturday night and we had a nice time. The space has two main areas: Duffleboard ( a combo of pool and mini-golf) and a Mini-Golf room. Duffleboard was cool, but we went through it pretty quickly; it was empty when we went with only one other group in the area. The mini-golf course in the back rooms was packed! We got stuck behind a big group that wasn't playing well, so it formed a bit of a bottle-neck at the beginning; unlike playing mini-golf outside, there was basically no wiggle room in space at all, so as more and more groups came, it got pretty crowded. We ended up not finishing the course and just chilling with some drinks for a bit. Overall, I think it's a fun concept, especially inside the city! Would recommend going at least once, but the novelty kinda wears off quickly. read more

The garlic fries are pretty good but the quality varies pretty widely depending on who is in the kitchen. Portion sizes are pretty good for the price. I love the rotating draft selections for beer and cider. Plenty of vegetarian options, but not so many vegan ones. Service - it's usually pretty busy but they are pretty prompt. You place your order at the counter, pick up at the window when they text you, and bus your own table so it's pretty self sufficient. Ambiance - I go for Wednesday night trivia and it's really busy and loud. There's always something happening here. The mini golf is kinda cool. Super fun place! It can get quite busy but there's plenty of space. Highly recommend their frozen drinks, they're delicious. They have both mini golf and Duffleboard which is like mini golf and shuffleboard. $5 for Duffleboard and $10 for minigolf. There's a lot less people playing Duffleboard so it's not as crowded and I honestly like it more! It's different and unique, while mini golf you can play at other courses. read more

I came to try the $14 unlimited games deal on the weekend. It's a great value, you can play as many mini golf or duffle board games as you want. The interior and staff were both nice. My only issue was the amount of unsupervised children who continually interfered with and messed up our games. We're pretty patient already but it was genuinely hard to play for most of our time. So far, only one size for the pizza but it comes out to about a medium and is one of the better priced pizza options you'll get in SLU. The toppings are really fresh, however the zucchini was a bit dry compared to the other vegetables on the Dance Floor. If they offered a grilled zucchini topping as an option, I think it could really give the Dance Floor some additional character. Pizza was still fresh after a 15-20min drive, and easily fed a small group of 4. Will definitely have to try some of their other pizzas! read more

I got the lunch special which included any two pizza slices of choice (I got margarita and ace), a Caesar salad and a drink. I wish I got two slices of the ace, that was better than the margarita. Top notch Flatstick staff... A fun selection of bar eats including tacos, pizza, snackable appetizers and more not to mention a massive collection of board games and a little table top version of miniature golf known as duffleboard. Stopped in for my best friend's birthday weekend with him and his husband and had an amazing time from start to finish. The were definitely blasting the heat toward the back area of this incredible South Lake Union location as I've never been more warm indoors in life... Ever... Truly bittersweet when you all start sweating by hole two, but there are some cooler areas in places and the front room is just perfect. They definitely starts to pick up more after 9:30/10 pm on the weekend it seems... While we did have to wait and pause a few times between shots much like an outdoor mini course we had plenty to enjoy in between aside from each other. Flatstick South Lake Union had a few birthday parties going on with reserved areas including the back bar area that were sectioned off and well set up. Would absolutely have a birthday situation here myself. Even though we didn't plan to stop in until the day off due to a concert in the area being cancelled/rescheduled just days before... I think we're all beyond glad we did as it's a blast. Great local ciders (including the Locust Mojito and Bad Granny), IPAs (Georgetown, Silver City, Watts), hefes, ales and even non alcoholic beverages like that Rachel's blood orange ginger beer on tap... WOW! Veggie friendly of course with some easy vegan mods. Gluten-free options too! They have other locations in the Greater Seattle Area as well as a Tacoma location coming soon I look forward to trying out when I'm back in state/town visiting. We could only find a table in the very back corner which made it hard to see, but nonetheless still were able to participate. Came on a Wednesday night for trivia night! It was a full house! We arrived around 6:30pm and a really nice man, let our group have the larger table (party of 6). We scanned the QR code at the table and ordered at the bar. Our table got pizza (which they mentioned was really good) and I got the chicken tenders and fries - portions are generous and filling. My husband also ordered the Blood Orange beer and he said it was so refreshing and delicious. Trivia was a fun time. They have a game that starts at 7pm and then another one at 8pm hosted by Sporcle. Many social events seem to take place at the Flatstick Pub. I've always managed to say no until a work get together that we did last weekend. Basically it's mini golf with some duffleboard and you can have drinks and food here. They had a DJ booth set above the mini golf area and the music set a fun vibe. There was a big group playing mini golf ahead of us so we had to wait ~10 minutes for our turn, but my coworker and I just hang out while we were waiting so it didn't feel too long. Staff are nice. There are a few non alcoholic options at the bar so that was great as a severe lightweight. I feel like I enjoyed the pub in its entirety so I doubt I'll be back, but it was a good time. read more
