first things first, the wings here are so good. buffalo, that is. really enjoyed the flavor and texture of them. the ranch was aight haha. the french fries with garlic tho, i didn't like them. i think it's weird they put sesame on it, especially since i know people with allergies to that like why risk that for that? the sesame doesn't really add anything to it and they weren't even crispy but rather a bit soggy. the drinks are great, i had some pink vodka based drink and it was so enjoyable to sip on this while watching the puget sound and sunset. there was this annoying group right next to us tho, talking about some homophobic stuff and i didn't like that. it's very loud outside and sometimes when you mix alcohol + ppl it can be a lot..

Came here following another Yelp Event nearby actually and decided to have a couple rounds with another Yelper. I just had a couple rounds of beers and split a flight with my new friend. I didn't find the pours I got to be particularly memorable. I had a Circuit breaker which was probably the best. Pomegranate sour was passable as was the Citra streaker, but none of them slapped. The place was swamped with people and while I understand the setting. for the number of staff running around here, the place was dirty. I'd think they'd have a couple of the servers come thought and sweep up and clean the tables. So my impressions of Old Stove is that it's a huge restaurant/brewery that tourists can come to as it's close to Pike Place and the pier, but as a result is slammed so bad that it looks a bit worse for the wear, or at least it was on my visit on a weekday evening.

Great ambience next to the waterfront. Amazing vibes and great service. You can park in the pike place parking. Selected food options but great quality. Loved the truffle pizza!

The go-to brewery at Pike Place and I see why it's always packed. Beautiful location overlooking the water, ample seating, craft beer, and delicious eats. Perfect spot for my college bestie reunion. -Kolsch was crisp and refreshing with a hoppy bite -Beer battered fish and garlic fries were fresh and yummy -Old Stove teriyaki wings were addicting, crispy and flavorful -pizza was pretty good For parties of 8+, there's a 20% gratuity, which they earned with their prompt and friendly service. They also sell T-shirt swag. Highly recommend dropping in!

We Stumbled across this place when we got back from Brainbridge. We were super hungry. This place did not disappoint! The food, the drinks, the surface, the vibe... All good. We got the buffalo wings, teriyaki wings, fish and chips (garlic fries) - pink panther (Crater Lake Vodka, Pineapple, Lemon, Orgeat, & Cranberry.) everything was hot, fresh, and served fast.

This spot was a great find in the middle of Pikes Place Market. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We were able to snag a top for 6 on a walk in just in time before the crowd. The staff was friendly, but just didn't pay as much attention to bringing napkins and silverware, but we were next to the station so we helped ourselves. The menu is limited which is nice to make deciding easy. We started off by sharing the clams which was phenomenal. Need more toast to sop up the mustard sauce. Three of us had the grilled sockeye salmon sandwich and it was delicious and not overcooked. The burger was made perfectly medium. The fish and chip was good as well. If you are in the market and want a great spot for lunch, give Old Stove Brewing a try!

Cute place, nice vibe. Staff was nice. Service was quick. Nothing spectacular to us. We had a pepperoni pizza, burger and fish and chips. Also pretzel bites appetizer If I was visiting Seattle again I would try something else, but it wasn't bad. Just mediocre.

I was on the lookout for fish and chips while at Pike Place, and did a Yelp search that led me to Old Stove. The food was great - crispy battered fish and delicious fries. The service was also great, we were seated right away and had a very attentive waiter. Definitely will be back next time in the area!

The 5 stars are for the service, ambiance and dessert (only thing we ate). Visiting Seattle for the second time and after dinner nearby (we went for $2 oysters) we decided we needed something sweet. Looked at the menu online and decided to stop by. Lots of seating and nice big open space. View of Elliot Bay was nice. My honey ordered a beer and then we decided on the Brownie Skillet. In no time it was set in front of us and it smelled heavenly. The server warned us it was large and she was right. It was served with ice cream on top, chocolate sauce, becaue you can't have enough chocolate with a brownie, and some kind fo candied nut. The brownie was SO warm, delicious and rich. The ice cream was needed to cut through the richness. I was not a fan of the candied buts but my honey liked them so he got them all. Due to the richness we only ate half and took the rest to go. It was nice to warm up and eat the next evening. Definitely something that could he shared between 3 people.

Trying out some of the darker options.

Fish and chips were spot on but we didn't care for their tartar sauce. Fish is so good, they really shouldn't go overboard with a heavily spiced tartar. Beers were great and cold and fries were perfectly crispy

Looks good. Tasted real good too!

I'm liking Seattle. I'm in the heart of downtown & enjoying the evening waterfront at Old Stove. Lively, loud, & touristy, as advertised. Nice servers sat me immediately, by myself. Professional & pleasant & attentive. I had a dozen wings & a side salad. No alcohol, as regrettably I had my quota for today. But the beers look amazing, especially the tasting flight. Everything was vey good. Wings were crispy enough, but not out of the world crispy. Saucy, which I like from time to time, but made the wings soggy over time. The blue cheese dip was excellent: good chunking. The salad was fresh and good quality. $44.38 with tip. Really wings for two. Solid value & fare. I'd come back. Ideally with loud friends...prepared to drink beer.

It was packed on a Saturday evening but we managed to find a table outside as we waited for a spot to open up inside. We ordered several dishes to share and all had different drinks. We enjoyed the fish and chips and my mom enjoyed the clam chowder. Servers were very friendly and prompt even though it was a packed house. It was cool to check out a local brewery in Seattle. You can definitely bring kids here. The view outside in the evening is beautiful.

How large are the adult & Child pizza?

Adult pizza is about 12” by 6” ovals. Meant for 1 or 2 could share with a salad. Kids size is half the dough, so it’s about a 6” round.

How is the volume level late at night? I want to take a group, but I hate having to yell over people.

We're a pretty lively operation and depending on the night can be loud. The patio is a great option for a more quiet evening. Cheers! Mike Mackley

Hello will you be open New Years Day for lunch? If so do you take reservations?

Hi Betty! We are open for lunch New Year's Day. We will be first come first served. No reservations this time of year. Cheers!

    Are you dog friendly?

We allow dogs on our large outdoor patio.

Are you guys taking reservations yet?

Not currently. We are using a Wait-list App when you arrive to check in. Cheers!

Is there a happy hour and what time?

No happy hour at the moment. We are talking about bringing it back when the capacity restrictions end.

Is the virtual waitlist (or reservations) still in effect? Not finding it any longer...

First come, first served counter service at the moment. Cheers!

Do you refill Old Stove Crowlers?

    Indeed!

Do they have 6packs for sale? if so, whats the average price?

They do sell 6 packs to-go now!

Are there any happy hour specials during the week or weekend?

Can I bring my dog inside or only on the patio?

Not sure about official policy, but I saw a dog inside when I was there, and on Google Images there's a pic of a dog inside. Good luck.

Is this a good sports viewing venue? Looking for NHL hockey on NBC Sports network tonight!

They had tv's present but not sure if they have the NBC sports available

Can I take my kid with me? He is 13 years old.

You bet! We are family friendly. Cheers!

The beers arrived promptly, and everything we tried was delicious. Everyone in our group enjoyed their selection, which makes me think it would be hard to go wrong with anything on the menu. We also shared an order of truffle fries, which were a great snack to go along with the drinks. An added bonus is that the entire restaurant is gluten-free, which is a huge plus for those with dietary restrictions or sensitivities. Pricing felt fair, the service was excellent, and overall it was an enjoyable stop. I'd happily return to try more of their beers in the future.

They are kid and dog-friendly, too. We ordered an NA IPA (which they have on tap!) and their hop water (comes in a can). Both beverages were absolutely delicious. I love that this place is NA-friendly. They offer some light snacks and free pretzels, which is awesome for a brewery without a kitchen. There is a food truck on site, but it was closed when we visited. No worries, though, you can bring outside food, which is perfect since there are plenty of great restaurants in the area. I asked the bartender if they brew at this location, and he said they've moved all brewing to a different location in Seattle, but it's still super fresh and tasty beer all around. The building looked open and inviting, especially the back patio surrounded by flower bushes, so we stopped here for a beer. The space is so pleasant, both inside and out. Big windows, high ceiling, and then outside were tables with little fire pits- we sat at one of those but didn't need the fire since it was daytime and quite warm out! The beer menu has some unique choices, two of which we picked. My husband asked if the roasted pepper IPA was more like a roasted bell pepper or hot pepper, and the server said she felt it was more of a spicy pepper. She said she could offer him a taste to try it first, but my husband basically said, "Nah, I'll just go all in!" ... no regrets- he really enjoyed it! I was intrigued by the orange blossom honey braggot... I had no idea what braggot was. The server said it was something like a cross between a beer and mead. SOLD! Immediately ordered that thang. Ohhh it was delicious!! We simply stopped for one beer each and it was a shorter visit, but we really enjoyed our time. My only complaints are that the beer is on the pricier side, and there was something like a 20% automatic service charge (it was stated on a sign at the table so it wasn't a surprise). Although, I've been seeing that the owner from Perihelion has been responding to reviews here stating that due to complaints about this charge, they have gone back to normal tipping. If so, I think it's great that they listened to their customers. They may want to update their website to communicate that same message as well. I don't come to Beacon Hill often, but if I'm ever in the area, I will definitely return to Perihelion and maybe even try some of their food!
