I was with a large group of women and there were some that were experienced and some that were beginners with yoga. If you want in our class Really enjoyed it and even after words continue to talk about how universal this class really is. The location was perfect and the back ground was even better! you really cannot beat the background of the waves to help you focus on your inner self. we did yoga in a grassy area that was directly above the sand by the beach which was perfect because I'm sure if you did it on direct and it would be even harder to do some of the poses. I would highly recommend this class to big groups or even going by yourself. Although I came from out of town I will definitely have this in mind next time I come to visit.

I also go to her for personal training once a week. She owns La Jolla Fit. My workouts with her are always challenging but she never has me do anything I'm not equipped to do. She puts so much focus on keeping the core engaged and proper breathing. She always spends 10-15 minutes at the end of the workout to stretch me and massage areas where I'm tight. I feel stronger than I've felt in years and feel super healthy. She's been a trainer for a long time so she knows what she's doing....very professional. I also love the environment in the studio. All the trainers in there are super knowledgeable. They make all clients feel welcomed and treat everybody as friends not just clients. I highly recommend La Jolla Fit. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
