I would highly NOT recommend this company to service your vehicle based on the lack of transparency and accountability I experienced. I messaged Chris Trujillo through Yelp. When we met he immediately went inside to include another man, Joseph, in the conversation. Joseph did much of the talking while Chris kept showing me before and afters of scratches he fixed on cars, seemingly unaware that that wasn't really helpful for me. I informed them that I'd previously had it buffed/waxed and was told it should stay restored with proper washing and waxing, which it did not. I hired Chris after he guaranteed me he could restore my van and I "would not have to deal with it coming back." I asked him multiple times about his guarantee that it wouldn't return. He also mentioned a 7 year warranty. He offered to do a test spot and Joseph had to tell Chris multiple times to test the spot where the deteration was the worst. The spot looked like a huge improvement and at no time during that meeting did he tell me that wet sanding and buffing that area to that extent could damage the paint. He quoted me $3400, prescribing a wet sanding buff and wax along with a ceramic coating. He claimed the ceramic coating would "seal it in", so I walked away with the understanding that I should fix the small paint chips on my van before it's all sealed in. Days later I noticed his Groupon posted and he said he would honor the groupon price of $2100. Almost a week after scheduling he texts me asking for a $300 deposit so he can get all the materials ready. At this time he says he'll send me an invoice as well (although he wouldn't send an invoice until I have to request it again after he was already working on my van). I drop off the van at 9am a couple days later December 3rd, 2023. I find out when I'm there that the shop was closed and he tells me his niece was there to help him. I felt uncomfortable about that, but let it slide because I'm not the professional. At 9:47 he sends me pictures of the van looking great. At 10:24 he texts me saying he can restore the trim for $180 with another 7 year warranty. At 11:12 he sends me pictures of most sides of the van, looking practically brand new and asks me to call him. He tells me that he can't go as deep with the wetsanding/buffing without possibly ruining my paint and so it won't be perfect. I told him I definitely do not want my paint damaged and the pictures looked great, so it seemed fine to me. At no point in that call did he say that that meant the paint would fade again, but unfortunately that is exactly what ended up happening. (I later realised he would have known when doing the test spot the condition, as he completed it on the area with the worst fading.) At 11:24 he finally sent me over the invoice. At 11:58 he texted me to say the van was complete. I found it very weird that this whole process took under 3 hours. A week later I notice two strips on the front of the van that looked just as discolored as before the serive. I felt very confused and sent him pictures wondering if they were missed. He responded saying he could take care of them the next week. Then two days later texts me "I have to get a camera down my throat and be at the doctor's the day before can we please reschedule for that day please I have been having some health issues" I hear nothing from him, so I text him almost 2 weeks later to reschedule and to ask for the warranty papers (which he never sends). He then reschedules that date too and asks to meet the next Monday. (oddly the day they're not open) Finally we meet at 10am January 1st for an appointment This is when I begin to understand that something is very wrong. During this meeting I point out other areas I noticed fading. This is when he tells me that the van and trim would have to be painted to be restored, but he doesn't do paint. He offered to do a deeper buff (risking damaging the paint) which I absolutely didn't want. After a long and very unsettling disagreement my boyfriend stepped and I agreed to schedule with Chris to rebuff the van and paint the trim which he claimed would "make it right." I ended up canceling because I no longer had any trust in Chris and didn't want to risk him further damaging the paint job. I asked him for the warranty papers, which he eventually admitted didn't exist. After my own research I then learned that the ceramic coating doesn't even work the way he claimed to "seal it in." This service was never going to restore my van, even if I allowed him to do further work. I asked him for a refund, as what he assured me was not true. He declined my refund and threatened to not do any work for me if I brought this to Joseph, which I learned is his business partner. I'm left out $2479.50, it continues to fade more, AND there is now a large square left from when he did his test spot. I'm now left to pursue this legally, though have limited time/resources because I work and go to school. Pictures attached. read more

I have a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. I have a now 7 year old son and a 6 year old daughter with special needs. I purchased this vehicle when they were 1 and 2 years old so you can imagine what the interior has been through. Not to mention, its extremely light tan interior & shows everything. The detail that Chris did actually made me fall in love with my car again. He went above and beyond my expectations. Not too long ago, I hit a parked car when I was trying to park. The front bumper was popped out and had black scuff marks all over. Chris miraculously fixed the exterior to the point where you'd have no idea that fender bender ever occurred. He is very flexible with pricing and will try to help you stay within your budget. I highly recommend him and I'm so glad I took my vehicle there. My parents were over last night and my mom's comment when I brought my car home was " daughter, your car looks brand-new; I can't believe it! Had an appointment booked. Owner contacted me at 8pm the night before to discuss the condition of my vehicle which was previously discussed. I got a Groupon for Christmas for the service and all he seemed to care about was making sure I understood the extra fees. I do understand the fees. The way of communication made me feel very weary as a female. He also used the excuse of contacting me so late on the fact he worked all day and night. Honestly it really come across like he did not want to work on my vehicle. I would not recommend and it would probably be best to go to a reputable company. read more

Flawless Detailing is right! I have a cattle dog and was dealing with a whole lot of coarse short dog hair everywhere. Chris removed some serious quantities of pet hair & not a hair was left on my black carpet. He provided updates on where he was in the detailing process so I was able to plan my day & not have to wait around wondering when my car would be complete. Chris recently detailed the interior of a new car that I have. Inside of the car had stained carpets and there were messes in the cupholders and dirt stains on the doors, and he cleaned it ALL very well!
