I don't answer random phone calls, especially with so many scams, so I didn't answer when they called. I was told that they had also sent me a text message, but that was NOT true. I showed the receptionist my phone and there was no text message or voicemail from them. If the office had simply left a voicemail or actually sent a text, I would have known what was going on and could have avoided making the trip. I understand that things happen, but communication with patients should be clear and accurate. Driving all the way to Castro Valley only to have my time wasted was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend Lilly Beauty Medical Spa.
