Do NOT go here for piercings. I cannot speak to their tattoos, but last December I got my Industrial and Daith done by one of the piercers there. I forget who but they had apparently been doing piercings for over 6 years and yet they still pierced my ear wrong. I attached a picture, over the course of 9 months my daith almost completely rejected because it wasn't pierced in the right spot... I haven't had this issue with any other piercings. My industrial is also not doing too well, the end of the barbell was pierced into the crease of my ear instead of the part where the cartilage actually sticks out. I should have expected this for a $30 piercing though. Anyways, I wouldn't recommend going here, just spend a few more bucks and get it done right. read more

My anatomy was not taken into consideration when performing a navel piercing despite me bringing up that concern. I told her I was open to a non-traditional navel like a floating piece. Claudia said the anatomy didn't matter and I trusted her as a professional. She did not pierce my navel, instead she pierced my stomach and placed curved jewelry into my stomach, which obviously would not hold . The piercing began to irritate and stretch my skin to discomfort despite me cleaning with saline three times per day and making sure I was not messing with it. I got two opinions after this experience from other piercers and they both agreed that this was unacceptable and unprofessional. I'm very upset because I was excited, loved the piece, and obviously invested money. Now I have to take it out, and hope two big holes in my stomach heal. Maybe one day I can get re-pierced. This is not to insult her because she honestly came off very sweet during the experience but maybe if you're someone with non-traditional anatomy it would be best to go elsewhere. read more

For a good week and a half I was thinking about getting some part of my ear pierced and today was a perfect day since I was out and about. I was having lunch with a friend in Hayward so I figured I would get my ear pierced after meeting with her. Gloria did my piercing and was very helpful in the decision of which part of my ear I wanted pierced. Before today, I was set on getting a daith piercing, but as soon as I sat in the chair to get pierced, I ultimately decided that I wanted a conch on my left side. Ima start this off with *Sundays they don't have a piercer, it's her day off.* I can't tell you how many people came in &/or called to get a piercing yesterday. It's crazy. So y'all know now. Don't come in on Sundays for a piercing. Tattoo's only! Anyway, I came in yesterday to get a portrait done by Daniel! (that I won for the F in his tattoo giveaway on his instagram.) Hella happy & grateful I was chosen! Once he let me know it was me, took me about 2 days to finally figure out what picture was good enough quality. He then hit me 2 days later, asked If I could come in Sunday at 2pm. He booked and that was that. I came in, (and people, bring your ID's. These guys are professionals! They will not tattoo you without an ID. It's common sense.) He greeted me, shook my hand. He looked just as excited as I was to do the tattoo for me. So that was a real good sign!! I filled out all necessary paperwork, he then told me to go in and get comfortable. So I did. He had conversation, I admit I was way too quiet I think. I just didn't wanna distract him and let him work in peace, but next time i'll fasho talk more! I kid you not though, I could literally fall asleep on that table while he was tattooing me. I felt almost nothing (up until he got to my daughters hair, since it was near the elbow kind of, damn it hurt like the bitch!!) but luckily that was the last 20 minutes of our session and definitely worth it!!! He was very gentile with it. He wasn't rushing, but he wasn't going slow either. He took his time. We did take a break or two, it was about a 3.5 almost 4 hour session. So of course we had to stop for a quick minute. I will definitely be back!! I already got an idea of what I want added to finish my half sleeve, then what I want to start my upper half. So let's get ittttt! I would recommend Daniel over and over again! His work is dope! He's nice as f. Makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. I went the other day to get my tatas pierced with a couple of my friends for my 20th birthday, and that was an experience. The piercer was gentile and was super chill and explained how everyone's body is different, so she really spent a good amount of time to make sure that they were even. She was reassuring and supportive, which calmed my nerves. One of my friends wanted to buy jewelry and she bought some and their selection was really nice and cute. I loved how she took the time to explain to me ways to clean them and how to make the healing process go faster. This review is way long overdue. What other place gives $20 piercings on Wednesdays? I got my industrial piercing and my third lobe paying $60 in total. Keep in mind it's $20 for a reason, you're getting cheap basic jewelry. If you are sensitive to cheap jewelry, then don't come here but if you aren't as sensitive like I am then this is the place for you! The piercing was done by Andy. I took the piercings out before they were fully healed but they were perfectly fine. Believe me, I've had about 17 piercings and if you take good care of them, they won't get infected. Again, make sure you are not allergic/sensitive before going to get these piercings done because the jewelry is usually the ultimate infection/rejection factor. 4 stars because they did not give me any advice on cleaning and/or any recommendations on after care. You're literally paying for the piercing procedure, that's it. read more

Came here to re-pierce one of my earring hole because it's been asymmetric for decades and finally wanted to even it out and wear earrings on the daily. Called, made an appointment with Gloria the next day, went in, she measured it with precision mirroring the other ear's location, pierced my ear, and off I went. Loved it! A few months later, decided to change the side my nose ring is located on. I just had to copy and paste this onto yelp from my google reviews. Please beware this shop! Most positive experiences here come from their family or friends. When I think through my tattoos and wonder which one has a story--it's the snake tattoo I got done by the artist Angel. I had went to the shop looking for an original design to be tattooed from some references I showed the artist. He informed me he could do what I was asking, we worked out some details in the references, and scheduled me for two days out so the artist had time to make a design. I even put down a deposit of 100$ and text photos of the reference. I arrive the day of my appointment and the artist asks me all over again what I even want tattooed. I go through showing the designs again and he goes back to literally print a traced version of the exact photo I showed. Mind you the reference was another artists tattoo so this is literally art theft. Unfortunately I was just a year younger and really new to the tattoo community so I regretfully get the design tattooed. It gets worse :) I'm sitting in the chair with my arm tilted down pointed at the floor, so obviously the blood runs to my fingers and my arm starts to feel numb. I tell the artist this twice and he disregards me and tells me to relax and that I am over exaggerating. This tattoo was excruciating and it is simply an arm tattoo, I've had a few others that felt no where near this man's heavy handed tattooing. I had even recently told my new tattoo artist, and she could clearly tell the tattoo was done with a heavy hand and must have been unnecessarily painful. I've heard good stories about this shop, so I don't understand why I had such an experience. However, just be weary of red flags when getting a tattoo. (Update)I needed to add to this review just to really ice the shit cake. The WHOLE tattoo is blown out. Every artist to have looked at this tattoo felt pity for me and the pain I must've went through. i went in to this shop on Wednesday because I saw the great reviews here on yelp. I went in to get a daith piercing which is said to possibly help with migraines. I had no appointment and they were able to assist me. I was there for less than 20 min, super professional, quick piercing and with some after care my piercing seems great so far in regards to healing and looks great in general.
