Mike, the owner, and his team - Gary and Kent - moved us from Savannah, GA to the Fort Myers, FL area. This move was beyond Flawless, it was perfection on every possible level. Before I tell you how perfect Flawless Movers is, I'd like to share what our previous experiences have been. As a benchmark, we have made more than a dozen major moves: both intrastate and interstate. We've had major moving carriers that promised us the world only to end up with breakage, stolen items, poorly packed items, furniture not properly secured in the truck or wrapped as well as additional damage to our walls/doors while moving the furniture into our new homes. Mike and Flawless Movers is an absolute rare GEM! From communicating, scheduling, planning, pricing, and properly preparing by bringing an exceptional amount of moving blankets/shrink wrap and moving supplies - Mike and his team handled our move with such delicate care, I cannot tell you how impressed we were! We recently hired 'Flawless Movers' (Mike, owner) to move us locally within Naples - WOW! have never seen anyone work so hard and that's coming from a USMC vet. He worked tirelessly for 8+ hrs in the FL heat, never complained. He easily accommodated our move date changing on short notice and even hauled away our unwanted furniture.They took extra care with our furniture and was reasonably priced. Hard working and professional. We moved across town and needed help moving all of our household goods out of storage as well as with moving large pieces into and around our home. Michael took care of us and went over and above what I had expected. They did not damage one item and even made sure to report a broken item they came across that they wanted to make sure I was aware of ( a chair that that was broken by our previous moving company). Mike and his team were outstanding and professional in every aspect. They were on time, courteous, hard working, and handled my property with care. I underestimated the job and Mike worked with me to complete my move in a timely manner. They assembled my bed and made sure all of the heavy boxes were put in the correct rooms so I wouldn't have to move them later. Flawless Movers are great! I used them twice while living in Naples, Florida. They recently helped us pack our PODS for our move across the country to San Diego, CA. Michael, Chad and Peter are meticulous about packing our items into the PODS and maximized the space. Needless to say, when we arrived in San Diego, all of our stuff was safe and sound due to their attention to detail while packing.
