Will never go back. Paid $90 for JUST my nails - which I have never paid in my life. I've gotten my hands and feet done for cheaper than just my hands here. I got tips with dip, and started peeling within one week with nails starting to pop off after 2 days. Normally these hurt and are very hard to come off, but easily popped off without knocking them. All of the nails completely came off of my hands in less than 2 weeks - barely lasted one full week. Absolutely insane and unheard of for tips and dip, especially for $90. read more

I started going here about 5 months ago and have had a great experience! The photo I added was 5 weeks after getting a gel manicure and not a single nail chipped! I have consistent results like this, but usually Only wait 3 weeks due to growth. I call to make appointments and they try to give me the same people which is nice. If you request manicure and pedicure at the same time they will Happily accommodate you and get you in and out in less than an hour- great for a lunch break. I'm in Denver just for the summer from Tucson and I usually get a gel manicure every 2 weeks and a pedicure every 4 weeks. I was due for both and after reading several reviews of different nail salons I chose Flawless because of their 5 star reviews. Initially I was impressed with the cleanliness and ambiance of the place. Ring did my pedicure and although they don't carry my usual color she tried to match it. Not entirely matched however and she applied a frosty pink over the light pink. It was just ok. During the pedicure Jamie applied the acetone and foil to loosen the gel. Btw they charge for gel removal which I've never experienced. Jamie did an awesome job with my gel manicure and I paid $86 for both plus tip which I thought was very expensive for both. Not 4 days later, the polish on my right big toe chipped considerably so I called to ask if I could come in as a "walk-in" and was told "NO" you have to make an appointment. They advertise walk ins but apparently that's not the case. I would have had to make an appointment to get one toe repaired. I called and canceled my next 2 appointments because of this unreasonable reply. Also they advertise $5 off new clients and I didn't receive that discount. For the prices they charge they should accommodate unhappy clients because in our business " the customer is always right". Don't expect to walk in and get chipped polish repaired. read more

I called flawless nail bar to set up appointments for me and my three friends. They were kind, easy to understand and very helpful. They answered all my questions and told me exactly how much everything would be. When we got there to do our nails they did an AMAZING job. The experience didn't feel rushed, they shaped my nails exactly right and they took their time. It really seem like they cared. so tough because the people there are so nice! I got a mani pedi one day and my pedi was and still is great but after my pedi I set down for my full set that took the girl over 2 HOURS! I have had many full sets in my life and they usually take max 45 min. I figured since it took forever they were very sturdy, wrong, I have never had a set in my entire life where 5 DIFFERENT NAILS broke in under 3 weeks of having them on! By far the worst dip manicure I have ever had. 1 hour after getting them done, they are falling off because the base was not bonded properly. I pointed this out to my tech who responded, "I'll fix everything later." When pointing out a mistake at the end to my nail tech, she proceeded to try to paint over the dip with gel, which was a totally different color. When pointing out the difference in color and asked her to remove it, she said well if you want it fixed it will be at least another half hour. Horrible experience. read more

I really like this nail salon! I've only gone a couple of times, but both times I had Didi and she did a great job. My only complaint is that their gel color selection is pretty limited. Most salons I've gone to will have all of their colors in both gel and regular polish, and since I personally do regular pedis and gel manis, it's kind of a bummer when I can't get a one particular color for both. I booked an appointment here on a whim after just finding this nail bar on yelp.. I am so glad I did!! It is a little bit hard to find the nail bar, but I called to make sure I was in the right spot and one of the lovely ladies answered the phone and was happy to help. Once I got there they asked me to wash my hands, and then immediately started doing my nails. Jamie was my nail technician, and I cannot say enough good things. She was extremely professional and thoughtful as well as very friendly! I showed her a picture of what I wanted with my dip manicure and she did AMAZING. I seriously recommend requesting Jamie. They offer drinks, which is a good thing! , after walking around downtown I definitely want have some beverages! Also, they are under a New management now, offering %20 percent off services. I enjoyed 'Vitamin Charger Spa Pedicure' which included steam towel wrap, sugar scrub, 15 minute massage, at last not least HOT stone massage, oh, I felt special. This Aroma infused flavorful pedi was wonderful to me! Next time I will try "Tangerine" Pedi . Usually that spa pedicure cost $55, but now it is $44. Gonna get it while it is hot! Liked the customer services there, staffs were friendly, eager to help. I noticed the spa gotten bigger, since they renovated saloon recently. Looked like they moved away all unnecessary furniture, and removed the wall in the middle, making room for the customers. I normally dont post reviews but for this place I had to!! Dina and Didi are the best nail technicians I have experienced in a really long time. They do very thorough manicures and do not make you feel rushed or uncomfortable. My experiences at other salons made it so I stopped getting my nails done for a little while because It became like a chore. I was always intimidated walking in, always felt pressured into making decisions and hated not being comfortable saying what I wanted. I also always felt like I got tricked into paying more. I also feel like the quality of manicures went down and some nail salons skip it all together. I was constantly paying so much money for a rushed job that didn't look good wasnt what i wanted and didnt even get a manicure (cuticles and stuff) or if they did, they left me bleeding. Booking with flawless nail bar is so simple. It tells you how much it will be and how long it'll take. It is a welcoming place and they are extremely kind when talking about prices and their services. They are gentle and so thorough when doing your nails and your manicure and are easy and kinda to talk to. I can't stress enough the amazing job they do. The prices are extremely reasonable especially because of the quality. Finding flawless nail bar was so amazing for me. For as long as I live in Denver I won't go somewhere else. I've only been here twice now and feel this strongly. I had both Dina and Didi for a dip manicure with extension and a gel manicure. I had Emma for a pedicure and she did a great job also. First off I would like to say that I had a dip manicure done here. I really had high hopes for this place. The reviews were great and I wanted to believe the reviews so bad. I think this place is perfect if you are looking for a great gel manicure. However when it came to dip, I could tell it was something they do often. First off, they didn't have very many colors to choose from. Second, they didn't have a nail drill to remove my dip. They hand filed down and soaked off my dip. Which I'm sure is better for your nails but my hands were tired, dry, and it took forever. She didn't get all of the previous dip off. She did a wonderful job cleaning up my cuticles. My hands did feel good after. That was the best part of my experience. There was no hand rub or hand/arm massage. She didn't do the base dip before the color. She dipped the color is gradual layers working up the my nail bed. I think it actually looks nice. For the most part the dip is even. After she filed everything evenly, she had me wash my hands. For people who get dip, you know not to wash your hands. It causes bubbles. I don't know why I did it. She had been doing everything so differently than what I'm used to that I didn't question it. I immediately regretted rinsing my hands with water. I tried drying my hands off the best I could before sitting back down. After I sat down she just placed gel nail polish on top of my dip. No curing light. Air dry polish. And that was it. It was the most bizarre way to do it. I think it looks ok but definitely not the experience I was hoping for. Why is it so hard to find a decent place for dip in Denver. Atmosphere, they didn't have TVs. They barely talked to clients. Don't get me wrong they were nice when they did speak but it was so quite in that place. Their pedicure chairs look very outdated. read more
