Super disappointed with my experience. I went in for a simple manicure, the first one I've had in a long time, and only wanted my nails cleaned up with clear polish. The appointment felt extremely rushed and was over in about five minutes. My cuticles were cut so aggressively that I was left bleeding, my nails weren't filed, and I wasn't even given a chance to wash my hands afterward before polish was applied. The hand massage was also so rough that I had to ask for it to stop. I understand that $25 isn't a huge expense, but it's frustrating to pay for a manicure when very little was actually done. I came in this afternoon as a walk in with my friend to get full sets. We called ahead but when we got there it was PACKED. As soon as we sat down immediately the nail techs are spouting off comments about our hands in Vietnamese probably without realizing I in fact fully understand it. So that already got my riled up. I understand how bad our hands may have looked, we had taken off our press ons before we went in but the comments were uncalled for 100%. The lady who originally started with me proceeded to hand me off to another tech who didn't really have a clue what she was doing. She proceeded to cut me with the e file multiple times as well as putting my nails in crooked telling me it would be okay and she would fix it. She in fact did not fix it and my nails are different lengths and crooked as well as faaaar from what I had asked for. Also pictured below is a nail she put on thats different then the others and has bothered me since I left. My friend had never really done her nails before except for press ons so it was definitely tragic that her first time had to be at this place. She wanted the duck shaped nails (which I understand most nails places don't have the tips of course) but the lady that was helping her tried to cut the shape that she wanted and was shut down by another lady, probably the manager, so she didn't even get close to the shape she wanted. The ladies that helped did our nails are nice people I'm sure but we both left super disappointed and angry. I would recommend 5280 or Glamour nails if you're looking for a place that actually takes their time and cares about your nails without the snarky comments in another language because they think you don't understand. Kelly did a phenomenal job on my acrylic nails! I gave her a design from Pinterest to replicate and she did it so masterfully. She made sure to listen to what I wanted - natural looking nails that will still allow me to type in the office. Second time I came back was for a regular mani pedi with Lin(?)If you add exfoliation, it will be $55 for the whole thing. The price of course will increase depending on which foot treatment you get and whether you want gel. See attached photo on the pedicure set prices. They may seem pushy on suggesting gel instead of regular but understandably so as they want to upsell. Really up to you what's your preference - just be adamant about it. Tips can be given in cash or Venmo -- which is pretty nifty. I came on a Thursday night and I was easily seated despite the salon being a full house at that time. Very quick and efficient service! Lin was super attentive and extra cautious with my ingrown. Parking is aplenty with the underground parking or within the plaza. read more

My boyfriend and I were in dire need of a pedicure. New to Denver, I found this place based on my fellow yelper's review. The parking was a bit crowded if you're not familiar with the area, it's within a small apartment plaza. Luckily we found parking, but apparently there is underground parking. I had called in advance to make sure they're available for 2 pedicures. It was quite easy and simple. There were a lot of people when we showed up, but we only waited for a few minutes before sitting down. Like any nail spa, it's the same routine and procedure. We chose #4 since they recommended it and we needed a "deep clean" lol. It felt really nice being pampered, but when it starts to feel rushed...it's not fun. My specialist was working on my feet really fast. I don't care if there's nothing to clean under the nails or anything, do the job professionally and stop having wandering eyes. She paid attention to everything else, but my feet. My boyfriend had the same feeling with his specialist. They would look at each other to see where they're at. If one isn't at the same speed, they quickly jump to the next step to be in line with the other. That is NOT how you're suppose do it! My boyfriend's feet is size 13 and has more work to be done, while I have a 7.5 feet with callus. You cannot compare the two and be at the same spot at the same time! On the exfoliating scrub portion, she took less than a minute when it should be at least 3 minutes minimum. I felt that it was a waste of the scrub when she put it on, made a few hand movements and wiped it off. Boyfriend had the same issue. By then I was annoyed. I put down my phone and just watched what she was doing. I tried to make conversation with her, but gave only short answers. It's not like she doesn't speak English, she was just busy trying to finish up and listening in on other conversations. And nobody was in the waiting area for service. Collagen cream mask, lotion, and stone was useless. She definitely just did not do a good job in making me feel like I'm being taken care. If we're not paying for the cheapest pedicure, we should get a decent service and massage. We've paid less elsewhere and had gotten better service. I think the more I'm writing about this, the more I'm annoyed with my service. Everything I'm reviewing, my boyfriend has the same feelings and opinion about this place and his specialist. Although, I feel like his specialist paid more attention to him rather than the surrounding conversations. We won't be coming back. read more

Well guess this place should be called the sloppy nails. Came in on a Saturday for a pedicure and got seated right away which was nice. That was the only thing that was great about this experience. The staff was very rude the minute I told them that I just wanted the basic pedicure. My feet got to soak a grand total of 2 mins in the bowl before the lady tried to use a file and clippers on my toes. She then proceeded to make a comment to her coworker about my birth mark that was on my foot. She kept on investigating like if she was a dermatologist or something. She asked me if I thought about getting rid of it. Very unprofessional if you ask me. After that she barely spent two seconds on scrubbing the bottom of my feet and immediately told me that it will cost me $5 for every color for my toes if I choose to have different colors. Which I did pick a couple but at the end I just picked one. She made a point to mention to everyone who was walking past us that I was only getting a basic pedicure. In total it took her 10 mins to do the job. (I left with my toes looks like a mess with nail polish all over the place. I get it I asked for a basic pedicure but 10 mins of no scrubbing or massage is just crazy. And she got all kinds of upset when I said I didnt have cash to tip with and that it was going to be on the card. Anyways my friends who came with had a mediocre experience nothing to brag about. I get dip in my fingernails and for just a straight color it was $45! God bless. They also did a great job with the shape and they were thin and not all thick, so super natural looking. Got a Gel Pedicure and Full set Gel, called to make an appointment for 2 hours later. They got me right in when I arrived 10 minutes early! Sat me at an empty pedicure place where I waited for 5 minutes, would have rather sat in the lobby chairs and picked out my color but it's fine. The water was cold when she filled it up and had to ask 3 times for it to be a warmer. I got the #2 pedicure but there was no rubbing or massage, it barely felt like she was touching my feet when she put the lotion on. Thought out the pedicure she was looking around and talking to people the whole time, I didn't even feel like she was paying attention to my pedicure! I will say when she was doing my nails she was paying pretty well attention and taking her time as it took an hour to get a basic pedicure. The massage chairs were ok, but only staying in one spot unless you press the button to move it. Beside my small issues my nails held up really well! I was honestly impressed, 21 days in and my nails are just starting to pop off. Will go back for sure! read more

An employee, came out and said there was no wait and they could get me in. I was directed to a chair and waited 10 minutes. I've been getting my nails done at Snappy Nails for several years now and I have generally had good experiences. The salon is clean and bright and it's very easy to get an appointment, either by calling or booking online. I've also seen them take drop ins while I've been in but I've also seen them ask potential drop ins to please come back later if they're really busy. They have a huge selection of polish colors to choose from- I've had them do shellac mania with matching regular polish pedicures but have lately been just doing dip manicures since it's winter and my feet are in socks all day. Most of their techs are really talented, but I have had a very few that didn't do as good of a job as others. That said the last person who did my nails was excellent- I'm super pleased with the way they look!! read more

I came in to get my dip polish removed because it was too grown out, and I had two acrylic nails on as well. I legit just had the worst nail experience of my life here. I've been here before and it wasn't top notch service but I atleast was happy with the results. I first got a pedicure in which she cut my nails SO short they looked ridiculous, so I wasn't happy right in the first 5 minutes. Then she put the color I had picked on which was a light pink, it ended up being almost clear. She asked if I liked it and I said oh I didn't realize it would be so light.. and she agreed.. and I said can you grab a darker pink? "No" ummm OK why did you ASK?!? She literally wouldn't walk 3 feet over to the colors and grab another pink. What kind of service is that? The pedicure also literally took 10 minutes so I think you can spare 30 seconds to go choose 2 darker pink options? Also - she made me bleed on one of my toes, which happens. Then we go to my dip, she proceeds to make me bleed on two more nails. I can tell at this point this lady just doesn't give a s$%t about service or making this any type of relaxing experience. I had picked a white glitter color and at the end it turned out to be clear glitter. I ended up speaking with the owner who said "oh the nail that you see colors on are white.. we do have a white glitter option but you picked the wrong one" How in the world would I know to distinguish between the two? YOUR nail tech should have asked me if that was what I wanted? I'm so irritated I would never give this place another try. Also I got both of these services done in 30 minutes.. let that tell you about how much they care about the experience rather than churning people out. The only nice thing I can say is she did the dip powder well besides making me bleed twice. However at the end of the day this isn't a cheap service ($70), so you should be making sure your customers are happy. I have ingrown toenails and she did a great job solving that problem for me. Candy Apple Red is a challenging color and she did lovely work. I like that there were multiple options for pedicures. We went with the aromatherapy gel, moisturizing wax and hot stone. The gel was not the scent listed in the description on the menu, but it was very pleasant. There were a surprising number of fellas getting their toes done. That was very cool. If you are a dude in need of a pedicure, you'll feel right at home here. They have a small parking lot on the first floor of the building. Read the signs regarding where and when you can park. You may need to park on the street if it is busy.
