The staff seem bored, are unfriendly, and aren't uninterested in helping their customers. What finally prompted me to write this review was the restroom. It was absolutely disgusting: no toilet paper, urine on the floor, feces on the toilet, and even feces in the trash can. It was one of the dirtiest public restrooms I've encountered. The rest of the property isn't much better. The parking lot is always covered in trash, and the store itself is dirty and poorly maintained. The entrance is often blocked by people camped outside with large amounts of belongings, making it difficult to get in and out of the store. During my most recent visit, there was loud music playing while people were asking customers for money. I just wanted to pick up my prescription and leave. Overall, this store needs serious attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. It's GROSS!

They also have some good sales on groceries and even toys and cosmetics. Just look through the sales ad you get in the mail. The pharmacy is where I feel they really shine though. The drive through is very convenient. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Last month when I went to pick up my prescription it wasn't ready and they were just a few minutes from closing. Instead of telling me to come back in the morning they asked me to drive around and get back in the drive through line so they could have a few minutes to get it ready for me. I feel like any other pharmacy would have made me wait. Overall this is a pretty good Walgreens.
