The guys were amazing!! So fast and efficient! They know exactly how to execute each task and they work so well together. They are also super friendly, easygoing and very knowledgeable about what they do. To make a reservation was smooth and easy. They did my entire house windows in one day. Top of the line service!! These guys are great at what they do. Don't try cheap out, don't try go to the guy who's offering better prices. Go straight to flawless tinting. I wish I came here first. Riley has this down to a science. I 100000000% guarns you won't be disappointed in their work. 2 different tint places I was dealing with had crap between the tint and window. These companies (who I won't name) tried to fix multiple times and nope. Same crap. Cut the bs just go straight here. They offer other services too like ceramic coating, interior cleaning. My first car that I had tinted was 8 years ago with this company and I must say the service was amazing then and flawless tinting is amazing now actually even better! Booking an appointment was really easy, booked it online. Got a text notification on my appointment when my appointment got accepted. I actually needed to reschedule and change the time which was really easy to change, used the text notifications to go on the link to change the time. Super easy to book with them. Even got a text notification when my appointment was coming up. When booking the appointment it said the amount and payment will be made there. Love that there's no surprise price and it was very reasonable. Finding the location was really easy. When driving in I could see the flawless tinting sign, had a car being detailed in the front so we parked in the parking stall, really close to the shop. Walking up, we were greeted by Riley the owner. Told them I had an appointment, Marcus asked us what we wanted done, and he told us all the options. They were both professional and so helpful. Dropped off the car and left the key with them. Got a text notification when car was done, was done super fast in a timely manner. Picked up the car and looked it over, it looked amazing. So thankful for such a hassle free, worry free experience. Super professional.

First time using flawless tinting Marcus and his team took care of my daughter's trucks ceramic window tinting today (open on Saturdays) they had provided excellent customer service from scheduling to explaining the process.. very professional. Price was very reasonable too. They have a nice and clean waiting room that u could use while waiting on your vehicle. Established in 2016, this locally owned business is located on Leowahine St. just off of Waipahu St. At the time of my visit, the street sign was missing, but the Flawless Tinting logo is easily visible on the side of the building above their work bay. There's a small, shared lot with extremely limited parking, as well as little to nonexistent street parking. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by Marcus, who was hard at work on a vehicle, but took the time to extend hospitality and invite me into their comfortable, air conditioned waiting room equipped with a tv, unisex bathroom and complimentary bottled water. Riley, the owner, who's been in this industry since 2012, was also there to greet me and check in my vehicle. This shop provides Global Window tinting products, so I chose the QDP Ceramic Charcoal 42% for this particular application. Since my vehicle had old window film, the appointment took longer than expected due to the challenges of removing and thoroughly cleaning residual dust and debris before applying the new film. Despite how difficult the circumstances turned out to be, Riley and Marcus persevered and meticulously worked through each obstacle with the greatest of care. The individuals at Flawless Tinting are such good and kind and top notch people. Their flawless performance and excellence in customer service set them apart. If you're looking for quality window tinting at a fair price, check them out. Appointments can be conveniently scheduled online at your own leisure. When I have time, I'll be returning with my second vehicle for the QDP Ceramic Charcoal 50%.

Flawless Tinting is well-deserving of a 5-star rating. The booking process is simple, customer service is fantastic, and workmanship/product used is of high quality. The tint film on my side windows (done by another company) were deteriorating and flaking all over the interior. I inquired about their film removal service for my car and received a quick response from Jaysha. I booked my appointment online via their Instagram profile. Product options and pricing for various car types are listed while navigating the booking process which is very convenient. I was reminded of my scheduled date and time through automated text messages. I ordered a small SUV QDP ceramic tint with visor strip to go along with the existing film removal. I arrived at their shop a bit earlier than my scheduled appointment. Riley greeted me and asked a couple of question regarding the tint percentage I wanted. I opted for 35 for the two front windows and 20 everywhere else. I waited in their spacious and clean lounge as Riley and his crew worked on my car. The end result is excellent, and I was impressed with how fast it took to remove the existing film and apply the QDP ceramic film. I waited roughly an hour total for the entire process. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service and product I received. Booking an appointment is easy, and pricing is completely fair. I highly recommend Flawless Tinting for any of your tinting needs.

I called and spoke with Deja(sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) was able to book an appointment the same day! She was apologized about not getting back to me sooner. Are you kidding me, I got a booking today..no apology necessary! We drove up, and Jayden came out, said hi I'll drive it in, opened a side door and led us into the waiting room. What a pleasant surprise! A bright welcoming room to wait in while they tint our car windows. Sitting in this room made me super happy, it was like a breath of fresh air. Our appointment was at 1:30p and they were finished by 2:10p. Of course we have a Toyota Tacoma so we don't have a lot of windows to tint. AMAZING! Their prices are reasonable and I can't thank them enough from keeping us even cooler in our new ride! If you're looking for someone to tint your home, office, or car please consider this company. Awesome service. Answered questions regards to tinting services they offer and you need. Send you a email reminder and text to right day and time scheduled for. Awesome and very friendly staff upon arrival and check in was fast and answered questions if needed about tint. Small area to wait with tv and A/C. Small couch or stools with table available. Fast service and very professional installers doing work. Take pride in there work they do and show best customer service for your ride. Flawless has over exceeded our expectations. We got an appointment quick, we showed up 20 minutes before our appt to ask a few question and the team took care of all our questions and concerns. They have a super clean waiting room/restroom with AC, cable, couch, high bench table and offered us drinks. 1st appt was for get my truck tinited, waited time was great (lil over 1 hour). Was really pleased with the tint and decided to set up a 2nd appt for ceramic coating with Riley. Dropped truck off Friday evening and picked it up Sunday morning (today). Truck looks so much better then when I got it new. Explained the do's & don't after ceramic job, set up a 2 week out appt for wash my truck with also 2 free washes. Stoked about that !!!! Riley was very accommodating to tinting our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. He told us it would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours and it was very true. It's not like other companies that tells us a certain time and it takes longer. He took the time to explain certain things to us like how we are able to legally tint the SUV darker. Not saying to bring your vehicle dirty, but he does wash your vehicle before doing the tint. Ive known many places that do not do this. I am so glad I have found Riley. Highly recommend and will be bringing in more vehicles in the future! Thank you Riley. read more

Updated my review... I brought my 3rd car for tinting today. I was worried as the current tint was on there since I bought the car new in 2006, so it's 13 years old. Riley was able to get if off with no issues... Excellent work as usual. Riley was able to do my rear window in one piece. Usually one piece is how it's done nowadays, but this was the rear window of a C6 corvette- a weird shape with complex curves. Not many can get it done in one piece... I have attached pictures of the rear window. Getting a single flat piece of tint to fit the curve of the window isn't easy. It's like a "U" shape with a curved taper at the bottom... I'm glad I had it done though...my original tint wasn't ceramic, and now the heat is much less inside the car... If you're on the fence about upgrading your tint, do it. Price reasonable and well worth it. read more

Stop looking and book your appointment now. I originally booked with another company who left me waiting 45 minutes at my appointment (they weren't even on site) so I left. From the moment I pulled up, I felt at ease. He wasted no time getting started and he was committed to providing a quality outcome. I know nothing about what's illegal and legal in tinting... so when I mentioned I wanted my 4Runner blacked out, Riley explained to me what was legal. It's good that he obeys the laws. We just moved in from the mainland and my front tint would not pass inspection. I booked an appointment here and was able to book for the next day. The staff was super friendly, and the wait time was minimal. The lobby is very nice along with their bathroom. We are waiting for our second vehicle to arrive to have it tinted here as well. Today was a great day to get my vehicle tinted and finally done. Thanks to Riley being available and working around our schedule and his; we found a good time for both of us. As we arrived we noticed the very nice and welcome neighboring houses, there are some chairs for you to sit if they do not take long (based on your car size). If you want to leave it and have an alternative ride pick you up you can also do so as well. To continue, I was impressed by the quality and friendliness of his work. Kept it chill. Showed up early to the place and they got started on my car immediately, they had a nice waiting room with TV and AC and they offered me drinks. Riley was super nice and friendly. Talked story with me a little while I waited. His prices are super good for the quality of tint and his work. I tinted my 2018 Honda Civic and it looks so good now!! I got the front windshield as well because of UV rays. When he was done I noticed a tiny bubble (my ocd kicked in lol) but he fixed it right away, no questions asked. He told me it wouldn't take longer than 3 hours but was done in 1.5! Fast and efficient. He even puts the sticker on your buttons to remind you not to roll down your windows. I so am that person to forget and roll it down immediately lol. I really appreciated that! Riley has tinted a couple of cars for me. He handled both in a timely manner. Riley is ultra professional and knowledgeable. He explains the HI State tint law througly for each of my vehicles. He redid one of my windows before he let me drive off. I personally didn't see the flaw but, he said it would bother him knowing it wasnt done right. Wait.... What!?! ...... Yes, that's a guy that cares about his quality of work. That reason right there is why he will always get my tinting business and why you need to let him handle your tint needs too. His legal tint is the darkest, thickest mil I seen and best after market investment for your car. It makes a huge difference in privacy, keeping your car cool and it helps keep your AC from working so hard. read more

They came out and tinted my house, all I can say is they did a fantastic job!! No issues, and were very professional! It's been about a couple of months since the job was completed and my energy bill has come down 55%-65% just by tinting the windows, and the central air is on 24/7. Before, getting into my car after a long day at work felt like I was getting into a sauna running at full blast, and driving on sunny days made me feel like I was cooking alive in my car (the UV protection is also a godsend--I'm very pale and burn so easily), even with the AC blasting. Now, it's so much cooler getting in, and it also cools down MUCH faster as well, making summer driving way more bearable. The appointment didn't even take long at all. I dropped my car off, went out for brunch nearby, and it was done right as I was finishing up my meal, and I am NOT a slow eater. When I picked up my car, Jeremiah explained the aftercare process to me very simply and concisely, which was very easy to follow, and I was provided an aftercare package! While I will admit it was a little pricer compared to other businesses when I was shopping around (and I DID get the most expensive option, so I'm sure even if you're on a budget, the cheaper options are just as good), with the level of care and effort the team put in, as well as the lifetime warranty that's included, I'd say it was well worth the price. I'm so happy with my tint and would highly recommend Hi Tint to anyone that's looking for great quality and care! Whenever I come around to getting another car in the far future, I'm absolutely coming right back here to get that car's windows tinted as well!!

I had my car windows tinted at Flawless Tinting in Waipahu and was really pleased with the experience. Just like other reviews have shared, everyone there was friendly and professional. The shop and waiting area were clean and air-conditioned, and, surprisingly for a car place, the bathroom was spotless. They also had free drinks available while I waited, which was a nice touch. The tinting took a little longer than expected, but I found out they were having issues with the windshield and decided to take it out and start over to get it right. That cost them both time and money, and I appreciated the commitment to quality. The tint looks great. The visor strip was a last-minute add-on, and I was a little nervous since I've seen that done poorly, but it came out perfectly.
