Needless to say, I was highly disappointed and her attitude and the way she handled the situation was rude. I feel like I was scammed. The place was ok. Dark and a bit chilly, really small and didn't feel that clean. I recommend Farida in White Plains for massage and facial services. The customer service is stellar at Farida's and she has a much larger space with tea and snacks with a waiting room which is far more welcoming than Beryl's .
