When it came time to pay - we gave them a Costco Visa card and Ruby at the front desk saw the Costco sign and refused to put it through the machine shaking her head no and pointing to the Costco sign on it (she spoke zero English) - we kept saying in sign language to swipe it . She refused -- she then called her boss and had the boss speak to us. The Boss Anna had the audacity to say that she has never heard of a Costco credit card and insinuated that we were trying to pay with a wholesale member card. We kept telling her that it is a visa and we are not trying to stiff them. Insulting and completely disrespectful. And then after a few exchanges the husband of the boss takes over and says finally that they are forced to trust us. Insane and downright discriminatory! Complete stupidity that they would refuse to swipe the card in their machine to find out if it worked!!! About the massage: Katie was great and Ruby was terrible - massage and otherwise.

She know anatomy and physiology very well, and tuned right in to spots of tension, or that needed extra attention (stretching, heat, etc.). She was immediately responsive to requests for stronger or lighter pressure in different areas. The heated bed was so welcomed on this cold winter's day! At the end, Anna gave me a lovely and quite large lotion as a new year's gift. They are worth more than they charge. You won't regret it... but tip them well, as they deserve it!!! I visited her office this past weekend, seeking help for pain and limited mobility in my hip, ribs, and upper back. I had tried many remedies, but nothing was really curing it. I was recommended to Jonny by a friend, and felt relief right away with this reflexology, and it was totally gone in a few weeks. It has not come back at all! This authentic Chinese reflexology is meaningful massage and the focus areas that need treatment are tender and uncomfortable as they are being treated, but the pain is worth every gain! The discomfort is over as soon as the massage stops on that point and you can tell at each treatment it is less and less uncomfortable, until finally there is no pain in that point at all. It's incredible! Recently, I had experienced sciatic pain up and down the backs of both legs. With the COVID lockdown I had not seen Jonny for several months. The pain was affecting my sleep, making it uncomfortable to roll over and it was also painful to go up/down the stairs or pick up larger objects. It made my exercising more painful too. Through my feet, Jonny saw that the problem likely stemmed from the urinary system: the bladder, ureter and kidneys. Perhaps there was a small low grade infection with inflammation creating this pressure on the sciatic nerves. Using the traditional Chinese pressure methods of reflexology, and some cupping as well, I felt the improvement that first night and slept really well! Woke the next day with great energy and the stairs were much easier to manage! We are still meeting and the pain has receded to a twinge every now and then. I'm 62 years old and prefer not to take medications if I can avoid them, so I really feel that Jonny's work has helped me stay in optimal good health!

However, the shape...let's start there. I asked for almond shape which I already had. All she had to do was file. I asked her to fix the shape three times and this is what I ended up with. It looks like I have press on nails! And the cherry on top was that she put the base coat as my top coat and fought with me saying she didn't. Finally another girl came over to fix it and believed me because the base coat wouldn't dry. At the very least they should have offered a discount but didn't. I am so displeased. Save your money...there are many places cheaper and do 10 times a better job.
