NOT SERENE AT ALL! I have come here multiple times and this was the first time I was racially profiled. I asked for a 60 minute massage and alice told me "okay $70" i agreed to proceed. After telling me the price, she looked me up and down and told me to "pay now". I was confused because every time I go there I never had to pay before getting a the service done. I thought to myself initially, okay no big deal maybe this is new? maybe someone ran out before paying?. Alice then aggressively asked me "how much do you want to tip". I was confused yet again because usually tip depends on how well the service went, in which I had not yet received having walked in 5 minutes ago. I told her I would tip $10, she sucked her teeth & I felt pressured to tip her more. So I said I will tip you $15 actually, assuming it was going to be a good service Based off past visits. I was wrong. She didn't ask me if the pressure was okay, she just started going in. What was supposed to feel relaxing ended up hurting. I have had many massages and trust me I can take pressure. But she was massaging me as if she was aggravated. When I spoke up and said "ouch that hurts, she proceeded with the same exact pressure I just expressed concern about", completely ignoring My discomfort. Heres the part where I realize I was racially profiled. This white man walks in (I heard his voice) and she immediately tells him which curtain to go behind. He did not have to pay before getting the service done. Same with the other white lady next to me. When she finished me up, I asked her why did she only make me pay first She held her breathe and said oh because those customers are returners and new clients pay upfront. I was confused because I've been there before. Maybe not consistently but I have been there atleast 7 times and no one has ever took a payment upfront. The problem isn't paying first, I was going to have to pay for the service regaurdless. The problem was the assumption that I couldn't afford a $70 massage, so to be on the safe side you charged me before providing me with the massage. if you're a POC go here at your own risk read more

Their massages are pretty good, but they ruin the experience after you're all relaxed by insisting you give a large tip. I will give what I feel is appropriate. A TIP IS EARNED, NOT ASKED FOR. Don't ruin the experience for your customers by being so greedy. You're ruining your own reputation read more

I bought a promo 5 pack of 1 hr massages right before the pandemic and thankfully the Spa is still open. My husband and I went today and both had excellent massages, plus the place was very clean. They're always nice and thorough, massaging out knots you didn't know you had, plus they do a little warm stone work on your back and scalp massage. They have parking there too. I highly recommend, we'll definitely be back soon! read more

Not a fancy spa but they do an excellent job. They give a facial on par with the ones I've had in Thailand and Bali they really take their time and my skin is left feeling amazing for a long time afterwards. My skin has issue with dryness and clogged pores, I've had the hydra facial which takes an hour and a half and the collagen facial and both were great. read more

I got a deep moisture facial and a one hour aromatherapy massage. Both were great! First, I started off with the facial. The specialist was extremely informational and explained each step before she did it. The massage therapist was great at find my knots and kneading them out. Can't wait to go back again!! read more

The treatment of the customer at this spa is as good as you will find. The place isn't fancy, but its very clean, quiet and the perfect place to relax for an hour or 90 minutes. I have been here 2 times, and each provider was excellent. Covid precautions are in place. The hour seems to go by fast, but in reality, I got more than an hour and did not feel rushed. On the way out, I saw a sign for package deals, which I may take advantage of next time. All in all, a great experience. read more

Average or below avg. Place was ok , neat, parking next to it but massage was more like a back rub . Just up and down here hands were moving not really concentrating on muscles or knots. I guess for relaxing it might be ok but personally i would not come back . read more
