They are extremely responsive to questions and requests for additional services. My house has been virtually bug and rodent free for four years! Our dogs were itching quite a bit and I asked about a flea treatment for the backyard. He said he had been here twice and really doesn't think we have fleas and that it was probably the change in weather and the dogs were shedding. I have inspected our dogs very thoroughly and have found no signs of fleas so I was VERY appreciative of the suggestion by Dean and not just taking another fee from me for a service he didn't think we needed.
