Took my truck into there for tire rotation and they gouged and scratched my rims, even after i asked him to please be careful with them. They wouldn't admit to the damage and i didn't take a video on the rims before they did the rotation and have no proof. If you have nice rims, take a video before you get any service at fleet farm. I spent $1800 on my rims and fleet farm put the first gouge in the outer rim during the install of my tires. Rims were brand new and they admitted to the damage, and now after the 3rd rotation i have gouges inside my rim And won't admit to it. Not fare. read more

We ordered chicks from them the past 2 years. The chicks are too young, they don't have their eyes open yet. They end up dying within 2 days of getting them. I'll never order from Fleet Farm again, they don't know what they are doing when it comes to chicks. I'm going back to Farm & Fleet, this has never happened when I ordered from them (8 years with Farm & Fleet). One of my to-go boxes is filled with dead chicks, I'd post the pic but I'm sure it would be flagged and removed. read more

Former employee here. The biggest issue at this store isn't the team--it's the leadership inconsistency and high turnover. Policies are ignored or applied unevenly, departments are constantly understaffed, and training isn't followed through. This absolutely impacts customers: long wait times, empty shelves, and lost sales because there aren't enough trained people to help. The employees care, but without real leadership support, customer service and revenue suffer every day. read more

Fleet Farm..... From household, gardening, fleet, farm and hunting and fishing needs, they have it all. The store is well stocked, competitive prices and super clean too. Being a rabid trapshooter, the have low prices on ammunition and clay targets. Their gas station has low prices, free popcorn and fuel discounts after making a purchase in the store. If you've never been in, it's definitely worth the trip. read more

I couldn't resist but come here opening day. I'll have to review the store again later once things settle down and become normal. I've been to several other Fleet Farms and similar stores so it was easy to compare. Pros: - Prime location and easy to reach from I90/I94/I3. - Large parking lot with no problems finding a spot - The store is massive and carry a huge variety of goods from farm equipment, hardware, pet supplies, camping, hunting, fishing, footwear, auto, groceries, clothes, appliances, outdoor equipment, home goods, sporting gear and the list goes on - New store which carries a lot more variety than other similar store near by Cons: - It was a little bit of a pain turning left out of the parking lot to head back to the interstate. - I might spend too much money here each time. I'm not sure its a "con" but I had to mention it :) - The check out lines were 10-15 people long each!! It was opening day so when things normalize I suspect service will be fairly quick at the checkouts. I'll be back in a few weeks to review again. read more

Decent selection, but you really have to go there to see if it is available. Last three times I checked on-line for various products to see if they were in stock. All three times I ended up not finding the products and having to drive to a either Home Depot or Menards. I get that things can get sold before you get there, but I highly doubt that was the case all three times. read more

I live very close, and was so excited to see this come into the area. Unfortunately, after seven or eight trips, probably wont go back. The prices are incredibly high. There is limited selection, It is hard to find staff when you need something. They do not require others to wear masks, like Menards. If they drop their prices, I'd likely use them more, but it is so unreasonable compared to any other big box store or online shopping. read more

I have to say that I really like this store. They have practically everything, including stuff for the farm (makes me wish I had a farm :-) The place is huge! They have everything from shoes to tires! They have some speciality items that I cannot get somewhere else like mosquito repellent torch lamp fuel. It works great too. The only problem is that I get them mixed up with Farm Fleet sometimes. read more

The area I live in couldn't wait for this Fleet Farm to get built on our side of town. We have shopped these stores in other areas of Wisconsin so knew they were great. Well, not so much this one. Today I needed some plastic pipe and some hangers for them to make a trellis for my garden. They had four bins for for 4 foot sections of it but the bins were all empty except for the 11/2 size. I really wanted something smaller but was willing to use it except the biggest hangers they had were for 3/4 pipe. I could have bought a ten foot section but would have to have had someone to cut it for me and finding an employee here is impossible. I just walked out and went to Home Depot where they had everything I needed. Last time I was here I need fence posts and the same thing. The bins were all empty. It's a big store but there isn't enough of the things people are looking for in my opinion. Their prices are higher as well. Some of their adds are misleading too. I was looking for fishing lures that were on sale but none were left when I got there. This store is the closest to where I live but I now tend to drive past it on the way to Menards or Home Depot where I am sure they will have what I am looking for. A big disappointment for us Northsiders. Nice silo with a bright orange top though. read more

We waited so long for a FF to come to the area, as we used to drive an hour and a half or upto two hours to shop them where we grew up. It was impressive watching the coumpound build up and when we shopped there the first year, we were pretty happy. Year two things radically changed for the worse. I spent a few thousand dollars on sporting goods alone, the staff in that area were veteran salespeople from a competitor who moved over to FF, so they knew their stuff and were awesomne to work with. Have been there three times in the last six weeks, what disappointments. Inventory in many areas is dismal, not just TP and disinfectant wipes, farm items, sporting goods, guns---I was told by a salesman when I comment ed on inventory everyone is buying and I said really, what driving that and he stated "well if you could get your house fire bombed, why wouldn't you, they did it to the police station". I had been looking for a deer rifle..not a self defense gun, the saleman who used to be very attentive just said sold out and I asked when inventory might beef up again he said a year. I was ther two weeks ago, and people who bent over backwards to get me a shotgun for turkey, did not even talk to me, would not return a hello, and these are people I have dealt with many times. Two weeks before, I came in for supplies, two young guy who I did not know ignored me tfor ten mnutes as I stood at the counter for help, then walked away and went into the warehouse, never did get any help after 30 minutes. I got home swearing Id never go there again but instead called the manager. I have been shoppin FF 60 years, so the relationship was important and service evolving to be poor, they need to know. Today, I had a list, shopped, but ended up putting 10 items back as I felt disgusted with this place. I am probably done with this store. I ordered chairs two months ago, verified the sku's on the phone, yep, they were there and ready. Got them home, wrong color. Went back to speak to manager on duty, what a DICK. Blamed me then I pointed out the sles receipt, no apology. Kept the chairs even though wrong color and I was overcharged too. Thats what happens when Mills sold out to a Private Equity firm, to hell with the customer relationship, they just love your wallet. I am most disappointed about sporting goods. Thank God Cabelas is near by, and they giveextra off to Vets. FF said they dont offer that, but wish they could :) Bye Bye FF, its been a good 60 years while it lasted. read more

New store. Came to do some basic Christmas shopping. Selection for sizes really weak in men's clothing. Pricing seems high compared to competitors. Leaving without buying a thing. Not likely returning here. Other better options in town. read more

Third strike....on line order with in store pick up October Deal...had an issue, emailed customer service, nice email response to call and they would make certain I received promotion. Convinced I needed to order to get an order# even though it did not allow in store pick up, but ship to home (another $40) but once placed there would be a note in file, I would be called on the promo. I was called the next day, same customer service gal who said I did not qualify for the promo because it was not pick up in store when she knew when the order was placed (with her on the phone) this was not allowed!!! read more

This place shipped my glass jars in a used oversized box, without any bubble wrap, peanuts, or anything. When the jars arrived broken, I complained and was told I would get a replacement case, but they never sent it. It been 2 months. I will never shop with them again!!!! read more

First and last visit to the new Fleet Farm. Can't comment on customer service because no one offered to assist us. Prices are high. The worst experience though was at the gas station. Two workers in the store. One stood behind the counter doing nothing. The other checked me out - charged incorrectly for the car wash I chose and just before hitting the button to allow my card to be read answered the phone. What next? Why talk to the person on the phone and leave me waiting to finish my transaction. Then off to the car wash. Got the premium which left soap on my windshield and a still dirty back end. read more
