This is the greatest farm and outdoorsy store ever. If you need something, they have it. If they don't have it, you don't need it. You can get furniture and farm equipment and groceries and clothing and home decor and all the things. We found ourselves here numerous times on a week trip and kept going back for more. The prices were well priced, nothing overly expensive and good compared to other local stores. They had everything we needed plus some. Nice car wash. Nice big clean store that carries a good variety of things from auto supplies, groceries, liquor, clothing, guns/ammo, fishing etc. Some of the areas like camping, toys and boating are low on inventory and lack a big selection but overall it's a decent store with a little of everything. I just visited the Delavan Wisconsin Fleet Farm. I was appalled that despite their website stating that all customers and team members are required to wear masks, that wasn't the reality. I checked there policy before my visit and was extremely disappointed when I arrived. There were many employees not wearing the mask properly and hundreds of customers wearing no mask at all. I took a few pictures in the couple minutes I was in the store. I guess Fleet Farm can not be trusted to protect their customers. I will never visit this store again. read more

They have a nice selection of about anything imaginable. Did a rain check on one item and they called me a few days later when it came in. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are very competitive. I often get fuel for my car there because when you buy something from the store you get a 4 cent a gallon coupon. Gas station has snacks and soda and you get a bag of freshly made popcorn with a fill up. Cashiers are awesome. They sell lottery there also! read more

I recently had 4 tires installed on my F-150 and was happy with the service I received. I have now attempted to get a quote and schedule tires on my wife's Lincoln. However, i call service department, it rings and rings and then goes to voicemail. In a 48 hour period, I have left 4 messages and NO ONE called back. If I am spending over $1,000 I will do so where they actually call you back. I have never seen anything like this, and wonder to myself, how many other people have gone without a call back...plus, when I want to come in for the lifetime tire rotation, how on earth will I ever get an appointment if no one answer followed by no one calling you back? Totally unacceptable. They lost a good size sale and any future business in that department. read more

Walked in expecting to possibly get tire service. Waited for about five minutes before an associate could be bothered. Was told that the EARLIEST I could get my car in was the 23rd. (As I write this it is the 14th!) Same associate claimed it was due to the snow and some tire sale that was happening. My wife also tried to call them and got ZERO PHONE RESPONSE. They have apparently a heavy turnover of workers and no interest in posting a sign that says "all work done by appointment". Then the associated feeding me his statement cops an attitude. 1st time shopping at this store. The family and I were talking about "Royals" candy and how they were so awesome. Someone mentioned that this store could have them as they have a huge assortment of unique candy. I checked it out and was excited to see them. I did not realize they were a no name brand. Just appeared to be "royals". Sadly I got home to realize they were disgusting , tasted like plastic. I took them back with receipt asking for a return as I didn't like them. When you google search Fleet Farm there are a couple of entries saying dogs are allowed in the store. As soon as we walked in with our dog 3 associates were all over us that dogs aren't allowed, and I was stared down until I got him out both sets of doors. We drove far to check out this new location. I will have to check if the other fleet farms allow dogs inside, I thought they do. FYI Lowes allows dogs in. The store was ok, looked around quickly. This company is sorely lacking in customer service. When trying to purchase a big ticket item on the website, my card was frozen because it was run 6x. The person at the 800 number lied to me, when I expressed my concern about it causing trouble when it didn't work to purchase on line. I went in to the store to resolve things. Ed from sporting goods was great on the phone, but unfortunately his shift ended a few moments before I arrived. Brand new construction in Delavan where the dog track used to be. Store is very large with a ton of different departments. Anything from groceries to automotive. Soft opening was successful with raffles and food. This location has a gas station as well. Located off the highway so it's super convenient and such a better alternative to Walmart. I have applied for a credit card through Fleet Farm. They use Synchrony Bank. I was denied a card based on "unfortunately, based on results of these checks (social security, address) we are unable to confirm your identity with enough confidence to approve your application at this time." I have an 850 credit score and have credit cards through J.C. Penny's Sam's club and Lowes ALL OF WHICH ARE ISSUED THROUGH SYNCHRONY BANK. Their actions have adversely affected my credit rating. The employee who entered my information did not know how to use the system. After several attempts to upload the information she asked for help from another employee. That employee was putting on her coat and about to leave. The two employees were unable to get the system to work so they told me that the credit card company would contact me. Because of the employees inadequate training I now have a "credit rejection" on my credit. I've called several people with Synchrony credit and Fleet Farm and none of them could correct the problem or tell me why Synchrony could not "confirm my identity". read more

We purchased tires with a 70,000 miles guarantee. These tires were recommended by the salesperson. At 34,000 miles the tires appeared to be bald We took the car to a local gas station for a oil change and tire rotation to be told " your tires are bald and you need a new set of tires". We went back to Fleet Farm, where we purchased these tires to be told they will not stand behind them because the manufacturer will not stand behind them. We asked to speak to the store Manager. He refused to stand behind the tires. We have supported this local store every week. Purchasing Christmas presents, clothing, shoes,groceries, flowers etc.etc. This is completely unacceptable Don't sell products you don't stand behind. I am done shopping here. Walmart, Lowe's, and tractor supply sell the same items. You have a lot of competition in Delavan. Your staff needs to learn the meaning of great customer service and that starts with the top leadership. BTW. We purchased tires across the street at F and F Tires. Some of the worst service we've ever had. After seeing the Fleet Farm ad in our Sunday Janesville Gazette we thought we'd make the drive there instead of going to Farm and Fleet here. Big mistake. Wanted some sale items that were in the weekly ad that just started 2 days ago. Tannerite. None. Feed block. None. Diet Mountain Dew. Out also. Got a manager but he didnt seem too concerned about us. They were so shorthanded help in the sporting goods area. We did have a helpful store clerk from another area try to help us out but she was lost. The manager took off to find these items but never apologized for anything and never came back out to see us. The sales clerk was told by him to give us a similar item for the same price. We had more sale items and other things we wanted to purchase but we're in a hurry. With the poor service we had and out of stock sale items they were short on we decided it was time to go. We were in kind of a hurry and wanted to make this a quick stop but that didn't happen. To top it all off we got home and were missing the tannerite. Needed a 1" brass valve after not finding one I asked an employee and he wondered over to a spot that I already looked at and said"our selection of valves aren't very good" Finding none he just walked away. Than I need a heavy duty battery for a skid loader. I asked the young man at the desk if I could borrow a tape measure and he said what are you looking for so as I was looking and finding none he went to look in back and never came back to us. After standing there a few minutes another person came over and said that we don't have any left.As they always say "we just sold the last one today" Yeah Right! And to top it off we were walking to the checkout and someone else in an orange shirt asked if we found everything alright. Was given a 75 dollor winner coat for a late birthday present from this new store. The 5th time i wore it the inner sleeve tore. Drove out there 40 minutes away and went up to customer service explained and showed them the problem of the coat. I was promptly asked if i had the receipt and started again no mame this was a gift and I've no reciept just want to exchange it for another the Manager to whom i was talking to said in a rude voice it's completely covered in dog hair and you have no receipt. There fleet farm jacket is $75.00 bucks Walmart same exact jacket $59.00 bucks. Won't say maker but it's a well known brand for heavy cold weather gear.
