Susan was absolutely amazing!!!! She genuinely goes above and beyond for customers. I am beyond grateful for this as she was the only one who offered to help my in laws to get the gift I wanted to get my husband for Christmas. Not only did she take needing it urgently to arrive by Christmas as a personal mission, but she also helped in making it not something that would be out of budget to do. Pretty average, except for the staff. The staff were very helpful. I came here looking for a hunting jacket for my husband and found the perfect one. The selection is pretty good, but the prices can be a little high. This store is new so everything is clean and organized. read more

My friend and I have recently gone there. We both think it is not as good as we thought it would be. I went there earlier today and I thought it was unacceptable. I purchased a gatorade water bottle and a pair of nike elite socks. The water bottle I purchased was in the bag but not my elite socks. I was very disappointed when I realized that they were not in my bag. I went into the store and after 20 minutes of waiting they finally found them sitting on the floor. The staff are outrages. Now for my friend we both went there together, she was purchasing a pair of nike elite socks and some under armour headbands. She went to pay in gift cards. They told her that she did not have enough. She did know that she had enough for the headbands, so when she asked if she could just have her headbands they ignored the question and told her that they would put them on hold. She lives out of state so there really was no point of them putting them on hold. When she asked again they again ignored her question. 10 minutes later she asked another question they did not respond. This made the two of us very mad and a terrible way to end her trip in town.
