When I go in there to ask a question the amount of info and the care (not to mention the enthusiasm!) with which they impart it is such that I feel compelled to buy something just to make things right. In one of several conversations I've had there ( this time with the owner's son, I believe), I mentioned in passing that I was interested in a certain wading shoe - I mentioned this as we discussed all sorts of other things. He didn't write anything down as far as I could see. Nonetheless, 30 hours later he called me and told me that what I was looking for didn't come in the size I mentioned. I was impressed that he remembered, that he researched, and took time to call me about something that meant no financial gain for this business. I definitely support this place with my business.

Megan greeted me first into the very stocked shop of saddles, tack, boots, clothing, accessories, gifts, and a whole room dedicated to hats. She was amazing getting me the perfect size and look for my very first Stetson hat in less than 15 minutes. I learned so much from Megan! I ended up also buying a Charlie 1 Horse straw hat to be worn in summer months. I was greeted by two other women in the store who were very friendly. These ladies were helpful finding the perfect fitting Wrangler jeans for me. They also helped me put on the new hat band I had purchased. I called the store the next day to ask about country western dancing in the area, and they gave me a few good locations to check out. So happy I called them. Very nice people. Craig and Becky could have been judgmental of my novice status, but instead, not only welcomed me and treated me with respect and dignity, but really helped me get what I wanted. Craig guided me to buy a .22 rifle as a starter rifle, to get used to shooting comfortably. Then, when I wanted the Ruger Walnut stock on a rifle that came originally with a composite stock, he and Becky started a month-long journey of finding the stock, realizing the trigger guard was attached to original stock, ordering that, finding out internal pieces didn't fit and grinding the inside of the stock down to fit them, finding the trigger guard well was shaped differently and chiseling that out, finding the screws were too short and getting new ones that fit. It was nothing short of amazing. With this first gun, I wanted something special, and for me that was the Walnut stock - I got even more than that - a beautiful custom rifle which I am so happy with! Now, I'll be taking a rifle course with one of them to help me start my journey! I have rarely received such wonderful customer service nor met such great people. Please go here if you are looking for new or used guns AND great, knowledgeable people to buy them from. Whether you know nothing or everything about firearms you will not be disappointed!

I wore the shirt once and washed it. We wash with cold water and I never dry my shirts as I am a bigger chested person and dont want them to shrink. The print cracked and peeled and was ruined. It looked like it was 20 uears old and survived world War 2. I have called tje store a minimum of 15 times leaving friendly messages asking for a call back. No call has been returned and I want my money back. Tjere is sno reason a shirt for 35 dollars should do that after 1 wash. I spent 400 dollars that day. Could of had a long time repeat customer but have no lost out.

It's a chill shopping experience with wide walkways, plenty of parking, and restrooms that are actually easy to find and clean. It's not a "huge" mall, but it's just right when you want to get out, walk around, and treat yourself without driving too far or dealing with crowds. Great for quick stops or a slow weekend browse. Date of visit: August 30, 2024…read more I tend to visit this outlet mall far less than all the others on account of not heading this direction as often as I am towards Pleasant Prairie or Oshkosh, but also because this mall is much smaller than the others. And not having been in a few years, I can see that it is considerably smaller yet due to the number of closures at the mall. There are easily a half-dozen empty storefronts here, and the buildings themselves are definitely not being kept up, either. I do not think this mall will be around in a couple years unless management steps in and revitalizes it. Don't even get me started on the danger of trying to cross the street between the two sides of the development, either as we witnessed multiple cars run the stop sign in our short time there.
