The folks in the Archery and gun departments are quite knowledgeable. I wouldn't start out by buying a bow here or anything but it's good for odds and ends. My husband tends to love the camping section at Dick's, even though we never go camping. There are also fishing, sports, golf, and other sections that I rarely visit and therefore can't rate based on those. It may not be the biggest Dick's around, but it's ours and we love it.

I was merely flying through I saw this tent sale with ski gear. Talk about having a "WTF and where am I again" moment. Now as a level 8 skier w/ an Epic Pass getting at least 20 days a year on my sticks in the Rockies and I live in CH, I still come back here to get skis (got my last kind rockers with Ti bindings here), various items, or even to pick up a nice Dale Sweater (for my beloved) ... and still NOT PAY Vail prices.
