He read it again and found that the battery was in the trunk! Who knew?? What did we find when we opened the trunk, WATER. The rain got in and shorted out my system. So,. Prices are great but the techs might be where it falls off…read more I've been coming here for years. I looked past the drug abusers and focused on value. The Techs aren't well versed in tire mounting and simply add weights rather than finding the best balance between wheel and tires. I have several sets of Method wheels with Radar hybrid tires. Method is a top notch offroad wheel. The tires are 33" & 35". Both sets have well over a pound of lead on them. I went in to get an estimate for a 2024 Nissan Frontier, I always buy what I say and never dicker on price, I appreciate how tough it can be to run a brick and mortar company. After weeks of calling them back they never followed through. I have spent thousands of dollars here but it looks as though the drugs may be the priority, not the customers. I'm sorry Queen Penny but there are many other shops around and I'll take my chances with them in the future.
